Astil Hotel Shin-Osaka Precious

The bath was wonderful. In the morning, you can really feel the planes taking off and landing—such a pleasant time for an aviation fan like me. The banana juice after the bath was delicious as well. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

During Golden Week, my spouse and I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights.Due to a change in our schedule, we canceled the Hotel we had originally planned and chose this one for the first time, considering the convenience for traveling by car and the reasonable pricing.It’s a small Hotel, but both the facilities and our Room were clean, and we were able to relax comfortably.Recently, with more inbound tourism, many places feel crowded around the front desk and lobby with people and luggage, making it hard to unwind. This Hotel was not like that at all, and we really appreciated its calm atmosphere.Given the size of the Hotel it may be unavoidable, but even so, on the top floor there is a bath area with a sauna as well as an open-air bath—very well equipped for its scale.We thoroughly enjoyed the baths; especially in the open-air bath, we found ourselves soaking longer than expected while feeling the cool night breeze and gazing up at the sky.It was truly relaxing.The only slight disappointment was that although the sauna is labeled “high temperature,” it felt set lower than expected.Still, everything was well cleaned and left a good impression.As for amenities, everything we needed was provided—and even though we didn’t request anything extra for our Multiple Night Stay, they prepared more than enough supplies. The service was very attentive.There were also several types of pillows available in front of the elevator area so guests could choose their preferred one. We selected from them,but unfortunately there weren’t many left by then so we couldn’t choose properly. Perhaps they would have been fully stocked right after check-in…?For those arriving by car: there is no parking lot on the Hotel premises.However, there is an affiliated parking lot nearby, and even walking from there caused no inconvenience at all.What surprised us most was that parking was free,which helped us tremendously.Above all else, the staff service was outstanding.They responded to our requests kindly—and quickly—with polite attention and smiles throughout. We had a truly pleasant stay,and we are sincerely grateful. Thank you very much.If we have another opportunity, we would love to stay again.If you’re visiting Osaka or the Kansai area for business or sightseeing,I highly recommend staying here at least once.With a station nearby it’s convenient whether traveling by train or car; there are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the Hotel area. I don’t think you’ll feel inconvenienced at all.
