  The lounge service was unexpectedly good.

  Since it was for a business trip, I checked in at night and checked out early the next morning. I didn't have any special expectations because a hotel is just for sleeping... but I unexpectedly enjoyed spending time leisurely in the lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks. I thought I would check for the availability of such services for future business trips. It was disappointing that there were no amenities like lotion or cream. During a previous business trip when there was a sudden stay due to a schedule disruption, I was very grateful that the property had a full set of cosmetics, so having basic items would be convenient.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the Library Cafe. Our Hotel has introduced new services at the Library Cafe following our rebranding on February 6, 2025. During Sweetstime (2 PM - 5 PM), we offer delicious Tokyo specialty sweets and a wide variety of teas. Additionally, during Cocktailtime (5 PM - 11 PM), you can enjoy locally loved drinks for 500 yen per glass. Please feel free to use these services for relaxation and conversation. Thank you also for sharing your opinions regarding our amenities. While immediate improvements are not possible due to brand consistency, we will use your feedback as a reference for future service enhancements. We are committed to striving for a better Hotel, and we hope you will choose to stay with us again in the future. We look forward to the day we can welcome you back.

  Comfortable pillows

  We used the property again this New Year, just like last year. The room is compact but well-equipped and easy to use. The pillows were comfortable, and I slept soundly. I mentioned this last year as well, but it's disappointing to see many people wearing pajamas and slippers outside the room. It's embarrassing since there are also international guests staying.

Although the space is limited, we strive to provide user-friendly and functional guest rooms. We are relieved to hear that you were able to rest comfortably. We request that they be used only within the guest rooms, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused due to insufficient guidance.   Comfort Hotel with Peace of Mind and Stability

  Stayed on a Saturday during a three-day weekend. The room was very clean. We had an extra bed added to the twin room and used it for three people. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. The menu was extensive, and I thought it was great for international guests. I would like to use it again.
