Especially on rainy summer days, depending on the timing after cleaning and the condition of the Room, it may take some time for humidity and odors to subside. We take your feedback seriously and will pay closer attention to the in-Room environment after cleaning so we can welcome guests in a more comfortable condition. If you notice anything concerning about your Room upon entering, please do not hesitate to contact our front desk staff.   We stayed to celebra...

  We stayed to celebrate a birthday. Although our Plan did not allow us to choose a Room, they prepared one with a view of Tokyo Skytree from the window, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. The Japanese-style Room made it feel like a real getaway, and the night view from the 12th-floor rooftop was just as beautiful as described in the Reviews. Thanks to you, it was a wonderful celebration and we were very happy. Thank you very much.

  The bathroom is small.

  The bathroom was small, and it was disappointing that there was no phone in the Room. Additionally, nearby APA Hotels provide mineral water, but this one did not have it either, which made the service less satisfactory.

  More than I thought...

  The hotel is more compact than I expected. I was prepared for the small size of the Room, but I was surprised by the extremely narrow bath and toilet, and the step between them and the Room. The cost performance is poor for the price, and the cleaning is not thorough, as evidenced by the colorful hair scattered on the mat inside the elevator. The only good thing was that you could see the Skytree and other sights from the rooftop.
