    Stayed for 3 nights.

    This time, I stayed at the property to take photos of Furano and Biei by myself. There was an onsen inside, and I thought the facility was good. However, it was unfortunate that the slippers provided inside were worn out and felt a bit difficult to walk in. I did not use the restaurant this time, so I'm not sure about the meals. There is also a convenience store nearby, and the parking lot was well-equipped.

    The Onsen and the Room are both wonderful!

    The beautifully arranged room and the staff's courteous service are wonderful. The Onsen on a cold day in Asahikawa felt amazing for my chilled body. I definitely want to stay again. Thank you very much.

    There are too many day-use bath guests.

    This was my second stay after a few years. The front desk service was good. The snack time at the restaurant, with drinks and snacks provided, was a bit iffy (some guests were quite careless as there was no management oversight). The room hasn't changed, but the lack of a handwashing facility in the toilet is still a downside. The biggest issue is the onsen, where I originally wanted to relax. Allowing day-use bathing until 11 PM is too much. I would prefer it to be open to staying guests from around 6 PM. For breakfast, they were quite considerate, arranging slippers and such, so I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably.

    This is my regular Stays in Asahikawa.

    We highly recommend the family-type Japanese-Western style room. It is extremely relaxing. By the way, when I stayed last December, the hotel was fully booked, and I could only get a twin room, so this time I truly appreciated the quality of the Japanese-Western style room. During my previous stay, for some reason, the water temperature in all the baths at the large public bath was very low during the morning bath, and it was difficult to warm up (this had never happened before). This time, there were no issues, so I am relieved, thinking "it was just a coincidence last time." I definitely want to stay in this Japanese-Western style room whenever I visit Asahikawa in the future. From a fan of Asahiyama Zoo living in Tokyo.

    I only had breakfast...

    I only had breakfast and was so tired that I went straight to sleep, so I don't have much feedback. The room smelled of cigarettes, so I should have chosen a non-smoking room.

    It is ordinary.

    Thank you for your hospitality. Since the previous stay was at a luxury property, I inevitably made comparisons. I think the rating would have been higher if the facility was newer. Although it is a business hotel, the natural onsen is very attractive, but I didn't feel much of the onsen's benefits. The room for three people was more spacious than expected, which was good.

    Facility where you can enjoy Onsen

    I received advice from a friend that the Onsen is great, so I decided to use it during my business trip to Asahikawa this time. It's a bit of a walk from Asahikawa Station, but still within a 5-minute walking distance. You can enjoy various Onsen, and in the breakfast venue, you can also enjoy sake and wine in the afternoon, which was a delightful service. However, when dining alone at breakfast, I ended up eating next to strangers at a large table, and after that table was full, other solo guests who came later were dining at small individual tables. I thought it would be nice if the seating arrangement could be reconsidered so that solo guests could enjoy breakfast comfortably (after all, eating next to strangers is uncomfortable). Other than that, it was a very good Facility.

    The large public bath was excellent.

    I booked a separate room for myself and my husband. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the sliding door between the entrance and the room. If I were to be picky, since we stayed for multiple nights, it would have been nice to have drawers for storing clothes. The highlight was the large public bath. There were several types of baths, including a sauna, carbonated bath, jet bath, electric bath, and open-air bath, which were incredibly relaxing. I used it twice, at night and in the morning. The employee at the reception of the large public bath, who resembled Yasuko, had a wonderful smile. The front desk staff were also kind. We enjoyed the short stay with complimentary services like local sake and wine tasting, ice candy, and coffee. The breakfast staff guided us efficiently, but it was a pity that I missed out on the seafood bowl because its location was hard to find. Initially, I intended to book a different hotel, but since it was fully booked, I reluctantly chose this one. However, staying here turned out to be the right choice. If I visit Asahikawa again, I will definitely stay here again. I would also recommend it to my friends.
