    The convenient location near the station is appealing, but...

    I chose a ladies’ Room with the “Rurubu” massage chair. At check-in, I realized that due to my own mistake I had selected a smoking Room when I meant to book non-smoking. I asked if it could be changed, but was flatly told it was “impossible because we’re fully booked,” and the atmosphere felt tense from the start (they pointed out it was my Reservation mistake, but what disappointed me most was the complete lack of any effort to accommodate me as much as possible—such as offering a change for just one night starting the next day, even if same-day wasn’t possible). The Room I was told had thorough deodorizing still had a strong cigarette smell soaked in; no matter how many times I used my aromatherapy spray, the odor remained. On top of that—perhaps because the walls are thin—I could clearly hear hallway noise from people coming and going via the elevator, conversations from housekeeping staff (Middle Eastern?), and sounds from the neighboring Room, which made it hard to relax. The “Rurubu” massage chair, which should have been the highlight of this Plan, wasn’t very comfortable either, and even the bed comfort was… not great. I fully realized I had made the wrong choice. That said, while compact (and at over 18,000 yen per night), the layout offered a reasonable level of comfort for a business hotel. The sink area is small, but women will appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of the unit-bath tub. Access from Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations is indeed convenient, and there are plenty of decent restaurants nearby—so overall it’s a good location. This is an honest Review: personally, this business trip stay left me disappointed in several ways.

    A perfectly compact and efficient space

    I chose this place primarily for its location, and it exceeded my expectations with complimentary mineral water and its proximity to a convenience store. It was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

    Convenient.

    I often use this place for business trips to Tokyo. The route from Hamamatsucho to Tokyo is not crowded in the morning, making it convenient. Access to Haneda Airport is also excellent. There is a convenience store on the first floor where I buy breakfast and other items. It’s very convenient, and the Room is compact but clean. There are also delicious yakiniku restaurants nearby, which I frequently visit.

    The accommodation prices in Tokyo have surged, and many facilities I used to stay at are now nearly double their previous rates. Among them, this facility is quite reasonable. My requirements were a hotel with easy access to Ginza and a bathing area, and it met these conditions perfectly. Being close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon stations made it very convenient for getting around anywhere. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming at all times of the day, which left a great impression. The amenities included snacks, which was a pleasant surprise, and the staff even encouraged me to take some with their friendly remarks like "Please feel free to take them." This made it easy for me to enjoy them without hesitation. I was so impressed that I’ve already made my next reservation here. However, there was one issue: I stayed in a non-smoking twin room on the top floor where the shower head had a crack in the middle. While water pressure on the sides was fine, only a little came out from the center, making it slightly inconvenient to use. Additionally, the seal at the bottom of the bathroom door entrance had come off as well. I hope these issues can be fixed by my next visit because everything else was absolutely satisfying!

    Only air conditioning is available even in late October.

    The minimum temperature was 12 degrees, and when I tried to turn on the heater because the room was cold, only the cooling option was available. When I asked the front desk, they said, "At this time of year, only cooling is available. If you're cold, we can provide you with a blanket." I stayed with a friend and ended up wrapping ourselves in blankets while chatting. Isn't providing a comfortable temperature a basic requirement for a hotel? I trusted IKYU.com to make my reservation but felt slightly disappointed. Other than that, everything else was comfortable.

    Despite being in the city center, the rates are affordable, and it's conveniently located near Hamamatsucho Station for easy transportation. There's a FamilyMart on the first floor, making shopping convenient.

    This was my first stay. The front desk staff provided excellent service, but the noise from the air conditioner in the room was quite bothersome. The bed felt a bit firm, and I woke up with some back and neck pain... It might be okay for a one-night stay with No Meals Included?

    Overall, not bad, but...

    The location is convenient and easily accessible, and the staff were cheerful, making check-in pleasant. However, there was a nail tip of unknown origin in the Room, which caused some unease or even fear. Additionally, there was a constant dripping sound from the restroom after flushing, which made it difficult to sleep deeply when using it before bed. Other than that, there were no particular issues. The 12:00 checkout allowed for a relaxed morning on the last day to prepare comfortably.

    Stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and I had a comfortable stay without being disturbed by surrounding noise. The hotel is conveniently located near the station. I would love to stay here again.

    This is my second stay here for a business trip as it is within walking distance from my office. I booked again because I had a good impression last time, but unfortunately, there was an issue this time. The cleaning of the unit bath and toilet was not thorough at all—there were hairs left on the doorknob, the floor right after entering, and in the bathtub. On the floor near the entrance, there was a long strand of hair. While I am not someone who demands perfection and appreciate the excellent service at the front desk, finding multiple hairs left behind made me feel very uncomfortable. As I like this Hotel, I kindly request better training for your cleaning staff.

    Stress-free experience.

    Stayed for 2 nights. Whenever I stay at a Business Hotel, there’s usually something disappointing, and I just accept it as part of the experience. However, this time the service was excellent, the Room was clean, the Facility had no issues, and everything made for a comfortable 2-day stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I would like to use it again next time.

    This is my second stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near Daimon Subway Station and JR Hamamatsucho Station, with a convenience store right next to it, making it worth choosing just for the location. However, what I like the most is the staff's service. Their hospitality shines through not only in their smiles but also in thoughtful gestures on rainy days.

    Arrived about 10 min...

    Arrived about 10 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time. We were allowed to enter the Room immediately, which was greatly appreciated on such a cold day. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathtub was large and comfortable. A cleaning staff member (a foreigner) greeted us with a smile and "hello," which warmed our hearts. The location had good access to the station and was quiet at night.

    It was good.

    The amenities are well-equipped and satisfactory. The mirror on the three-sided washstand felt far away, making it difficult to see despite its presence. It is close to the station, but the station stairs were tough. There is a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient, but I was disappointed that the surrounding shops were closed because I used it on the weekend. It would be nice to have water in the Room.

    Stayed for 2 nights with live participation.

    JR Hamamatsucho Station and Subway Daimon Station Both were convenient to use. The destination was Subway Kudanshita Station. On the second day, there was a train trouble on the Asakusa Line, causing delays. Since the Mita Line was also available, I didn't have to worry. Access to the event is important. The room was in front of the elevator, so there was a bit of noise from people coming and going, which was unfortunate. The cleaning staff was pleasant. The bed and bathroom were clean, which was nice. It's important, isn't it? There are more than three convenience stores nearby, and I used them twice. I would like to stay again.

    It was a good Hotel.

    The necessary amenities are self-service in the lobby, which avoids waste. There was an accessory tray, the sleepwear was separate, and the slippers were disposable non-woven fabric, which was nice. I was particularly pleased with the slippers as hygiene is a concern. It was a functional and well-balanced Business Hotel, conveniently located near the station and a convenience store. I would like to use it again.

    Safe for solo female travelers

    Located right next to Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station (Asakusa Line, Oedo Line), with a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel. Tokyo Tower is within walking distance, allowing you to easily enjoy the night view of Tokyo Tower. The WiFi signal in the Room was not good, but the prompt response ensured a satisfactory communication environment. The staff were warm and welcoming at all times, making for a very pleasant stay.
