  This Hotel was thoroughly cost-conscious.

  It felt like the service is designed to minimize Hotel staff workload as much as possible. Room amenities were replaced only minimally—for example, no replacement of the bath mat and no replacement of toothbrushes. Replacement towels and bath towels were stuffed messily into a large plastic bag and hung on the outside door handle; they were not neatly folded and did not feel clean or well-presented. The bathroom light fixture generated a lot of heat, and a bath towel was placed almost touching it, which felt like a fire hazard. The Hotel staff responded quickly but were businesslike and not very friendly. To be fair, the manager was courteous. Compared with an APA Hotel in a regional area that I used more than 10 years ago, the atmosphere felt very different, which was unsettling. If you treat it simply as an Accommodation Hotel for business use, it may be fine.

  It was very clean and nice. There was more space to walk around than I expected, which was great.

  About the Check-in Machine

  When making a Reservation through IKYU or other platforms, you need to manually input your name and complete the process on the screen. However, the loading time is very long and needs improvement. Usability should also be considered for those who did not make a Reservation through the official APA website.

  We experienced issues with cigarette odor.

  The front desk staff were very pleasant, and the room cleaning was thorough and satisfactory. However, I reserved a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was problematic. Perhaps it was due to the pipes? It seemed like the smell was coming into the room from somewhere. I kept the bathroom door open and ran the ventilation fan continuously, even while sleeping during my stay. If this happens again next time, I plan to request a different room.

  The room smells of tobacco.

  The room was non-smoking, but it still smelled of cigarettes and was not comfortable.

  The large public bath is good.

  A Business Hotel with a large public bath is delightful. It would be even better if there is a massage service.
