    Near Hakata Station, highly convenient

    First time staying here. I used it for a concert trip and chose this hotel because my friend was staying here the day before. Although I booked a single, both the bed and the bathtub were a good size, and I could relax in the bath up to my shoulders. There were no room slippers, so they may have been available with the amenities in the lobby. There was enough space to open my suitcase, making for a comfortable one-night stay. It’s also conveniently close to the station for shopping at the souvenir stores the next day. Thank you for lending me a plastic umbrella free of charge.

    A Convenient Hotel Near Hakata Station

    It’s a bit of a walk from the Hakata Exit, but on my recent business trips to Hakata (about three times in the past month), I’ve stayed at this Hotel every time. In addition to the standard amenity bar, you can choose from several types of shampoo and even bath salts, which makes it fun to pick something different each stay. Breakfast is a half-buffet style: you choose a main dish, then help yourself to salads and side dishes. The main dish tends to arrive a little too quickly—I’d prefer it after enjoying the salad and other items—but overall the service is efficient every time.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    The breakfast area was a bit small, and we had to wait when we arrived at the scheduled time, but the made-to-order dish was excellent. Even with the wait, it was well worth it.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Hakata Station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Since accommodations in Fukuoka are generally expensive, I appreciated being able to stay at an affordable price. I felt the room lighting could be a bit brighter as it was slightly dim, making it difficult to do makeup. Also, the TV remote control needs improvement as it only responded when pressed firmly. It would be great if subscription services like Netflix were available too. Overall, considering the price, I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you!

    Please address only the elevator issue.

    It would have been helpful if the front desk explained or if there was a notice in the elevator hall about needing to use the card key before calling the elevator. I ended up waiting for a while without realizing it, and I saw other guests in the same situation. The noise from the refrigerator in the room was bothersome. I was looking forward to the breakfast salad bar based on reviews and their website, but it only had mixed greens, onions, and broccoli—no different from other accommodations (some even offer more variety). I also expected more variety in bread and juice options, so that was disappointing. The front desk amenities were diverse and enjoyable. Other than the elevator issue, nothing else caused major inconvenience. Perhaps my expectations were too high due to peak season pricing. Depending on future prices, I might consider staying again.

    The bathroom is not a unit bath, so the toilet and bathroom are separate, providing comfort. The bathtub is spacious, allowing you to stretch your legs and relax while bathing.

    Close to the station

    Located in a prime area, just about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station Hakata Exit. Although there are a few turns, there are many landmark buildings, so it was easy to find. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The Room was on a floor with a London-inspired theme. The chic interior design provided a relaxing atmosphere. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again and explore rooms on different floors.

    Conveniently located.

    The room was very cute but quite small, making it difficult to find space for luggage. Amenities were self-service on the first floor and were sufficient. It was great to be able to choose shampoos and bath additives. Parking at the affiliated parking lot was affordable at 1,200 yen. We walked not only to Hakata Station but also to restaurants in Watanabe-dori. It's a convenient location.

    The location is relatively close to the station and convenient. Upon arrival during a typhoon, we were promptly provided with towels for each person at check-in. The Room is somewhat small, but the bathroom with a washing area is easy to use, and considering the location and price, there are no complaints. Breakfast is a half-buffet style where you choose the main dish, and the well-prepared food made me eat more than usual, even though I don't usually have breakfast.
