KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

It’s a bit of a walk from the Hakata Exit, but on my recent business trips to Hakata (about three times in the past month), I’ve stayed at this Hotel every time. In addition to the standard amenity bar, you can choose from several types of shampoo and even bath salts, which makes it fun to pick something different each stay. Breakfast is a half-buffet style: you choose a main dish, then help yourself to salads and side dishes. The main dish tends to arrive a little too quickly—I’d prefer it after enjoying the salad and other items—but overall the service is efficient every time.

Conveniently located near Hakata Station, with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Since accommodations in Fukuoka are generally expensive, I appreciated being able to stay at an affordable price. I felt the room lighting could be a bit brighter as it was slightly dim, making it difficult to do makeup. Also, the TV remote control needs improvement as it only responded when pressed firmly. It would be great if subscription services like Netflix were available too. Overall, considering the price, I am satisfied with my stay. Thank you!
