    For better or worse

    This was my first stay. As for service, most of the staff were pleasant and polite, but there were a few disappointing staff members where I felt, well, maybe it can’t be helped. I had a question at the vending machine area and asked a staff member walking down the hallway. They clicked their tongue and spoke to me as if I should already know, then answered with an audible sigh. I didn’t ask anything further and wondered what that kind of service was about. The Room was simple but comfortable. Breakfast—especially the bread (croissants)—was delicious, so I recommend it. There is Bell Mall (a shopping complex) nearby; if you’re traveling with children, I think they’ll enjoy it because there are alpacas. Also, if you’re heading toward Utsunomiya Station, the Utsunomiya Light Rail (LRT) station is very close by, which was convenient. It also felt reassuring that I could leave my car at the Hotel when going out for drinks. Although I don’t think some staff members’ attitudes were acceptable, I would like to stay again.

    Thank you as always for your kind support. This time, we had a very comfortable stay for three nights. When visiting Utsunomiya, if Sealuck Pal has availability, we will adjust our schedule accordingly.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    First time in Utsunomiya, we enjoyed a trip of "Gyoza and Light Rail." Instead of staying at a hotel near the station, we chose one accessible by light rail. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and both the breakfast bread and curry were delicious. There’s free coffee available, but local sake and draft beer for 300 yen is an unbeatable deal. You can enjoy "Senbero" at the hotel! It’s also great that there’s an Ito-Yokado and an Onsen facility within walking distance. This time, our stay included tickets to use the Onsen facility, so we didn’t use the room bath—hence a rating of 1 for it. We had a wonderful time!

    I made an early reservation due to the New Year holidays. Initially, I reserved without meals, but since the price didn't change much with the meal plan, I changed the reservation to include meals. However, upon checking in and looking at the facility guide, I found out that breakfast is free for everyone?? I felt a bit at a loss. But the room and bath were spacious, the breakfast bread was delicious, and the reception staff left a good impression. There was also a large shopping mall and a light rail station nearby, so the location was great.

    The room was not spacious, typical of a business hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Although the venue was not large, the side dishes and other items showed creativity, which was nice. There is a shopping mall nearby, but there are not many dining options like izakayas, so you might need to do some research for dinner.
