  Breakfast was disappointing.

  I stayed at this Hotel because I wanted to visit Fushimi Inari Shrine at night. I originally planned to book No Meals Included, but the official website said the breakfast buffet includes omelets made by a chef right in front of you, so I chose a plan with breakfast for that reason. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available… I was really looking forward to the omelet, and there was no notice at all, which was very disappointing. If it’s not being offered, I want them to remove that information from the website. As for the Room, I think more thorough cleaning would be better—there was dust in corners and black mold around the sink. Please note that an Accommodation Tax is charged at check-in. The female staff member at the front desk was very matter-of-fact and didn’t smile much, which felt unusual.

In particular, we deeply apologize that the information on our official website regarding a chef-prepared omelet differed from what was actually provided, resulting in unmet expectations. We take your feedback seriously and will review the website content to ensure we provide accurate information. We also sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by insufficient Room cleaning, including dust in corners and black mold around the washbasin. We will share this with our housekeeping team and thoroughly reinforce detailed cleaning and inspections. Furthermore, we apologize that our front desk staff did not provide the level of hospitality you expected.   A Pleasant Stay

  The front desk staff kindly assisted with various requests and handled everything efficiently, which made the experience very pleasant. The check-in process was also quick and smooth, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to their excellent service, I had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

  Parking

  The parking lot is very narrow, and the number of spaces is limited, including spots designated for compact cars only. Clear notices and images regarding this should have been provided.
