    Indeed excellent.

    This is my second stay, and I still think it's the best. First of all, the sauna room is quite spacious. I've visited many guest rooms with saunas in various facilities, but personally, this one ranks among the top. Although the outdoor air bath and cold water bath feel slightly lacking in chilliness, there are services that make up for it, so overall I am very satisfied. The abundance of bath towels is extremely helpful. I will visit again. Thank you very much!

    Perfect choice for those visiting the Tokyo Skytree!

    This Hotel is located right next to the Skytree, making it an excellent choice for tourists. The Room was clean, with a separate toilet and bathroom, and the bathtub was spacious. The shower pressure was also perfect. Breakfast was delicious; however, it seemed to take some time to replenish certain dishes, with some items not being refilled for over 30 minutes, which was a bit disappointing. Overall though, I think this is a very good Hotel. My family enjoyed their stay as well!

    The staff provided courteous and pleasant service from check-in to check-out. The Room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with ample amenities. Although there was a minor issue with some amenities, it was addressed, and overall I am very satisfied. Conveniently located near the station with a supermarket downstairs. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo and have already recommended it to my friends.

    The best Hotel!

    The location, cleanliness, value for money, comfort, and convenience were all exceptional. The room came with a sauna, and the facility and amenities exceeded expectations. Although I wasn't particularly a sauna enthusiast before, this comfortable experience might just make me one. The lounge was also impressive. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. Due to my misunderstanding, I got the checkout time wrong and incurred an extension fee. However, they suggested registering as a member to extend checkout until 12 PM without any extra charge. It was my mistake, but I am deeply grateful for the thoughtful female staff member who handled it flexibly with great care. If you ever face any issues or need help during your stay (within reason), they will surely assist you. This hotel provides such peace of mind that I absolutely want to stay here again in the future. Five stars aren't enough to describe this amazing experience!

    Family Trip

    The Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff provided very polite service, creating a pleasant experience. The elevator required a card key to access upper floors, ensuring strong security and allowing for a safe stay. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The Room and bed were more spacious than expected, allowing for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was comfortable with a washing area. However, I noticed dust in the exhaust vent and felt the cleaning could have been better, so I rated it 4 stars. The Plan included lounge access with alcohol, which made the stay very enjoyable. The staff provided natural and attentive service without being overbearing, which was appreciated. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    Spa Twin Room

    The shower room, featuring a sauna, hinoki bath, cold water bath (with a small bucket for pouring water), and rain shower, is directly connected to the bedroom. This allowed me to freely move between the sauna and bed without any worries—such freedom! While there are plans where the sauna is located outside the room, I believe having it in-room is definitely better. It would be great if all rooms were Spa Twin Rooms instead of separate saunas; it would make reservations easier. Since I stayed after work, check-in was from 6 PM. However, this made it more affordable, so I was fairly satisfied. Upon entering the room, a staff member kindly explained everything about the room and how to use the sauna. Thanks to this explanation, I could enjoy using the sauna without needing to call reception. Although Tokyo Skytree wasn't clearly visible from my room, you could catch a glimpse of it from the shared lounge. The shared lounge offered snacks like chips and instant soup as well as alcohol, juice drinks, and soft serve ice cream—all delicious! You can bring your own food while enjoying drinks here or simply fill up on what’s available in the lounge itself. Around 7 PM or so when others were quietly working on their laptops or studying in silence at nearby tables—it felt slightly guilty drinking alcohol amidst such calmness. On another note: The supermarket "Life" located on-site had an impressive variety compared with regular branches near my home—it featured sushi platters alongside gourmet deli items plus everyday essentials aplenty! Recently whenever staying overnight specifically targeting business hotels equipped w/onsen-style public baths often found them overcrowded during peak hours making wash stations unavailable despite checking congestion status beforehand via TV monitors provided inside guestroom displays which sometimes proved inaccurate leading ultimately opting instead private bathing facilities within personal quarters themselves much preferred alternative overall experience-wise especially given inclusion exclusive access private saunas spaciously designed bathrooms attached directly adjacent sleeping areas offering utmost convenience privacy alike altogether worthwhile investment indeed!     The review was good, so I had high expectations, but it was a bit disappointing. Although it has been renovated, the room felt old-fashioned despite being spacious, and the windows were small. The room didn’t cool down easily. There were a few strands of hair in the bathroom drawer and even on the towels. The bathtub drained poorly and was left covered in foam. There was no air purifier available; they said the air conditioner had a built-in purifier, but it was dusty. When I requested additional towels, the staff member who brought them seemed annoyed and handed them over with one hand before leaving quickly. However, during check-out, another female staff member was very pleasant and kindly stored my luggage for me, which made me happy. As for the lounge area, its atmosphere made it hard to visit multiple times; in hindsight, I think adding that option wasn’t necessary. That said, the location is excellent for enjoying time at Solamachi!

    I was able to show my gratitude to my parents!

    I arranged for my parents visiting from Akita to stay at this hotel. They were absolutely delighted, thoroughly enjoying not only the hotel itself but also the scenery and nearby facilities. The room was spacious with a bathtub, and the view of Tokyo Skytree from the window was breathtaking—truly a perfect stay. Even after Solamachi closed, they enjoyed strolling around the Skytree area while admiring the night view from their room and having drinks, which left a lasting impression on me. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful experience that became an unforgettable memory for both my parents and our family.

    Conveniently located near the station and easy to find, offering a comfortable stay.

    Stayed with my child and had a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive from check-in, the room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary water and abundant amenities, including items like a hair iron available upon request, were very helpful! Located next to Solamachi, I was initially concerned about noise but it was completely quiet and perfect for sleeping. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and making waffles was so much fun! The cheese bread was so delicious that I wished I could take it home. From start to finish, the staff provided excellent service, making our stay very pleasant. I would definitely love to stay here again if given the chance!

    The facility was excellent, but...

    The sauna was great, and the room was small but clean. Check-in was polite, and the facility explanation was perfect! However, at night, I asked the front desk, "Do you have a blanket?" They replied, "We have blankets," so I requested one... But even after an hour, it never arrived. I eventually gave up thinking it's fine... Forgotten? → Forgetting is absolutely unacceptable! Busy? → At least inform if it's going to be late! Lack of communication? → This should never happen! The next morning, they acted as if they didn’t know about it. It’s disappointing because the facilities are good. Is it unavoidable because it’s summer vacation? The sound of children running around and their voices… Loud conversations from foreign guests… Well, maybe it's understandable since it's a reasonably priced hotel...

    It seems there was a large public bath...

    The elevator floor display indicated "Bathhouse," so it seems there was a large public bath. However, it wasn't mentioned on the website or during our stay, so we didn't know about it. We only realized upon leaving, which was disappointing. Both the Room and Facility were clean and excellent.

    It was an enjoyable stay.

    This is a stay with a Share Lounge Plan. The hotel has excellent access from the station, and the twin Room is spacious and clean, with a bath featuring a washing area, which is very convenient. Amenities such as cosmetics are well-prepared and thoughtful for women. The front staff were polite and kind. In the comfortable Share Lounge, I enjoyed bringing in lunch during the day and snacks with drinks at night to relax and refresh myself. A very good Hotel. I would love to stay again!

    Enjoyed an authentic sauna experience in the Room.

    Previously, I reserved a certain hotel and was amazed to find a sauna in the room. While searching for my next hotel, I came across this one. The sauna at the previous hotel was made of stone and could only accommodate one person in a very hot space, but this hotel's sauna is authentic, spacious, and impressive. The bath is also large with a cypress wood design, including a cypress cold bath as well. You can fully enjoy your own private sauna time here. This is a Hotel I would love to visit again and again!

    I had a relaxing time.

    I stayed for one night to enjoy visiting Kuramae Shrine's flowers, exploring cafes, and leisurely viewing the aquarium. With multiple subway lines nearby, a supermarket below the Hotel, and Solamachi right in front, it was very convenient. The Room was spacious with separate toilet and bathroom facilities, allowing me to relax by adding a bath bomb from the amenities into the tub. I rated the Room four stars because I thought it would be nice to have a small tray for accessories like rings on the shelf in front of the TV. Entering a well-cleaned Room instantly boosts satisfaction levels.

    Very convenient accommodation

    This hotel is very convenient for business trips, located just a 1-minute walk from the station and offering easy access to and from the airport. The Tokyo Skytree is right in front of the hotel. Perfect for shopping and dining! There’s even a supermarket on the first floor open until midnight. Highly recommended for those who enjoy exploring supermarkets!

    I would like to use it again.

    I had been curious about this Hotel for a long time. It was conveniently located near the station and close to the Skytree. The Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. I liked the vegetable dressing as it suited my taste. I will use it again next time I visit Tokyo.

    The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and I had a wonderful time in the lounge with my favorite alcohol. I also noticed there was a plan I didn't know about and thought I wanted to experience it, so I made a reservation today. I look forward to staying again.

    Hotel I want to repeat

    This was my first stay. I live about 30 minutes away by train, but my daughter and I wanted to try staying once. We booked a standard double room with breakfast, and the room size was just right. Thank you for accommodating our requests. We made an unreasonable request to borrow a blanket, memory foam pillow, and humidifier, but you kindly responded, and we were able to spend our time comfortably. I was impressed by the gentleman who took off his shoes when entering the room, showing such consideration. The more than sufficient amenities and the Skytree-shaped water were also very nice. The breakfast at Sizzler had a wide variety of salads and was very delicious. After checking out, we used the share lounge for just an hour. Just one thing... The Wi-Fi disconnected on its own at night and wouldn't reconnect. That was the only disappointment. But other than that, it was a very satisfying stay, and it was the best hotel that I would recommend to everyone.

    Almost good

    The location was perfect for visiting the Skytree, offering excellent convenience. The staff's attitude was great, and I was satisfied with being able to enjoy drinks at Sizzler without worry. However, the Room was located across from an area where staff frequently came and went, which gave a slightly noisy impression.

    It was very good.

    I used it for sightseeing, and both the Skytree and Tokyo Solamachi were right in front of the Hotel, making it convenient to go to Asakusa as well. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed breakfast at Sizzler. Since it was a dry winter season, it would have been perfect if the humidifier in the Room had been a bit more efficient.

    We used the sauna room for two people. The double room was just the right size for two people, and although the toilet and bath were together, we were satisfied because we could also take a shower in the sauna room. The sauna room was very spacious, and the sauna was comfortable. It was well-equipped with a löyly, speakers, chairs, and more. There were plenty of towels and drinks, which was great. The breakfast buffet was crowded, but there was a wide variety, and we enjoyed it. We were happy with the abundance of vegetables. There were many impressive points, such as the abundance of amenities and the cleanliness of the lobby and other areas. The location is also good, with a supermarket right next door and only a 1-minute walk to Solamachi, so there were no negative points. All the staff were kind, and we would like to use it again.

    The facilities are new, but...

    I chose this Hotel as it is part of the same chain as Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage, which I found convenient during my stay in February, and it was recently renovated. The Room and interior were indeed clean and well-maintained. I opted for a reasonably priced plan, so I expected the Room to be compact. Feeling unwell after visiting Solamachi, I prepared the QR code sent in advance for check-in. However, a female staff member at the self-check-in machine directed me to line up instead. After standing in line for a long time and filling out forms by hand, I ended up not using the QR code at all—what was its purpose? The lobby space is very limited due to the shared lounge area; there are hardly any seats available, making it even more crowded than Solamachi. My condition worsened while waiting to receive my key. The amenity bar is also located in one place only, requiring additional waiting time there too. When I finally reached my Room, my condition had not improved enough to go out for dinner as planned and had to cancel. At check-in, I was advised that breakfast would get crowded around 8 AM and recommended going earlier. Despite making an effort to arrive slightly past 7 AM, most seats were already taken by then. The narrow layout of the restaurant meant being seated near the entrance with no view of the buffet area at all. The buffet area itself was extremely congested; narrow aisles made movement difficult with people lining up for food or drinks everywhere. Some international guests bumped into others without concern or cut lines freely while speaking loudly over food trays with large groups. In hindsight, skipping breakfast here and opting for morning dining options nearby would have been much better... Instead of feeling refreshed from this trip as intended initially—I returned home more stressed than before!

    Both check-in and check-out seemed to have machines, but they were done in person. It took quite a while to check in when there were overseas guests. The room was spacious, but it seems you can hear sounds from the adjacent room. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The location is right outside the elevator of Oshiage Station, which was helpful with a suitcase. The price seems to fluctuate greatly, but I would like to stay again depending on the price.

    Very satisfied.

    First of all, the location is excellent! The hotel is right in front of the Oshiage station. I booked here because I wanted to see the night view of the Skytree, and it's really close to the Skytree. There was a large table in the room, so we were able to have a room party by buying snacks and drinks at the supermarket downstairs. The toilet and bath were separate, and I was able to relax by putting the provided bath salts in the spacious bathtub. The staff were mostly young and everyone was pleasant and responded promptly and smoothly. Thank you. With the plan that allows access to the shared lounge next to the front desk, we could have a light breakfast with soup, drinks, yogurt, and bread there. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.
