    It was great.

    The in-Room sauna that I could enjoy all to myself was even better than I imagined. The Skytree is so close that you can’t see it from the Room, but it was fun watching the flow of people coming and going to Skytree Town change throughout the day! With a Plan that also allowed free access to TSUTAYA’s Share Lounge, I was able to relax and unwind. My son, who had just turned 20, happily tried various alcoholic drinks to celebrate being legally allowed to drink.

    A Very Satisfying Hotel

    The Hotel staff were extremely kind to our family, even though we are not confident in Japanese, and they did their best to assist us. The room was very clean, and we had no inconveniences at all. There are supermarkets for daily needs and shopping facilities such as Solamachi nearby, and the subway is right in front of the Hotel, which made it very convenient for travelers. We liked it so much that we would love to visit again next time.

    Delicious breakfast.

    We stayed here on a family trip to visit Tokyo Skytree for the first time. The staff were very courteous, and the Room was spacious and clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. Above all, the breakfast menu at Sizzler was extensive and excellent! Cheese toast, tortillas... it was wonderful to enjoy so many delicious options in the morning—it made us feel really happy. We’d love to stay here again if we’re in the area.

    I’m a returning guest.

    I like this Hotel and stay here regularly. Unfortunately, it seems the amenities have decreased compared to before. With prices rising, I guess it can’t be helped.. As for the Room, I’m concerned about a smell coming from the bathroom drain. Also, I was surprised that the conditioner in the bath was empty. You would normally expect it to be refilled before check-in. Don’t they check this during cleaning? I noticed while washing my hair, which was very inconvenient. All of the staff are very pleasant.

    Stay in Tokyo Again and Again!

    My daughter and I often visit Tokyo to enjoy great food. Each time, I looked for a Hotel near the station, but we stayed at a different one every time. This place is truly close to both the station and Tokyo Skytree, and the Room is clean and very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by the breakfast. Even though I’m not really a fan of vegetables, every vegetable was delicious—I finished a whole plate in no time. The cheese toast, grilled one slice at a time by the staff, was amazing topped with salmon or a seafood salad—I definitely want to have it again! They also offer a great selection of soup, meat dishes, desserts, and drinks. Breakfast while looking out toward Solamachi was the perfect start to the day. I’d love to stay here again.

    Recommended for sauna lovers :)

    This Hotel offered top-level value for money and outstanding hospitality, even by Tokyo standards! First, you can use the SHARE LOUNGE free of charge even before check-in and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (Plan-limited; advance booking via the app is required). For my stay, I chose a Room with a private sauna. I was impressed by how thoroughly they managed safety risks—confirming safety precautions and the emergency button—and the Facility explanations were so attentive they rivaled luxury Hotels. It was a slight downside that the bedroom and sauna room were separated, but the relaxation area was stocked with 2L of Pocari Sweat, a Bose speaker, plenty of fluffy towels, and bathrobes. With outdoor air bathing available as well, the space was clean, stylish, and genuinely comfortable from the bottom of my heart. I stayed to refresh instead of traveling far during Golden Week, and spending time unwinding while playing my favorite music felt like all my everyday fatigue just melted away. They also offered an aufguss service using kugel ice balls—the wonderful roasted green tea aroma was irresistible. Breakfast was a lavish Sizzler buffet: cheese toasties, fresh salads, tacos, grilled items—everything was delicious. I felt happy throughout my entire stay. I’m also truly grateful to all staff members who kindly helped without showing any frustration—even when they were busy—such as when I needed my Room key reissued or requested kugel for the sauna. I definitely plan to stay here regularly in the future!

    There was no shampoo—was it supposed to be body soap?

    This was my first stay. The ceiling lighting was bright; while Rooms in typical Hotels can feel a bit dim, this Hotel’s Room was well lit and very comfortable to spend time in. Regarding the Room amenities, I would appreciate it if basic items such as spoons could be provided in the Room. One question: there were two bottles of body soap in the bathroom—was there no shampoo? I wasn’t sure and ended up washing my hair with the body soap. The loungewear was also very comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant stay, so I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you to the staff for their courteous service.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The amenities were very well stocked. I also enjoyed choosing from the tea bags offered at check-in. The room was spotless, there was hardly any noise from outside, and the blackout curtains blocked out light completely with no leakage. One minor issue was that there wasn’t a mirror at the desk in the room, so doing makeup in the bathroom was a bit inconvenient. It was also convenient to have a large supermarket on the first floor, and I had a comfortable stay without any problems. If I have another opportunity, I’d love to stay again.

    I was able to relax ...

    I was able to relax in the spacious Room. After reading the comments later, it seems new slippers were available, but I didn’t know, so I was disappointed that I ended up using reused ones. I stayed at another Hotel in the same group a few months ago, and the lounge there was free and the service was great, so it was disappointing that the lounge here is paid. Breakfast was delicious, but there were hardly any Japanese dishes that go well with rice—having just a few more items would make a difference. Also, regarding the cheese toast service, I was asked about it abruptly as soon as I was shown to my seat; it felt like a bit more guidance or explanation would be helpful.

    It was clean and relaxing.

    I found a great Plan nearby after work, so I stayed here for the first time. The staff were friendly and welcoming with great smiles, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The bathtub was spacious, and I liked the different shower settings, but not having a separate washing area—and the shower curtain—were definite downsides. The electric kettle was heavy and felt old, which was another minus, but as a tea lover I really enjoyed the stylish and delicious tea I received at check-in. The Skytree-themed water bottle was also cute. Overall, it was great value for money, so there’s nothing that would reduce my satisfaction. Since this is a tourist area, next time I’d like to visit in the off-season and enjoy other Rooms and the lounge!

    Cleaner than expected

    The location was a bit hard to find, but the Hotel name is displayed at the top left of the building. There is another Hotel with the same name nearby, and the entrance is somewhat hidden unless you know where to look. Inside was quiet, and the Room felt clean and well maintained, which was very nice. The staff were kind and courteous, and I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The sauna was absolutely amazing.

    We stayed at this Hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday, as he loves saunas. We chose a Plan with a private sauna Room, and it was simply amazing. It was separate from the Room with the bed, but just a few doors down on the same floor, so getting there was no hassle at all. My husband was thrilled and said, “I’ve never felt more refreshed than in any private sauna I’ve been to!” The kugel service, the extra towels provided, and the speaker for drinks and music made it very comfortable. Our Plan also included access to the shared lounge during our stay, but we ended up spending most of our time in the sauna Room. They also arranged celebration balloons in advance, which made it a wonderful memory. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    High satisfaction with the Accommodation

    The Hotel is directly across from Oshiage Station. The Room was very comfortable and spacious. It also offers convenient access to Narita Airport and Haneda Airport. Tokyo Skytree is right across the street as well. Everything you need is nearby, including shopping malls. There is also a supermarket downstairs. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Considering the price

    This was my first time staying here. Since it was a long-awaited trip with my long-distance partner, we wanted a spacious, relaxing stay and made a Reservation for a Superior Twin. As it’s a relatively new Hotel, there were no obvious damages or malfunctions in the room amenities. However, a large number of small flies were coming out of the tiny drainage hole on the side of the faucet area of the sink. I immediately dealt with them using the provided deodorizing spray and hand soap, but the next day more flies came out from the same hole again, which was extremely unpleasant. I also found what looked like a used makeup cotton pad left near the window. Although the building is new and dirt doesn’t stand out easily, there were several areas where housekeeping felt insufficient. Full cleaning is available upon request, but otherwise they seem to use an eco-cleaning approach (sheet and towel replacement and trash collection). If so, I would at least like thorough cleaning after each guest checks out. As for breakfast buffet: it was neither particularly good nor bad. While they advertise having a wide variety of salads, I felt the rest of the selection was limited—most surprising was that there were no Japanese dishes at all. Instead, they offered some unusual options like making tacos and waffles at breakfast; some people may really enjoy that (the taste itself was also just average). There are also plenty of breakfast options in Solamachi’s restaurant area right across from the Hotel, so you likely won’t have trouble finding something to eat. True to its name, the location is excellent, so it’s ideal as an Accommodation for sightseeing purposes.

    It was very comfortable.

    We stayed here while preparing for our son’s move to Tokyo. Both the service and the Room were excellent. The toilet and bath were separate, and the size of the Room, bath, and toilet was more than spacious enough. A hair iron was also provided, and the other amenities were more than satisfactory. Even after being completely worn out from visiting Tokyo Skytree, it was great to be able to relax since it’s in the neighboring Hotel. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Excellent location.

    My parents came to Tokyo to see Tokyo Skytree, so we stayed here. The location was excellent—Tokyo Solamachi and Tokyo Skytree were right in front of us, making it a lively and exciting area. The station is also right in front of the Hotel, so getting around by train or bus was very convenient. The Hotel breakfast buffet at Sizzler was also very good.

    It was amazing!!

    The location near Tokyo Skytree is excellent, and the service was the best of any Hotel I’ve stayed at. Although they were young, the staff member who assisted me at check-in was especially outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, and the Room was fantastic. I’m very satisfied. The only reason I rated the meals a 3 is that there wasn’t anything to eat with rice. Miso soup, pickles, nori, or umeboshi would have been great. Every dish was delicious, but it felt geared toward international guests—so even just one item that goes well with rice would be appreciated!

    Is the price for the land?

    Given the late check-in and the fairly high price, I expected better hospitality, but it was underwhelming. First, I couldn’t check in at the machine. The front desk staff told me to wait, went to the back, and didn’t return for a while, which made me worry something was wrong. When they came back, they didn’t explain anything—just started with “Well then…,” leaving me wondering what that time was about. I was handed a key card, and only after entering the Room did I notice a breakfast voucher receipt tucked into it. Since nothing was mentioned, I’m glad I didn’t drop it. I also assumed the TV would support YouTube and similar apps these days, but it was just a standard TV. The hair dryer wasn’t great either. I also expected amenities like a humidifier with an air purifier. I had higher expectations because of the “Premier” name, but it seems that refers to the location at the base of Skytree. Overall, it’s an average Business Hotel—neither particularly good nor bad.

    I used the late check-out option.

    Since we were coming back from a live show, we didn’t plan to spend much time at the Hotel, but we made a Reservation because we wanted a place with a spacious bath. We checked in after 11:00 PM. Even though check-in could be done by machine, the staff kindly came out to assist us anyway. They were very polite and cheerful, and it felt like our fatigue melted away. The Room has some older aspects. The points I’d like to see improved are that there was no USB connection, and that we had to place the kettle and other items around the TV area. Since the Room was spacious enough, I would prefer the refrigerator and similar items to be placed elsewhere. At check-out as well, the staff were very pleasant. I think it’s a Hotel where you can stay comfortably.

    The breakfast Sizzler menu is great!

    The Room didn’t have a view of the Skytree, but it was spacious and comfortable. If I had to say one thing, I’d like a luggage rack—even a simple foldable one. Breakfast at Sizzler was very satisfying. Everything was delicious, and of course there was a great variety of salads. That said, there were a few things about the setup that concerned me. First, drinks like fresh juice in pitchers were placed in the opposite direction from the main drink station—sitting alone in an area you pass on the way to your seat—so I found myself wondering, “Is this only for staff to bring refills? Is it okay for guests to pour their own and take it back?” The milk pitcher was even placed inside the dessert section (I assume for refrigeration), but it would be hard for someone who needs it to notice it there. Also, when we were shown to our table (before we even sat down), we were suddenly shown an A4 photo menu with no explanation and asked, “How many slices of cheese toast would you like?” Please don’t do that—it’s too abrupt. You can’t understand what’s on that sheet at a glance. After reading it carefully later, I realized it was suggesting ways to enjoy the cheese toast, but at first I thought it was an à la carte menu and misunderstood the system as “choose one main dish plus salad bar.” It would be much better to first say something like, “Bread is available at the buffet as well, but this cheese toast needs to be ordered in advance,” and then ask how many slices. One more thing: demitasse cups were placed above the coffee machine while mugs were on a separate table below. Because they were split between two different heights/locations, some guests (probably taller ones) noticed only the demitasse cups first and used them for regular coffee, causing several overflowed cups left behind. This could likely be improved by placing both types of cups together so they’re visible at once. Overall: Sizzler breakfast is excellent! There’s still room for improvement—I’m looking forward to seeing changes going forward.

    Staycation

    I live in Tokyo, and my hobby is doing “hotel stays” and workations at Hotels in and around the city. I explore new Hotels and spas about twice a month. The Oshiage area is a tourist spot and always crowded, so it’s not usually my favorite area, but this was my first time visiting Skole, and it quickly became a favorite. From check-in to guidance for the Room and sauna, requests for rental items, and check-out—everything about the staff’s service was incredibly kind. I also stay at five-star Hotels, but I was surprised by how high the level was here: smooth operations, genuine smiles, clear explanations, and overall responsiveness. The sauna briefing in particular included solid safety considerations and a consent signature process, which made both sides feel secure. There are two Rooms: a sauna Room and a smaller Hotel Room. Both were clean and very comfortable. I was especially satisfied with the sauna Room—I didn’t want to leave it at all. It even made me consider buying that Lafuma chair. If I had to mention one thing: the Wi-Fi in the sauna Room wouldn’t connect. I called the front desk and was told they would Clear it and that I should try again after 10 minutes, but it still didn’t work. It wasn’t a major complaint, but I’d appreciate it if you could check it. The location is extremely close (right in front) of both the station and Skytree Town. The Life supermarket downstairs has an unbelievable variety of prepared foods and snacks, plus there’s also a drugstore—travelers won’t have any trouble finding what they need. The TSUTAYA lounge is smaller than others; on Friday afternoon on a weekday there were no open desks, but as an overnight guest we were able to use a four-person table, so it ended up being comfortable. For dinner we added Sizzler for 4,500 yen; both the food and service were average—if so, it might be better to go to one of the well-known places near Skytree instead. Overall though, it was truly perfect for an “in-room” staycation style retreat. Thank you very much!

    It was very good.

    The Room was spacious and had a bathtub, two washbasins, and pajamas (top and bottom). There was also a supermarket next door, so we had a very comfortable stay. If we have the opportunity, we would like to stay again.

    More satisfying than expected.

    I made a Reservation because the 1-minute walk from Oshiage Station seemed ideal and convenient for sightseeing and dining. The location was even more convenient than expected, and I was very satisfied. The staff provided attentive, courteous service that felt just right. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    We were able to relax and unwind in the Room with a sauna. The TSUTAYA lounge was also great, with complimentary drinks. It was disappointing that the renovated Sizzler breakfast no longer offers Japanese options. I’m not sure how it will be going forward with only Western-style dishes. If it’s going to be Western-only, I’d like to see a wider variety of bread.

    Perfect.

    Everything was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Oshiage. The accommodation is located right in front of the station, offering excellent access, and there is a large supermarket next door, so you won't have trouble finding meals. There is a microwave in the shared space, making it easy to buy a stylish bento box and warm it up to enjoy. Since the front desk is on an upper floor, you can go out without passing through it, which feels very casual and convenient. The staff provided detailed explanations during check-in and check-out, so there were no issues at all. Amenities are available at the front desk for guests to pick up as needed. It's delightful that you can choose from multiple options for bath salts and skincare products. The room was spacious enough and thoroughly cleaned. Most importantly, the bathroom and toilet are separate; the bathroom has a proper washing area with a deep bathtub that helps relieve fatigue perfectly! However, since the sink area is open-space style, staying with someone other than family might be slightly awkward... Curtains or blinds can provide privacy but keeping them closed all the time might feel a bit cramped. It seems best to use them only when necessary for quick privacy. This hotel fulfills every little wish one could have—it truly caters to your needs perfectly! Thank you for providing such a comfortable experience!

    We visited Tokyo as a couple after finishing childcare and caregiving responsibilities. The service was polite, the room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

    It has become my fav...

    It has become my favorite Hotel! Conveniently located next to Oshiage Station and the Skytree, with a supermarket on the first floor, it was very handy for shopping during a trip with kids. The luggage storage before check-in was smooth, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing freely. The staff, including those at the front desk, provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again!

    Spacious Size

    We stayed as a group of four friends meeting after a long time. There are several Richmond Hotels near Oshiage Station, which made it a bit confusing to find the right one. The Room was spacious, and we were delighted to see SkyTree-shaped water bottles provided. Soaking in the bathtub while enjoying the night view felt like being in an open-air bath. The bed was incredibly comfortable, truly a heavenly bed. Breakfast was also satisfying. I’m considering staying at Richmond Hotels outside of Tokyo in the future as well.
