    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay, and I am satisfied both times. The Room is very clean, with a separate toilet and washroom. I would definitely like to stay again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    After 20 years, I visited Asahikawa again. Coming from western Japan where it was 24°C, the cold wave here felt extremely harsh. That said, the Hotel is directly connected to Asahikawa Station and AEON Asahikawa, making it incredibly convenient. Since there are almost no souvenir shops at Asahikawa Station, you can buy souvenirs at AEON. There are also restaurants for a quick bite, which is very convenient. I stayed in a twin Room with separate bath and toilet; it was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Although there is a large public bath available, the bathtub in the Room was spacious enough to stretch my legs comfortably—very relaxing! I chose a Plan with breakfast included but couldn’t try it due to an early check-out caused by both a hangover and rescheduling my flight earlier than planned; therefore, I won’t evaluate that part. Opportunities to visit Asahikawa may be rare for me; however, if there’s another chance in the future, I would prioritize making a Reservation here again. Thank you very much!

    If you're looking for a Hotel in Asahikawa, this is the one.

    If you are considering staying in Asahikawa and using public transportation like JR, this is the perfect choice in terms of location and Facility. I stayed here again after a few years and felt that the interior (such as the TV and wallpaper) might have been slightly renovated. The foreign guests (mainly from Asia) were calm and well-mannered, making the stay comfortable. For my next stay in Asahikawa, this will definitely be my choice again.

    For couples!

    I stayed for 2 nights at your Hotel, conveniently located near the station, after winning a trip to Asahikawa through JAL's "Somewhere Miles" program! There were some inbound guests, but during my 3-day stay, it was quiet and peaceful without any noisy visitors. The large public bath was a great feature, and since there were few people using it, I could relax and enjoy it. However, it was a bit disappointing that both the indoor and outdoor baths were the same temperature. Having the Aeon Mall downstairs was very convenient, as I could shop without stepping outside! My Room, 1131, faced west, and the window frame perfectly captured the sunset like a picture frame. I was mesmerized by the beautiful view, which felt like a stunning oil painting. I had a wonderful time and would love to visit again if I have the chance!

    Conveniently located near the station with a great public bath. The bath was excellent. Breakfast was average. I would stay here again if I visit Asahikawa.

    Everything was excellent.

    This is a wonderful Hotel that I often stay at during my trips to Hokkaido. It is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. The Facility is clean and comfortable, the staff are polite and pleasant, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the price is reasonable. I would love to stay here again.

    Convenient in many ways

    The adjacent AEON Mall staying open until quite late is a small but pleasant perk. It's also convenient for catching a late show at AEON Cinema. Breakfast, however, is somewhat underwhelming. Since I had a breakfast-included Plan, I ate it out of necessity, but honestly, the nearby Starbucks might offer better options. For those without a breakfast-included Plan, the price is reportedly 1,800 yen—a rather steep cost that might discourage usage altogether. Just my opinion! Overall, it's an ordinary Business Hotel.

    Satisfied with the facility and location.

    The location is very convenient as it is close to AEON, offering everything you need. There are plenty of coin laundries, so I could use them at my own timing without waiting in line. For our family with small children, these two points were very important, and we were highly satisfied. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The Room was a bit small but clean. We would love to stay here again next year!

    Great hotel, worth staying.

    The hotel has a great location, with a parking lot right next door available for 800 yen per day at your own expense, which is reasonable. AEON Mall is just beside the hotel, making it convenient to visit daily. The breakfast was a bit ordinary without any particularly special dishes, which was slightly disappointing. The public bath was also somewhat small, which was unfortunate. However, the staff were friendly and the soundproofing in the rooms was good. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and I would choose to stay here again!

    New and clean, directly connected to AEON and the station.

    The actual place is even more beautiful and charming than the photos. I was happy to find disposable slippers in the Room. At the public bath after 9 PM, there were about 4-5 people waiting for a washing station. There were only 6-7 shower stations available, and about three hairdryers in the changing room, which also had a queue. It would be nice if guests could move away from the hairdryer area once they are done using it—it's all about good manners for everyone to enjoy their stay comfortably. I would love to stay here again next time! It would be perfect if there was bottled water in the refrigerator!

    Convenient location and clean Room

    The convenience of being directly connected to AEON and having an easy-to-use parking lot is exceptional. The Room was well-cleaned, and I enjoyed the view from the window, which made my stay satisfying.

    Close to the station and conveniently located near AEON Mall.

    I chose this accommodation again because I had a great experience last time. Although I requested a non-smoking room, there were no vacancies, so I stayed in a smoking-permitted room for two nights. The hotel staff kindly informed me that my previous stay was in a non-smoking room and confirmed the reservation for the smoking-permitted room this time, which I appreciated. Even though it was a smoking-permitted room, it was comfortable with no noticeable issues. The layout of the window and bed in the room was convenient and very satisfying. However, I added meals on the final day but decided that if I stay at this hotel again in the future, it will be without meals. The convenience of having an Aeon Mall with Starbucks downstairs was great. The large public bath, coffee service at the lounge, video streaming-enabled TV in the room, as well as what seemed to be newly renovated toilets and bathrooms were all impressive features. If not for my experience with meals, I would have rated it 5 stars!

    Stay for 3 guests in a Large Twin Room

    The large twin room felt understandably cramped for three people, but for a Business Hotel, it was sophisticated and the Room was satisfactory. The bathroom in the Room was spacious enough that there was no need to visit the public bath. However, there seemed to be an issue with soundproofing. Election speeches from outside the window were clearly audible, and more disturbingly, loud noises from the hallway—such as inappropriate sounds (videos? foreign guests?)—were very unpleasant. Perhaps the door is too thin? While efforts have been made in areas like the lounge and services, this aspect is disappointing. While some responsibility may lie with other guests, soundproofing is a crucial factor that should be addressed by the Hotel.

    The accommodation has a good location and is relatively new, which is why I chose it. However, there were some concerns. There were black spots on the white walls of the room that seemed like they could be wiped off, and the glass in the bathroom was cloudy, showing a lack of thorough cleaning. The breakfast was not very satisfying and felt overpriced for its content. Additionally, during check-in, an older male front desk staff member responded to questions in a dismissive manner and did not even greet us during check-out. The only positives were the hotel's location and facilities. I had higher expectations.

    Hotel above AEON with a movie theater next to the station

    The facility is clean, the onsen is spacious, and staying above a shopping mall with a cinema made me realize how convenient it can be. There are souvenir shops and a tourist information counter nearby, making it an excellent base for exploring Furano and Shimokawa. The parking under the overpass was a bit crowded, but it was very convenient that guests could take their cars in and out multiple times. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

    This is my second stay. The accommodation is clean and conveniently located near the station, making dining out easy. Additionally, the shared bath is great for relieving travel fatigue. However, it was disappointing that there were no hand towels, which made it inconvenient to dry hands after using the restroom.

    Front Desk

    I stayed for 4 nights, but the toilet's bidet was broken. When I contacted the front desk, they mentioned it had happened multiple times before and questioned why it hadn't been repaired. Eventually, while I was out, my room was changed, but the drinks in the refrigerator were thrown away. At checkout, when I asked about the receipt, I was spoken to in a condescending manner. Other staff members did not greet me either; overall, it was very disappointing.

    Directly connected to Asahikawa Station and AEON Mall! Perfectly located Hotel!

    I stayed with no meals included this time, and the accommodation is not only directly connected to Asahikawa Station but also to AEON Mall, making it extremely convenient. (Stores are open until 9 PM, and the supermarket until 10 PM.) The staff provided excellent service, and my first impression upon entering the room was its "cleanliness." (This may seem obvious, but it's very important!) Although I didn't use the large public bath this time, the bathroom in the room had a washing area and a chair, which was very helpful for someone like me in an older age group. This accommodation is definitely worth making your go-to place when visiting Asahikawa!

    I visit Hakodate and Sapporo every year and always stay at JR Inn Group Hotels, so I decided to choose the same for Asahikawa for consistency. Since I travel to Asahikawa by car, a parking lot is essential, and there was a parking fee. When I first asked about it at the front desk, I didn’t quite understand initially, but they kindly explained everything, which was very helpful. After checking out, following the machine's instructions made it easy to handle. Next time I visit, I'll be all set!

    A hotel located above the station and shopping center, with on-site parking for ultimate convenience. It features a large public bath and lounge, providing a relaxing stay. P.S. The glass in the washing area of the public bath is foggy; please consider maintenance.

    Too few towels, unfortunately.

    The room was compact yet clean, with a great view from the window, which made for a satisfying stay. However, only one bath towel and one face towel were provided in the room. Guests are instructed to bring these towels to the public bath. I felt uncomfortable bringing back a wet face towel used for drying my hair to use again in the room for hands or face, so I ended up not visiting the public bath at all. While one bath towel is sufficient, if there are no towels available at the public bath, it would be appreciated if each room could have two face towels and one hand towel provided. It was truly disappointing not being able to enjoy the public bath...

    Great location and excellent value for money

    Located on the upper floors of Asahikawa Station Aeon Mall, this accommodation offers a great location, a spacious lounge exclusively for guests, and friendly staff who greet you warmly. I was glad to stay here. However, the dust on the elevator hall walls and the odor in the guest room toilet were disappointing. I hope these issues will be checked from a guest's perspective and improved.

    Close and convenient, but the station is very dark at night.

    I didn't expect it to be this dark, and it was a bit scary returning to the Hotel at night. The Room and lounge space were clean and very comfortable. The entrance area is spacious and nice. I chose this Hotel because the toilet is separate.

    High functionality and excellent design

    This is my third stay. I am very pleased with both the room and the public spaces. The tasteful design of the public spaces, the convenience and cleanliness of the large bath, the functional layout of the single room, spacious desk, comfortable chair, and views from large windows all meet high standards for both business and leisure needs. The drink service and free amenity lineup are impeccable. The reception staff and housekeeping staff are always pleasant and provide excellent service, making it a relaxing experience. I even feel like visiting Asahikawa just to stay at this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future!
