    Thank you again for staying with us this year.

    We stayed here for the second year in a row and had a very comfortable stay with no inconveniences. Our children especially love the Onsen, the location, and the Room. We may not be able to take a summer trip next year, so we truly savored how enjoyable Asahikawa is during our relaxing time here. Afterward, we visited other areas and stayed at other comparable Hotels, and it made us realize that places offering such attentive service are becoming rare. Just one request: we would be happy if towels were available in the bath area! We definitely want to stay again.

    A highly convenient Hotel

    Directly connected to Asahikawa Station and the AEON shopping center, and located right in front of the station, this Hotel is also close to the restaurant district, making it extremely convenient. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, which was great. I would like to stay here again.

    We stayed for two nights to visit Biei, Furano, and Asahiyama Zoo. We were extremely satisfied with everything—transport access, location, the view from the Room, the lounge, the large public bath, breakfast, and more—making it a wonderful family trip. AEON was also very convenient. Not only was the food great, but it was also fun to make our own soft-serve ice cream at breakfast (twisting it out of the machine?). Among recent stays in Japan, this Hotel offered outstanding value for money! It would have been perfect if there were more dryers (they’re in high demand) and if there had been two pillows in the Room from the start.

    It was very good.

    Whenever I travel to Asahikawa, I always stay at this Hotel, and it is very clean. I stayed here last year and had a great experience, so I chose it again this time, and it was excellent. It is directly connected to AEON, which makes shopping very convenient. I would like to stay here again when I visit Asahikawa.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    This Hotel is very convenient, directly connected to Asahikawa Station and AEON. It was also a great base for visiting Furano and Biei. The amenities were a bit disappointing as there was no body towel. The semi-open-air bath felt somewhat obstructed, which was a shame. The lounge had manga and books, which was nice for passing the time while waiting for the coin laundry in the next Room. It was a good Hotel.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    Directly connected to AEON, it was very convenient and easy to use. The large public bath was crowded around 10:00 p.m., and we had to wait our turn for the washing area, but the bathtub was spacious so we could relax and enjoy it. 　The Room was also designed for ease of use, and the loungewear was comfortable. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    There are some issues with the refrigerator and the room layout, but overall I am very satisfied.

    I’d like to stay again, so my overall satisfaction is 5. However, there were two points that particularly concerned me, so I’d like to mention them. First, the refrigerator did not cool at all. I really appreciate that you replaced it, but even then it didn’t keep beer or sushi cold. Please consider upgrading to a higher-performance refrigerator in the future. Until then, I recommend that guests buy what they need as needed at AEON Mall. Second, due to the placement of the washroom and toilet doors, the flow of movement was extremely inconvenient. (I had to open and close both doors each time.) This won’t be resolved unless it’s renovated, but I sincerely hope JR Inn will design more carefully when building Hotels in the future. I plan to use your services again; thank you for your attention to these points.

    Vaguely remember.

    Following last year’s stays at the JR Hokkaido Hotel in Hakodate and Sapporo Kita 2-jo, I also stayed in Asahikawa. I was a bit unsure about the parking procedure, but when I explained the situation, the staff kindly guided me and even provided a manual, which was very helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Asahikawa.

    The view of the rail...

    The view of the railway tracks from the Room added a nice travel atmosphere. Considering the cost, it wasn’t bad. The location is excellent, and having an AEON right next door is convenient.

    There is an AEON supermarket below the Hotel, making it very convenient.

    I stayed for two nights. At first I was confused because it wasn’t a Hotel-only parking lot, but I called and was able to park without any issues. Since the Hotel is above AEON, the front desk is on a higher floor, and I could see snowy views of the Daisetsuzan mountain range. There was a large public bath, and the women’s area required a password to unlock, which felt safe. I think there were three coin laundry machines, each in its own private booth. During my trip, lunch often ran late, and rushing back for dinner felt stressful, so I chose No Meals Included; if I got hungry at night after returning, it was convenient to buy something at AEON (which is very large). This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again.

    With direct access to the station, the location was extremely convenient, and there was an AEON downstairs, making for a very comfortable stay. I also used the large public bath. I was very satisfied with how functional the Room was. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently connected to the station and AEON, especially on rainy days.

    The location and the Room are excellent.

    Directly connected to Asahikawa Station, the Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate bathtub and washing area, which was very convenient and satisfying. However, breakfast was disappointing—the fish had too many bones, and there wasn’t much that tasted good. Next time, it might be better to buy something at the AEON downstairs and eat in the Room.

    The staff were very kind.

    Both the room and the Hotel were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. The large public bath was also great. With direct access to the station and AEON, the location is unbeatable. I already thought it was a nice Hotel with stylish staff at the front desk and throughout the building, but when I left something behind this time, they handled it very kindly, which made an even better impression. If I have a chance to visit Asahikawa again, I would choose this Hotel again without hesitation.

    The Accommodation wa...

    The Accommodation was spotless throughout and very well maintained. I was also very satisfied to be able to enjoy breakfast at a restaurant inside AEON at a relaxed pace. I would like to stay again.

    A Convenient Hotel Near Asahikawa Station

    I stay here every time I’m on a business trip to Asahikawa. It’s close to the station, and the reliable quality you’d expect from a JR-affiliated hotel. I hadn’t used the large public bath before, but this time I tried it for the first time and found an open-air bath on the 5th floor that lets in fresh air while still being designed so you can’t be seen from outside—it was very relaxing. Breakfast is served at the 4th-floor restaurant, with some Hokkaido-style options; both the soup curry and soft-serve ice cream were delicious and true to Hokkaido. I’ll definitely stay again.

    Right in front of the station and above AEON Mall—super convenient.

    The location is excellent. There was an unexpected issue where the bath water was surprisingly cold, but overall it was a good stay. The in-house loungewear is a yukata style and comes in one size only, so guests with a larger build or those who prefer having bottoms should bring their own. The windows do not open, but the long table was very convenient. The TV supports YouTube, which was handy.

    Overall, it is clean.

    It’s very convenient because it’s connected to AEON. Overall, the Room is clean, but the fabric sofa had an unpleasant odor. Since three of us stayed, one person slept on an extra bed. The sofa was positioned right by the head of the bed, and the smell was unbearable. I mentioned this and asked for the bedding to be made in reverse so that our heads wouldn’t be next to the sofa, but it was set up in the same direction. In the end, I had to switch it myself. I couldn’t tell if it was only the sofa or something else, but there was a strong odor throughout the Room that made me feel sick. The windows also don’t open, so there’s no way to ventilate.

    It’s great that the property is directly connected to the shops.

    When the company-contracted Hotel in Asahikawa is fully booked during business trips, I often stay here. Since I usually travel by private car, direct access to JR isn’t especially convenient for me, but a Hotel directly connected to a major shopping center is very helpful—buying souvenirs and food is easy, and the selection is excellent. The Hotel is always clean, and I also appreciate the coffee service in the lounge area next to the lobby. The large public bath is another plus; depending on the time of day, it’s a great place to relax at a leisurely pace. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A very beautiful Hotel!

    I have stayed here several times, and I think the direct connection to AEON makes it very convenient. However, I was disappointed that there were no amenities for children in the Room when we unexpectedly added more people. (There were adult items like toothbrushes, so it would be helpful if children's amenities could be provided as well.)

    The bath and the room are clean. Having a shopping mall nearby is really convenient. The bath and lounge were also excellent. I am actually a repeat guest. I will use it again.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    Thank you for taking care of us during our 2-night, 3-day stay. I have stayed here several times in the past and always find it to be a relaxing and comfortable hotel with excellent cleanliness. Thank you very much. This time, I was a bit busy and couldn't include meals, but next time I visit Asahikawa, I would like to stay at this hotel with breakfast included.

    Super convenient

    Even during a snowstorm, AEON, GODIVA, Shiroi Koibito, JR, and buses are all accessible as if they were inside the building. Shopping and parks are just a short walk away. It's rare to find such a convenient Hotel. There's also a coffee lounge, manga, newspapers, and a relaxing large public bath.

    Recommendation

    Had a wonderful time and enjoyed a comfortable 2-night stay. Conveniently located near the station, with an AEON store on the first floor, making it very handy. The bus stop is also easy to find. Looking forward to visiting Asahikawa again!

    Convenient

    A compact Room with a high sense of design, easy to access even with luggage placed. The long table was very convenient and enjoyable for meals, and the cleanliness was impressive. The Room was well-maintained, and the view from the window was stunning. I would love to stay in this Room again next time.

    This is my second stay, and I am satisfied both times. The Room is very clean, with a separate toilet and washroom. I would definitely like to stay again.
