    The service is excellent.

    The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. Even though I have only stayed here about 5 or 6 times, when I requested disposable slippers during check-in, they informed me that they had already prepared them in my room. I was truly impressed! I understand how challenging it must be to provide personalized service at a hotel of this size, and I am deeply grateful. I have already made an accommodation reservation for my next stay.     Sky Bath

    The bathwater in the tub was lukewarm. The open-air bath was also lukewarm due to the low temperature, making it cold after getting out of the bath. It would be appreciated if the water temperature could be adjusted according to the weather. The Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

    Spectacular Bath with a View

    This is the top choice in Oita City. Considering the stunning open-air bath available this year, it offers great value for money. The breakfast includes local specialties from Oita, which is a nice touch. Highly recommended Hotel.

    Your Relaxing Accommodation

    I often use this Hotel to refresh and relax from daily fatigue. The front desk service is excellent and always pleasant. The view from the panoramic bath offers a stunning sight of Oita's cityscape and mountain ranges. It is truly a relaxing Hotel.

    Meals are well-prepared and satisfying.

    I stayed in a Superior Double Room. The room was small. The rooftop open-air bath requiring each person to use their room key is a thoughtful feature I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the elevator took time to arrive, making it necessary to wait in a cramped space. The bath area is structured with the reception floor, washing area and sauna above it, and the open-air bath on top; while not very convenient, it was still enjoyable. What stood out most was the breakfast—it exceeded my expectations despite not anticipating much. Even though it seemed like a busy day, there were no waits, and restocking was well-managed. I would consider staying here again if I visit Oita in the future.

    When returning to Oi...

    When returning to Oita, I always stay here for a night. Overall, I am very satisfied. Regarding breakfast, it tends to get crowded when groups arrive all at once. It might be helpful to have a live update service showing the crowd levels.

    I stayed here two years ago, and this time the accommodation felt even more comfortable, possibly due to renovations. My destination was Yufuin, but I always stay at Blossom Oita when in Oita. The onsen in the sky is amazing, and the stone sauna is very relaxing. Plus, its location above the station is convenient. I look forward to visiting Oita again!

    Convenient location and excellent baths.

    Good Points: - Both front desk and restaurant staff are cheerful and polite. - The bath area is spacious, and the open-air bath offers great views (beautiful sunsets) for a relaxing experience. - The room has enough space to open a suitcase while still allowing room to walk around. The bed is also large. Points of Concern: - Restaurant: Since reservations are not required, waiting is understandable, but all dishes were served at once. For those drinking alcohol, it felt too early (the meat got cold and tasted greasy). While the floor staff was attentive, it seemed they were instructed by the kitchen to serve quickly. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and it was hard to figure out where to place used dishes. - Spa reception staff's response: Although accommodation guests do not need to check in at reception, I was confused when told "Take towels from there" without any gestures or clear directions upon entering the floor ("there" wasn’t immediately obvious though I eventually found it after looking around). - Air conditioning adjustment and operation were difficult to understand.

    The bath was excellent.

    This was my first stay at this accommodation, which I had been curious about for a while. The room was clean and tidy, the bath was excellent, and I would definitely like to stay here again. The breakfast was also great. However, we were a bit confused about how to access the parking lot as first-time visitors. Although we asked the front desk and headed to the parking lot... It would be helpful if more detailed instructions could be provided for first-time guests regarding parking (such as needing to exit the station rotary before reaching the parking lot due to road conditions near the station).

    It was great.

    This was my second stay, and it was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind. If I had to say, I would have preferred a room on a higher floor with a better view. I look forward to staying again.

    The night view from the rooftop open-air bath is spectacular.

    The location is very convenient, being right next to the station, so I have used it many times. This time, the Room was very bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable. Thank you for providing the Room as per my request. The open-air bath on the top floor offers an amazing view and night scenery while enjoying the Onsen—it’s always fantastic. However, one thing that concerned me this time was that the floor of the indoor bath washing area on a lower floor felt slippery. Although there were warning signs posted, it felt a bit scary as I almost slipped. It wasn’t an issue during my previous visit, so it might have been just a coincidence this time. Additionally, since I had to leave early in the morning this time, I couldn’t fully enjoy breakfast as usual—which was disappointing because I always look forward to it. Next time, I hope to take my time and enjoy breakfast properly!

    Relax in the Sky Bath

    Located right above Oita Station, making it extremely convenient. Both the airport bus and JR are easily accessible. I especially loved the bath! The infinity bath is truly relaxing. If I visit Oita again, I would definitely stay here.

    A functional and convenient Hotel. Easy access from the parking lot to the front desk. Great customer service and satisfying breakfast. The bath on the top floor is excellent.

    Safety Measures

    I used the open-air bath on the 19th floor from 6 AM, but there were no carbonated bubbles in the carbonated bath. During my bath, the open-air bath started to ripple, and water splashed out. Everyone bathing stood up at once, realizing it was an earthquake. While feeling uneasy, all we heard from the hotel announcement was a brief statement: "There has been an earthquake." Given the situation and being completely undressed, I would have appreciated guidance such as "Please evacuate" or "Rest assured." After that, no hotel staff came to check on us. Additionally, bath towels were only available on the elevator floor of the bathroom area, making evacuation difficult. Even nearby public baths have emergency clothing prepared above lockers for such situations. Later at reception during entry and exit times, there was no staff present either. This raised concerns about disaster preparedness and safety measures. The notice stated that if your samue size does not fit, please contact reception by phone. However, when I called reception about this issue, I was told that replacements are available on the 8th floor. If that's the case, please remove or revise signs instructing guests to call reception. While I was satisfied with my Room and other aspects of my stay overall, I found emergency response measures very disappointing.

    Highly Satisfied

    I stayed during the busy Obon season and had a very pleasant experience. The facility was clean, making my stay comfortable. The open-air bath with a view of Beppu Bay offered a truly special atmosphere. Amenities were abundant, including several types of hair dryers, ensuring great comfort every day. I would love to stay here again when I visit Oita next time.

    A charming urban Hotel with an authentic open-air observation bath.

    A solo business trip stay for a woman. The open-air bath on the top floor offers an authentic experience that you wouldn't expect from a hotel located directly above the station—truly worthy of being in the Onsen prefecture. I usually sleep until the last minute during business trips, but I set two alarms and fully enjoyed a morning bath. As someone who prefers private family baths and feels hesitant about large public baths, I appreciated that wrap cloths were provided for use in the open-air bath, allowing for modesty—a thoughtful touch. The room features Japanese-style interiors reminiscent of JR Kyushu's sightseeing trains, beautifully designed with attention to detail. One oversight on my part was not realizing how bright it would get inside early in the morning through the shoji screens over the windows... In hindsight, there might have been blackout roller blinds between the window and shoji screens. Out of all my solo stays across Tokyo and regional areas—spanning dozens of nights—this accommodation was by far one of my most enjoyable and relaxing experiences!

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Very comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the station and commercial facilities. The Room was clean, spacious, and easy to relax in. However, the noise from the outdoor beer garden was a bit disturbing. The bath was excellent with no complaints; both the water quality and view were great. The night bath offers beautiful night views, but it was crowded as it is also open to external visitors, which was a bit disappointing.

    Always exceptional, no matter when you visit.

    This is my second visit. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped without excess or deficiency. The rooftop Onsen has excellent water quality and offers a pleasant experience with views stretching from Mount Yufu to Beppu. It was fun trying out various hair dryers. Being almost directly connected to Oita Station via JR is also a great advantage. I look forward to staying here again!

    First stay in a year...

    First stay in a year. It was during the 2000 yen coupon period, so I reserved an upgraded and more spacious room. The view from the room was amazing! The open-air bath on the 21st floor offered: Night → Stunning night views like diamonds all around. Morning → The sky felt so close, making it an incredibly luxurious experience.

    Very convenient. Grateful for the kind service.

    The observation bath was pleasant, and being located in the station building made morning shopping convenient. I forgot something, but it was promptly handled, for which I am grateful. I would like to stay again next time.

    Onsen is the best!

    While enjoying the open-air bath on the rooftop, you can overlook Beppu Bay and the Kunisaki Peninsula. I had a relaxing time at this wonderful Hotel.

    Very clean and conveniently located.

    I stayed on a high floor. The Room was relatively compact. The bath was clean, and both the sauna and open-air bath were comfortable. The local cuisine at breakfast was delicious.

    I stay at the accommodation 1-2 times a month. The elevator is slow, and sometimes I have to wait for more than 5 minutes during busy times. I believe improvement is necessary.

    Located right in front of the station, the accommodation was cleaner and more spacious than expected, with a luxurious feel that allowed for a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were also very kind. The onsen offered stunning night views, and the staff there were equally friendly. I would love to stay here again when visiting Oita.
