    Deficiencies in the bathroom/toilet

    The bathroom lock was broken, and I was unable to open the door by turning the knob from the inside. My companion turned the knob from the outside to open the door. Additionally, the face towel had a strong smell of disinfectant and could not be used.

    I stayed for two nights from February 9th. The location is perfect, being close to Yokohama Station, with cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The amenities included a Dr. Ci:Labo skincare set, and there was a wide variety of teas, plus two bottles of water, so I indulged in tea (lol). The Japanese breakfast was also delicious. Next time, I might try the Chinese cuisine. The attentive service, where staff would approach if they noticed any hesitation, was excellent. But above all, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. I can imagine how challenging it must be to prepare the rooms within a limited time. Since I stayed for two nights, I requested no cleaning and only towel replacement, but since it was a double room, two sets of nightwear were already provided. When the towels were replaced, they also included nightwear, so at checkout, I informed them that the two sets of nightwear were unused and still in the plastic bag. The young lady thanked me repeatedly with bows, and before I spoke, she was checking each room with what seemed like a notebook or checklist. Her diligent attitude connected with the cleanliness of the room, and in my heart, I thought, "Thank you for the clean room." I wanted to express my gratitude directly, but she seemed so apologetic about the nightwear issue that I hesitated a bit, but later I wished I had conveyed my thanks. Hotel Plumm is a hotel with value beyond its accommodation cost. Considering the location and other factors, I wonder if it's okay at this price, but being able to stay at this hotel for this price is very fortunate, so I have mixed feelings. I will be staying again in April, and I look forward to it. Thank you for the two days.

    It was clean and friendly.

    This time, I used it for a business trip. The Room was clean, and the large public bath was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast offered a choice of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, with drinks, salads, and bread available for self-service, providing ample volume and delicious taste. I was a bit careless and had an accident, but the staff responded politely and it was very helpful. Thank you very much. I would definitely like to use this Hotel again when I come near here.

    Girls' trip: We were able to relax.

    About 10 minutes from Yokohama Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath was also clean. Amenities were well-equipped. I would like to use it again.

    The reception was very polite, and I thought it was not at the level of a Business Hotel. I am grateful for the pleasant service of the wonderful hotel staff. I chose this place because I was attracted to the large bath. I was really looking forward to it, but in the end, it was disappointing. Around 18:00, the changing room was quite crowded, with many children, and it was difficult to ask others to move to get my belongings from the locker. The key was hard to open, and everyone was struggling. Naturally, the washing area was also full. I think it was necessary to regulate the number of reservations per time slot. (The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were Laura Ashley, and the body sponge was available at the amenity corner in front of the reception.) The floor inside the bathtub was slimy and unpleasant, with a lot of trash floating, so I got out immediately. The hairdryers were Refa and Dyson, which women would be happy with, but there were only three, so I couldn't use them slowly while waiting for my turn. I intended to use the morning bath the next morning, but I was disappointed and gave up. The bed was Simmons, which was also a nice point, but the pillow was too flat and low because it was fluffy, so I folded it to increase the height. It would have been nice to have two to stack and use. The hand soap in the room had a broken pump and didn't come out at all, so I used the body soap. I appreciated that the room wear was separate, not a gown. Keeping the room simple without unnecessary items and making the amenities buffet-style is also a very good initiative, I think. The satisfaction dropped because of the bath, but the entrance was classic, and the service was excellent, so I was glad to stay at this price. Thank you very much.

    Excellent location!

    It is very convenient as it is just a short walk from Yokohama Station and there is a convenience store nearby. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff are courteous, making it a pleasant Hotel. The large public bath is attractive, allowing me to relax and unwind from the day's fatigue. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Check-in was smooth and the explanation was easy to understand. I was able to relax in the Room. The large public bath was also clean, but I thought the shoe rack might be facing the wrong way.

    It was the night of the first day of a three-day weekend, but it was reasonably priced, and I was satisfied with the enjoyable breakfast options. The room was also clean. The reception was very kind. It would have been even better if the congestion of the large public bath could be seen on the room monitor.
