    It was very comfortable.

    Even compared with some well-known Hotels elsewhere... All the staff were pleasant and made us feel comfortable. The price was affordable, we could relax in the bath, and breakfast was satisfying—both visually and in terms of portion size.

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed here a few years ago without meals, and this time I was completely satisfied with everything—the breakfast, the bath, and the bedroom. It is close to the station, and the kind and courteous service made my stay very comfortable. Because there was some uncertainty about whether my sister could stay with me, we booked a room with one 140 cm bed. Next time, I will stay in a twin room with breakfast included.     It was a clean and well-maintained Hotel overall. The bath area had plenty of washing stations, and since it wasn’t crowded, I could relax and enjoy it comfortably. For breakfast, you can choose a set menu, and there is also a buffet with bread, drinks, salads, and more, so you can pick what you like. Everything was delicious.

    Highly recommended.

    I stayed at this Hotel because of its great Reviews. It was conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room was very clean. Amenities were available near the front desk, and I picked up what I needed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast this time due to my schedule… If I have the chance, I’d like to visit again and enjoy breakfast as well. I used the in-room unit bath at night, but in the morning I refreshed myself with a soak in the large public bath. Thank you very much.

    Cozy Hotel

    There is a large public bath that helped soothe my tired body from the journey. The Room was clean, and the bed (Simmons) was very comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. Both the meals and service were satisfying, so I would like to use this place again next time.

    The building is old but well-constructed, and the rooms, large public bath, and restaurant have been beautifully renovated. The staff's service was excellent. The breakfast set was particularly impressive, offering a choice of Japanese, Western, or Chinese styles. You could enjoy unlimited salad, bread, drinks, and desserts to your liking, and everything tasted delicious. Although I stayed for business in Tokyo, even with train travel factored in, it was cost-effective and felt like a mini getaway.

    I chose to make a reservation at this hotel because the photo of a room with a two-person sofa seemed perfect for having a relaxed conversation. However, the actual room was different from the one shown on the site, with only one chair, which left me very disappointed. Additionally, as mentioned in other reviews, the walls of the room are thin, and you can clearly hear voices from neighboring rooms. Even while walking down the hallway, you can hear voices from inside the rooms. Honestly, it was noisy and difficult to get a good night's sleep. I don't think I will use this hotel again.

    The presence of a large public bath is a great feature.

    The large public bath is a significant feature. Moreover, it is clean. However, the mural might be a bit overwhelming. It’s not that the mural makes it uncomfortable, but I did wonder why they chose such a design. The 1F lobby has a luxurious feel, and the lounge is stylish. The retro elevator adds charm in its own way. The Room is also clean. Having a large public bath is indeed significant—this feels like an especially important point to me personally.

    Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Access!

    The rooms are standard, but the lobby is spacious, luxurious, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. Its proximity to Yokohama Station makes it very convenient for accessing various destinations. Additionally, the front desk staff were all very kind and greeted us with warm smiles, making our stay very pleasant. However, one point for improvement: the air conditioning in the room was not effective enough. After returning from outside, the room was quite hot and took a long time to reach a comfortable temperature.

    A hidden gem for your stay in Yokohama.

    The hotel is easily accessible from Yokohama Station by taxi, taking just one meter fare. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a bus available (from Stop No. 3, get off at Kitako 2-chome; it’s right in front of the stop, but buses run approximately once an hour). You can request two card keys at the front desk (they won’t ask, so let them know if you need more than one). Amenities are available on the first floor; pick up what you need before heading to the elevator. The public bath has a daily changing password. For Multiple Night Stays, please note that it changes in the afternoon. The bath area is clean and located in the basement. In the basement, there’s also a vending machine for Baskin-Robbins ice cream. On the fifth floor, there is a laundry room for guests who wish to do their washing; vending machines and microwaves are also available here. The Room itself is spacious with slippers provided (not individually wrapped but sanitized). If concerned about hygiene, consider bringing your own slippers or wiping them with disinfectant sheets before use. The bathroom inside the Room features a relatively large bathtub; however, as shower curtains don’t close tightly due to their design, be mindful of shower direction to avoid water splashes. The water pressure was good and everything was clean and white. Regarding cleaning services: While beds were made properly during cleaning service visits, pillows were left in positions they had been used earlier that morning—this might bother some guests sensitive about tidiness standards. Additionally noticeable issues included house dust allergy symptoms upon entering Rooms post-cleaning sessions alongside unprotected coffee cups/spoons/saucers placed atop silver trays without covers remaining unchanged even after usage across consecutive days during stays—suggesting possible necessity communicating preferences directly toward Front Desk staff beforehand ensuring replacements occur accordingly throughout durations spent within premises overall experiences improved further still! Another minor observation involved paper litter found near convenience store entrances situated ground-floor vicinity persisting both check-in/check-out dates alike detracting slightly otherwise positive impressions formed elsewhere surrounding property surroundings generally speaking overall impressions remained favorable nonetheless! What stands out most positively concerning this Hotel undoubtedly revolves around its prime location advantages offered nearby amenities including famous udon restaurant chain opposite building entrance alongside convenient proximity towards local convenience stores/restaurants/cafes situated mere five-minute walking distances away respectively providing ample dining options catering diverse tastes/preferences alike ensuring pleasant enjoyable stays guaranteed every time regardless purposes visiting whether business trips/leisure travels/live event attendances budget-friendly accommodations highly recommended indeed!

    It was comfortable.

    The reception staff and dining staff were very courteous. The pancakes at breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and not crowded, which was great. However, one issue was that the locker keys in the public bath were difficult to use. I noticed some guests struggling with them. Although I helped, they couldn’t lock it and had to switch to another locker while being in an uncomfortable situation. Other than this, everything was perfect, and I personally had no issues at all. If this could be improved in the future, it would make for a flawless experience. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    The public bath was excellent.

    Upon entering the hotel, there was a pleasant scent similar to the diffuser used in ships' stores. The staff provided warm and attentive service, and upon request, they placed an iron in the room while I was out for dinner. The room is compact but sufficient for sleeping. The unit bath in the room is old and small, but there is a large public bath where you can relax and unwind from your travels. (It is regularly cleaned and kept tidy; however, it can feel slightly awkward if someone else is changing nearby.) The public bath features Dyson and Refa hair dryers, but amenities like lotion are not provided there. Please remember to bring your own or pick up a set available near the front desk. The walls of the rooms are thin, so noise from lively guests or families with children in nearby rooms can be heard clearly. Fortunately, during my stay, there were no such guests nearby at night, allowing me to rest quietly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the station yet slightly away from its hustle and bustle. There are convenience stores as well as udon/soba restaurants and Thai eateries within walking distance for added convenience.

    The large public bath features Dyson and ReFa hair dryers, which was impressive. The strong airflow dried my hair quickly, which was great. Also, having the shoe box and locker use the same key with the same number was simple and easy to understand. I appreciated not having to worry about someone else using my slippers. The Room was clean, and although I didn’t use it, there’s a laundry facility available. The amenities were abundant as well—no complaints at all. It’s a bit of a walk from Yokohama Station but still within an acceptable range.

    Stayed for a girls' ...

    Stayed for a girls' trip. Conveniently located near the station with a large public bath, featuring ReFa and Dyson hair dryers, as well as Dr.Ci:Labo amenities. The included breakfast options and this price in today's high-cost environment reflect great corporate effort. The Room was spacious and clean, with excellent air conditioning for comfort. The bed was Simmons, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pillow was slightly high and fluffy for me, so I folded a bath towel to my preferred height as an alternative. It was an enjoyable girls' trip—thank you!

    I would like to stay here again.

    I stayed here during a live concert trip. The large public bath was great for relieving the fatigue from the event. However, since there were limited washing areas and I had to wait while undressed, I gave it 4 stars. That said, the breakfast was very delicious, and the Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay again for sightseeing next time.

    Room, service, and satisfaction were great. However, the pancakes at breakfast this time were a bit disappointing compared to before when they were fluffy and chewy; this time they felt more like sponge cake.

    There is a large public bath, the Room is spacious and relaxing, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cost-performance was so good that I wondered if it was okay. Amenities included Dr. Ci:Labo products, and there were plenty of tea varieties available, which was excellent. I would love to use this Hotel again when attending a live event.

    First Time in Yokohama

    The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a truly restful sleep. It made me want to stay in bed forever... (laughs). I regret not going to the large public bath out of laziness. The breakfast was delightful, especially the weekend-only pancakes, making for a stylish start to the day! The hotel is also conveniently located relatively close to the station, so I highly recommend it.

    Are the walls thin?

    Twin room use. The Hotel offers great value with a large public bath, but the neighboring Chinese family was noisy until late at night, which was frustrating. Since it’s an enjoyable trip to Japan, I felt bad about complaining and decided to endure it, but I wondered if the walls were thin. The noise seemed to come from around the outlet near the bedside, so I wondered if there might be a hole there.

    Stayed for a live event at Yokohama Arena. The accommodation is conveniently located near the station, with many convenience stores and cafes nearby. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, leaving a great impression by clearly and politely explaining how to get to the Blue Line subway. Thank you very much. It would have been nice if lotion was included in the amenities.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    I stayed at this hotel for the first time. My main purposes were the large public bath and breakfast. The large public bath on the basement floor was new and not crowded, which was great. The Chinese-style breakfast was unique and delicious. One point to note is that there is a significant step between the bathtub in the public bath and the bathroom area in the room, so caution is needed.

    The interior and Room were stylish and clean. The staff provided courteous service. The pancakes for breakfast were fluffy and delicious. While the Hotel's ambiance and service felt flawless, there was one concern... The entrance to the bathroom in the Room had a step, as did the bottom of the door frame, which caused me to almost trip when exiting. Although it was my own carelessness, having to constantly watch my step every time I entered or exited the bathroom felt unsafe. I would hesitate to recommend this setup for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns.

    Deficiencies in the bathroom/toilet

    The bathroom lock was broken, and I was unable to open the door by turning the knob from the inside. My companion turned the knob from the outside to open the door. Additionally, the face towel had a strong smell of disinfectant and could not be used.
