    Always

    Very reliable. It seems there is construction currently, but with this location, I can relax and always enjoy my stay here. A great Hotel.

    Simple and convenient

    This is a truly standard Business Hotel. The location is very convenient, being near Keihan, JR, and Subway Kyobashi Station. The front desk is on the 7th floor, but once you check in, you can go directly to your room floor via the elevator from the 1st floor without needing to transfer at the front desk floor. This makes it surprisingly convenient when going out after check-in. The Room isn't "spacious," but it's not cramped either. The bathroom has enough space to bathe comfortably without feeling confined. You won't hear noise from neighboring rooms either. You can spend a comfortable night here until morning. In that sense, it offers great value for money. Perhaps "ordinary" really is the best sometimes!

    Comfortable Hotel

    Convenient access to Kyobashi via JR, directly connected to the station and Keihan Mall. Explored the restaurants in the mall for dinner but ended up finding Seijo Ishii with lots of delicious-looking dishes, so I changed plans and enjoyed them in my room. The microwave in the elevator hall on the accommodation floor was very convenient and helpful. The room was slightly different from the type shown in photos, but it had a great view of nostalgic Grand Chateau and train views, which I enjoyed. Despite being compact, the room's desk placement made it easy to work and relax comfortably. I thoroughly enjoyed staying in a ladies' room—thank you! The bathroom area was impeccably clean as well. Breakfast offered an interesting variety with an Osaka touch—it was both fun and delicious! Both front desk staff and restaurant staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A bit disappointing

    I have stayed here multiple times and it has always been comfortable, but this time, the cleaning staff were speaking loudly in a foreign language and roughly handling the vacuum cleaner, banging it against the walls. It felt like I was being rushed to check out, so I couldn't enjoy a relaxing morning. However, the front desk staff remained kind and courteous as always, which is why I still gave stars.

    Great!

    Located directly above Kyobashi Station, making it very convenient. Despite its location, it is surprisingly quiet with almost no noise from the station. Would love to stay here again.

    The bathroom floor is dirty.

    This was my first time staying here. The location is convenient, being close to the station, and the staff were all very friendly. The Room had a separate toilet and bathroom, which was convenient, but the bathroom floor was covered in black mold, making it uncomfortable to relax in the bath. Overall, cleaning did not seem thorough throughout the Room. I passed by a cleaning staff member in the hallway who greeted me politely and left a good impression; however, I think it would be beneficial to review their cleaning methods carefully. Since it's conveniently located near the station, I would like to stay again if improvements are made in cleanliness. As for breakfast, it tasted good; however, it was disappointing that there were no plates available for yogurt.

    Great value for money

    The early bird discount made this Hotel a great deal. On the day of my stay, I didn’t encounter any inbound tourists, and it was more comfortable than I expected. While new hotels are naturally clean, over the years they tend to show wear and tear like scratches from suitcases hitting walls or stains on carpets. This Hotel does show some signs of aging, but it’s clear that they take good care of it with thorough cleaning and gradual renovations. At first, I was worried about its location in the old Keihan Mall building, but my concerns were completely unfounded. I would love to stay here again!

    The Hotel was located in a convenient area.

    The Hotel is conveniently located above a mall and close to the station, which was very convenient. However, I couldn't find hand towels during breakfast; it would be great if they were provided. When I wanted tea, I couldn't locate the hot water area easily as the silver handles were somewhat confusing overall. The wallpaper in the Room seemed damaged. Please take these points into consideration.

    Attended a concert at Osaka-jo Hall and stayed here. The facility is old, and the room had noticeable scratches and stains, but the bed was clean and sufficient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including beef tendon stew, kushikatsu, takoyaki, and okonomiyaki, which were very satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again for another concert. However, I noticed hair on the walls and on the paper-packaged water provided as part of the service. It made me wonder how it got there... A bit more thorough cleaning would be appreciated.

    Impressed by the Hotel staff's hospitality.

    Although it was before the check-in time at the Hotel, they kindly accommodated us. Thank you very much. Thanks to them, we were able to fully enjoy our trip. Thank you again.

    Close to the station.

    The location is very convenient, being close to the station. This time, I came from Osaka Metro "Kyobashi Station," and it was very easy to find. Having a vending machine on the same floor as my Room was also nice. I believe there were vending machines on each floor (apologies if I'm mistaken). Thank you for your hospitality.

    The elevator is difficult to use.

    The location was excellent, but that's about it. The Room's chair was stained and I didn't feel like sitting on it. The elevators were particularly bad; although there are two, only one ever comes to the floor where guests stay because the seventh floor is the front desk, so one elevator only moves between the seventh and first floors. The wait time was long, and even when it arrived, it was too full to board. It was very stressful. The balance with the Property's capacity is terrible.

    Staying with friends who have children

    It was a perfect hotel for staying with friends who also have children. First of all, it is directly connected to Kyobashi Station (JR, Keihan, Subway), making it conveniently located. They also held our luggage after check-in and check-out, which was ideal for sightseeing in Osaka. The price was reasonable, and the room was compact yet functional and user-friendly. The interior was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the bath and toilet were separate types with a bathtub spacious enough for women to relax in hot water leisurely. We could order an okonomiyaki set from Chibo through room service, allowing us to enjoy a meal in the room at our own pace—a much-appreciated service when traveling with children. There were amenities prepared for children as well; they came in cute chick bags that delighted my 4-year-old daughter very much. Although there wasn't a bed rail rental available, they pushed the beds together for us so we felt secure while the kids played on the large bed excitedly. The view was great too; we could see Osaka's cityscape which allowed us to enjoy it with friends visiting from out of town as well. The front desk service was impeccable; whenever we called them they responded promptly and besides amenities like hair irons (both curling and straightening) or mobile chargers were available upon request reducing our luggage load significantly. We made many wonderful memories at this hotel so I am grateful for that experience—looking forward to staying here again if given another opportunity!

    The centralized air conditioning system is in place, but you are welcome to bring your own heating equipment.

    Overall, I had no complaints. Due to the centralized air conditioning system, once the room temperature is lowered, it’s difficult to raise it again with the air conditioner. However, when I called for assistance, they promptly suggested bringing a heater to the room, which was very helpful. The bed was clean without any cushions or foot throws. The amenity bar mentioned that disposable slippers are available upon request at the front desk. The curtains provided excellent blackout coverage, and the bidet nozzle was spotless and hygienic. Overall, I found it comfortable to stay here. Additionally, I appreciated their effort in reducing plastic waste by providing mineral water in paper cartons instead of plastic bottles. The mattress felt softer than expected for a Simmons brand; as someone with back pain, I would have preferred a firmer option. Lastly, the compact twin room feels too small for two people and seems more suitable for single occupancy use.

    Members-only Plan

    I used it for a business trip to Osaka. This time, it was a special plan for members only, so it was very helpful. Recently, hotels around Kyobashi have been unusually expensive, and I always end up over budget. I'm really happy with the price that allows me to stay at a hotel near the station easily.     Kyobashi Station seems to be a comprehensive station, making it a really convenient location! The Room was well-cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. You can walk to the Castle Hall, and since the next concert is also at the Castle Hall, I would like to stay here again.

    First time at Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande

    I stayed for the first time because I had business in Kyobashi. I think it is a very convenient hotel for those using Keihan Electric Railway and JR. On the day of my stay, I was out until late, so the time I spent relaxing in the room was very short, but I was able to spend it comfortably. It was relatively quiet, so I was able to sleep. Since the stay was on 12/24, the rate was higher compared to other days. Considering the facilities in the building, room size, cleanliness, convenience, amenities, and services, I personally think that an accommodation fee in the range of 8,000 to 9,000 yen is reasonable. I would like to use Hotel Keihan Kyobashi Grande again when I have business in Kyobashi. The convenience was good, so I was able to spend my time comfortably without any particular problems.     The hardware is good.

    I booked a spacious Room for one night. The Room was large, the table was clean, and there were no complaints. However, the bathroom had a lot of limescale, and there were black stains everywhere in the bathroom. Especially the bathtub, when wiped by hand, rough black stains came off. Since I was using the Room, it was troublesome to call the staff, so I took body soap and cleaned the bathtub myself. The toilet also had dust accumulated in the corners. If cleaning is not checked regularly, it is likely to accumulate more and become dirtier. It was a waste because it was such a nice Room.

    Spacious Room

    This time, I stayed in a spacious room for the first time. The room was clean, and the bath was separate, which was nice. There were also a chair and a washbasin. I was surprised to find a mat and a slatted board at the exit of the bathroom. It was my first experience. The view was also good, and I could see Mt. Ikoma (Ikoma). Additionally, it was a room where you could enjoy a train view. Although the building has some degree of aging, it was a satisfactory room.

    I fell four times in the Room.

    I had made a reservation for a single room, but I think I was kindly guided to a more spacious twin room at check-in. As soon as I entered the room, I stumbled over the corner of the bed and fell. Upon closer inspection, the base of the bed frame was protruding beyond the mattress. Both beds in the twin room were the same, and perhaps because someone had been injured in the past, cushioning material was attached to the corners of the base. I tried to be careful, but I tripped and fell three more times afterward. This is very dangerous. If it was only the room I stayed in, it would be fine, but if all rooms are the same, I think they should be immediately renovated. Depending on how one falls, it could lead to a serious injury. During my first fall, I was carrying a business backpack with a PC inside, so it could have been a serious situation depending on how I fell. By the way, I ended up with a bruise on my left knee. And what worries me most is that I have a reservation at Hotel Keihan in Nagoya on December 4th, and if it's the same there, I might have to reconsider the reservation. Is Hotel Keihan in Nagoya okay?

    I wanted to stay once, but...

    Although I am an official member, I made a reservation through IKYU.com. The reason is that I can cancel the reservation until just before the stay date, and the official site required a cumbersome credit card payment process. Also, since the price fluctuates daily, I wanted to consider other hotels as well. As a member of the smartphone app, I showed it at the front desk and earned one stamp. However, points were not awarded. Moreover, perhaps because I did not make the reservation through the official site, I cannot confirm the reservation history. So far, I have stayed at Tenmabashi Station and Nagoya, and compared to these two properties, I wondered about the front desk's response. As for my impression during the stay, it was neither good nor bad. Considering that it costs just under 7,000 yen per night and is directly connected to Kyobashi Station, I think it's a good hotel. On a side note, I think the cleaning staff's greetings are thoroughly implemented and wonderful.

    The impression has changed since last time.

    It's been a month since my last stay. Last time, despite being old, the place was well-cleaned and convenient, so I thought I would return. However, after this visit, I don't think I will come back. There were hairs left from previous guests in the bathroom, on the chairs, and on the desk, which made me uncomfortable. The slippers were also very worn out, and I hesitated to wear them. It's a shame because it's cheap and conveniently located near the station.

    I used a twin, and although the Room felt a bit small, I thought it was worth the price and had no particular complaints. The front desk service was absolutely fine. At the breakfast buffet, everything was very delicious (I ate too much). The only disappointment was that there was no comb in the amenities, so I couldn't fix my hair.

    I stayed with my daughter and husband to see the airport. I was so happy to stay in such a wonderful room that I couldn't sleep and watched the night view. I will visit again.
