    Standard

    Despite the high ratings, it felt like an outdated business hotel. The breakfast was also disappointing and not tasty at all. There was an overly sweet mousse-like dessert, and it would have been better not to offer something like that. The American cherries and pineapple were good, but they are just fruit and not really part of the cooked dishes.

    I stayed here with my daughter and grandchild. My grandchild lives in Osaka, so we invited them to stay with us. Thank you for a wonderful night—we had such a great time chatting until late.

    You will have a comfortable stay.

    I stay here occasionally for business trips. It’s close to the station, and there are convenience stores and a lively downtown area nearby, which is very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast this time, but since this is Osaka, I would have liked to have freshly made hot okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and kushikatsu.

    Conveniently located with excellent value for money.

    I stayed here on a business trip to OBP. It was conveniently located for access to OBP. At night, I visited Kyobashi’s standing bar district for the first time. They also stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very helpful.

    Thank you very much for upgrading our Room. It was very comfortable, and we slept well. The air purifier, shower head, hair dryer, hair iron, and other amenities were all high quality; we tried them all and they were excellent. What we appreciated most was the compact massage device—we made full use of it on our tired lower back and legs. We are grateful for your thoughtful hospitality. With the added convenience of being in the station building, we would love to stay again.

    Although I had alrea...

    Although I had already paid the Accommodation Fee by credit card that morning, it didn’t seem to be reflected properly, so check-in took some time. However, the front desk staff handled it politely, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable and was able to wait. The Room was very clean and comfortable. If I come to the area again, I would like to stay here. Thank you very much.

    Accommodation after your visit to Osaka-jō Hall

    I stayed here after a concert. The Room was worth the price and felt clean. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It would have been even better if there had been vegetable juice. Thank you!

    Good Points and Areas for Improvement

    What I liked: I had a Reservation for the superior floor, but was upgraded to a larger Room. With the superior option, capsule coffee is also provided, and I was able to relax comfortably in the Room. Housekeeping was very thorough, and having the bath and toilet separate allowed me to soak in the tub and unwind. What I would like improved: - I was directed to use a self check-in terminal, but perhaps due to my phone’s screen protector, it could not read the QR code. In the end I had to enter everything manually, and payment was the same. It was disappointing as other guests arriving later were able to check in smoothly at the counter. I don’t mind waiting, but if using the terminal doesn’t work as guided, please avoid situations where guests end up being served out of order. Staff interaction and support were kept to a minimum; since it was the start of my trip, I chose not to push further. - There are signs of aging in parts of the Room (such as wooden frames and wallpaper). I understand upkeep is difficult, but I recommend starting with what stands out most. I had a very comfortable stay last time as well, and this is a Hotel brand I like. I would be happy if things could be improved even further.

    Check-in Information

    The accommodation was very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality. At check-in, while I was reviewing the details and signing, a parent and child traveler from either China or Korea stood right next to me at the reception. From their conversation, I understood they were tourists from overseas. The child, who seemed to be about middle school age based on their height, was peeking at my check-in screen from right beside me. It seemed like they were bored and looking out of curiosity as if it were an attraction. Since it involved personal information and my name being written down, I felt uncomfortable being watched. I asked the child "What are you doing?" but they ignored me and kept looking. As there are no barriers on either side of the screen where signatures are written during check-in, other guests standing nearby might also have a chance to peek in. It would be helpful if measures could be taken to prevent this kind of situation in the future.

    Stable.

    I use this Hotel every six months for work. The location is excellent, as it is in Kyobashi with many commercial Facilities nearby. However, the bath could be improved... Regarding the two Keihan Hotels in Tenmabashi: Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi Ekimae is new and understandably clean, but Hotel Keihan Tenmabashi, though an older Hotel, has a well-maintained and clean bath. This might come down to management efforts. That aside, the staff's service is excellent, so I plan to continue using this Hotel in the future. Thank you in advance for your hospitality!

    Excellent location

    Chose this Hotel for just sleeping after enjoying USJ to the fullest. Being in the city, the surrounding Facilities were excellent. The only disappointment was that there was no hair iron, even though it was listed, so I didn’t bring one. Other than that, everything was perfect. I slept very well. Since it’s in a neighboring prefecture, I’ll consider using it again for a short trip next time!

    It was a lovely Room.

    I stayed here to visit Osaka Castle Hall and USJ. The location was very convenient as it was close to the station. I got a little lost on the way to the Hotel, but everything else was excellent! The Room was clean, and services like coffee were provided, making my stay very comfortable!

    It was comfortable.

    I was upgraded to a spacious Room. The cleaning was thorough. Earplugs were provided as amenities, but it was so quiet with hardly any noise that I had a comfortable stay. I would love to use this service again.

    Year-end use

    I stayed here during the year-end event. The location near the station was very convenient, and the staff were very polite. Although it felt a bit old, the Room was clean. However, one of the lights was out, making it slightly dark at night. With only two elevators available, it was difficult to get on when crowded. The voices of the cleaning staff could be heard in the Room; it would have been better if they kept their tone a bit lower.

    I stayed here for the countdown live at Osaka-Jo Hall. Even though I booked last minute, the price was very reasonable and included breakfast. The location was conveniently close to the venue, which was great. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

    I occasionally use this place for business trips. It is conveniently located near the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The building is old but clean. Now that the Expo has ended, it would be more appealing if the price were a bit lower.

    Excellent location! Outstanding meals!

    I stayed in a single Room for work, and the direct connection to the station made it extremely convenient. The breakfast selection was surprisingly extensive, far beyond what you would expect from a Business Hotel. The food was delicious, the Room was clean, and the walls were well-built, so I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring Rooms. I would love to stay here again.

    Comfortable sleeping hours!

    I was upgraded to a spacious Room and had a comfortable stay. The bed and futon suited me well, allowing for a good night's sleep. Adjusting the bath temperature was a bit challenging, but I appreciated having separate bath and toilet facilities. For breakfast, the live kitchen featured "onigiri," but since it’s Osaka, I thought it would be nice to have a live kitchen with "okonomiyaki" or "takoyaki" so guests could enjoy warm dishes.

    I was able to relax.

    I chose this Hotel because there were some places I wanted to visit in Kyobashi. When I stayed at another Hotel before, the station was under construction and it was hard to find my way, but this Hotel was easy to locate, so I had been thinking I’d stay here next time. I ended up returning to my Room late at night, and it really was easy to find—very helpful! I did notice that the corridor leading to the Room felt dim even during the day, but the Room itself was very spacious and relaxing. In particular, the shower head in the bathroom had just the right water pressure and felt great. I’d like to stay here again when there’s an event in Kyobashi or nearby!

    Directly connected to the station, it was wonderful staying in a Room that women will love.

    Due to a late check-in, I was upgraded. The room was equipped with Rifa hair dryers, curling irons, beauty devices, and air purifiers, which are great for women. Although my stay was short, I was able to relax comfortably. The direct connection to the station was very convenient, and I would love to stay here again during my next business trip to Osaka.

    It was easy and convenient to get to the dome for the baseball game.

    I won night game baseball tickets for Osaka Dome, so I decided to look for a hotel to stay during the summer vacation. After searching extensively, I found this hotel due to its convenience via subway, shopping and dining options for non-baseball fans, and availability of parking. I made a reservation here. For two adults and two middle schoolers, we wanted a room with separate bath and toilet, which was perfect. Despite the difficulty in finding reasonably priced accommodations in Osaka city due to the Expo's influence, we were happy to find a great value plan. While the kids relaxed in the room, I enjoyed exploring Keihan Mall nearby—making it an extremely satisfying stay. Since our family planned an outing the next day, we traveled by car; however, access via Keihan Railway, JR lines, and subway was excellent. The room amenities were sufficient as guests could take only what they needed from the front desk. Additionally, there was a water bottle provided in the room for refilling with ice water as needed.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    I used this facility to visit the Osaka Expo. Conveniently located within the station, it offers excellent accessibility. The bath is spacious, and the facility is well-equipped with a microwave and coin laundry, making it very convenient. I would love to use it again.

    I stayed at the acco...

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit Kyocera Dome. The building is a bit old, but it has a great location and is conveniently accessible by both JR and subway with a single ride. Next time, I will be visiting Osaka-Jo Hall, so I have already made another reservation.

    I couldn't sleep due to train noise and outside disturbances.

    At check-in, the front desk mentioned that the room was on the side opposite the tracks, so it wouldn't be noisy. However, I could hear train sounds quite clearly (understandable since trains were visible from the window). Whether it was voices from upstairs or next door, or noise from outside, I couldn't sleep even past 2 AM. Perhaps it was just bad luck, but there was a constant whistling sound due to poor window fittings, which also bothered me. Being directly connected to the station and seeing earplugs among the amenities had prepared me somewhat for noise issues, but it was still disappointing. The location seems to be its only strong point. Considering it was a Saturday during Expo season, I found the cost-performance ratio quite poor. A few years ago when I stayed in a twin room here, my impression had been positive; however, this time around I felt let down.

    Long time no see!

    I needed to find accommodation urgently and happened to see Kyobashi Grande available, so I booked it immediately. Having stayed here a few times before, I was familiar with the accommodation and felt comfortable during my stay. I also discovered new features and would like to try the room service next time. With Yodoyabashi and Tenmabashi stations nearby, there are plenty of options, making it a reliable hotel for a pleasant stay. Looking forward to staying again!

    I stayed at the acco...

    I stayed at the accommodation to visit Kyocera Dome. The building is a bit old, but its excellent location makes it convenient, as you can reach it with a single ride on either JR or subway.
