    Close to the station, very clean

    Very close to the station, the location is excellent. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The room is very clean. I stayed in a double room, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, making it very comfortable.

    I was made to stay in a room that had not been cleaned.

    Upon check-in, I was assigned a Room where trash was left in the bin. I informed the front desk of this fact without making a formal complaint, but their response was limited to simply removing the trash. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any Hotel, but it seems that this Hotel does not prioritize it. This made me concerned about whether other areas were properly cleaned, so I would advise cleanliness-conscious guests to be cautious.

    I will stay again.

    This is my second stay. The staff is courteous, the room is clean, and the bath is spacious, so I am satisfied. It would be nice if bath additives could be provided, as they are often available at other facilities. I used the breakfast service, but it took a while to get my meal, possibly due to the layout, so I would appreciate improvements. The food was delicious. I would like to stay again when I visit Sendai.

    The renovated Room was very clean, and above all, the separate bath and toilet made the bathroom as spacious as a home bath, which was extremely comfortable! The amenities were minimal, and apart from the toothbrush, you have to take them from the front desk. Since the bath was highly satisfying, it would have been even better if bath salts were provided! The refrigerator seemed a bit old, but basically, everything including the water facilities was clean, and it was very convenient to have a place by the bedside where you can plug in both Type A and Type C. The coffee server at the front desk was also a nice touch. I would like to use it again!

    It was comfortable.

    The room had a convenient layout with a table and other amenities. The bath was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast had a limited variety but was delicious, and the staff promptly replenished any items that ran out.

    Comfortable stay

    As it was a women-only Room, the detailed consideration of the room's equipment was excellent. The breakfast featured Tohoku gourmet, and the Washin-don was delicious. The white rice was served by a machine that allowed you to choose the amount, such as one bite or 100g, which I think is appreciated by those on a diet or managing their carbohydrate intake.

    It's clean because it has been renovated, but the elevator noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep. The bathroom light was about to go out, and there was trash left behind the trash can. I might consider staying if it's in the 10,000 yen range, but I wouldn't stay if it's in the 20,000 yen range like this time.

    A hotel close to Sendai Station where you can enjoy the famous Washin-don.

    It was closer to Sendai Station than I expected. We used the room for two people, and it was convenient that the bath and toilet were completely separate. At breakfast, the person who was like a concierge at the dining area was very kind, and we were able to fully enjoy the delicious food of Sendai. The local specialty, Washin-don, was also delicious. The takeaway coffee in the lobby and the drinking water on each floor were much appreciated. On the afternoon of our departure day, we went to pick up our stored luggage, but it took time because we had to line up with those checking in. I would be happy if we could pick up our luggage without having to line up.
