    Convenient access from JR stations.

    I stayed here on a business trip, and it was great to have a work desk. Overall, the place was clean and I was satisfied. I regret missing breakfast.

    Enjoy the peace of mind of our Ladies’ Room.

    I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

    The location was convenient.

    Thank you for hosting us during our baseball game trip. The property is close to the station and there is also a convenience store nearby, which made it very convenient. The Room was new and kept clean. We were able to take what we needed from the amenity bar and had everything we needed during our stay. It was also very convenient that the bath and toilet were separate. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    A bit disappointing for business travelers.

    I stayed here on a business trip. As I had another meeting the next day, I asked the Hotel to lend me an iron and ironing board, and they kindly prepared them for me; however, there was no ironing board—only a blanket-style pressing mat—so it was disappointing that I couldn’t press smaller areas properly. I understand this would require an investment in equipment, but having a stand-type ironing board would be greatly appreciated.

    The TV is small.

    The TV is positioned a bit too high, making it hard to watch. It was nice that the bathroom and toilet are separate.

    We were very satisfied with the breakfast and had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first visit to Miyagi Prefecture. I saw this Hotel near Sendai Station on YouTube and made a Reservation because the breakfast looked so appealing. The Room had a separate bath and toilet, with a bathtub big enough to stretch out in and a spacious washing area. I added the bath salts provided as amenities and was able to relax in the bath at my leisure. There were plenty of hangers, which I really appreciated for drying laundry without any trouble. The Room itself felt compact, but it had everything I needed, and I slept very well. The breakfast I had been looking forward to exceeded my expectations. Starting with the luxurious Washin Bowl included in this Plan, I was able to enjoy small portions of many delicious local specialties from Miyagi Prefecture. The luxurious Washin Bowl featured several kinds of seafood—such as sea urchin and salmon roe—beautifully layered in a jar; gently placing it over rice creates an extravagant seafood bowl just as the name suggests. Both the presentation and taste were outstanding! I’d love to travel again in a different season. Thank you very much.

    I stayed in the ladi...

    I stayed in the ladies’ room. Although I didn’t use it, there was a steamer and a ReFa hair dryer, making it well equipped for women, and I had a comfortable stay.

    It was good, but where are the access directions??

    Overall, it was good, but I felt the stated walking time to the Hotel from the station was somewhat inaccurate—perhaps presented to give the impression that it is very close to the station. In fact, when using an unfamiliar station in a new area for the first time, it does take longer to walk there than the official guidance suggests. It’s a minor point, but it did bother me a little.

    This is my third stay.

    We chose the [Non-Smoking] Superior Twin Room (24 m²) with a separate bath. The location is excellent—close to Sendai Station and the morning market. The room, bathroom, and toilet were clean, and we had a comfortable stay. This time we made a Reservation for the deluxe “Washin-don” breakfast course and tried it for the first time; we were very satisfied. My personal recommendation is the beef tongue curry. One concern was that the Hotel toothbrush was quite hard, and I felt it might irritate my gums. It would be helpful if softer toothbrushes were also available. We would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Stay to Enjoy Sendai’s New Year’s First Sale Event

    The price was reasonable, and it was close to the station—more than enough for just sleeping. I hope I can stay here again next year.

    Breakfast was disappointing, but everything else was comfortable!

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access various destinations. The separate bathroom and toilet were very practical and comfortable. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. I went around 9 AM, but it was crowded, and I had to wait over 30 minutes to be called in. Once inside, there were plenty of empty seats, so I wish they had seated us sooner. The buffet food was not replenished at all, and I had to ask staff to bring items that were almost entirely gone. This made me rush through my meal. If reservations for breakfast were possible, it might have been a smoother experience. Aside from this issue, everything else was comfortable and enjoyable.

    Clean bathroom and delightful breakfast

    Plenty of hangers, a clean washroom, and a spacious bath where you can relax in the tub. There is also a water dispenser, making it a very comfortable Hotel to stay at. Breakfast includes many delicious dishes from Miyagi. Conveniently located near the station, I would love to stay here again.

    The bath is comfortable.

    The spacious bathing area was very comfortable, especially since I was traveling with my 1-year-old child! Although there was an earthquake that left us a bit unsettled, the staff kindly provided detailed information about the tsunami situation and train operations, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

    It was excellent.

    Convenient access from the station, and the room's facilities were excellent. It's often challenging to find a hotel without a unit bath while traveling, but I enjoyed a clean bathroom and even got to use ReFa items, which made my stay comfortable. A small detail, but I appreciated that the TV volume wasn't too loud when turned on. The women-only floor system was well-organized, allowing for a quiet and peaceful stay. I would love to stay here again when visiting Sendai.

    Close to the station, making it convenient to store luggage. The standalone bathtub was easy to use, and I enjoyed a relaxing bath with bath salts. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options—so many that I ended up overeating and couldn't eat anything until dinner. The staff were also very kind and helpful.

    Well-equipped amenities

    The amenities were excellent, including face masks and bath salts. Above all, it was great to stay at this price with a separate bath and toilet! The breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. Being close to the station made transportation convenient, and I would love to stay here again.

    The room's bath and breakfast are good.

    The bathroom in the room is well-equipped, just like the one in a home apartment, allowing you to relax as if you were at home. The room itself is clean and tidy. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, featuring local ingredients, and I always look forward to enjoying the "Washin-don" (seafood bowl). All this at such a reasonable price. Considering the rising accommodation costs in central Sendai, this place offers great value for money and has become my go-to accommodation.

    Overall excellent

    Check-in is done via a terminal, but there was a staff member nearby who kindly assisted promptly. The Room, compared to other hotels in the same price range, does not have a wardrobe but features hangers cleverly arranged on the wall, making it functional. The bathroom is top-notch for a Business Hotel. You can pour water on the floor, the bathtub is spacious, and there’s no bothersome shower curtain—simply excellent. External noise was not an issue either; overall, it’s a great Hotel.

    The bath is spacious and excellent.

    We stayed as a family of four, including two elementary school children, during our trip to Sendai. The Room was a bit small for four people, but it was exceptionally clean, which made it very pleasant. Nanoe technology from the ceiling ensured great air quality, and the spacious bathroom allowed us to stretch out and relax. They even gave free Gundam model kits to the kids, which kept them entertained—such thoughtful service! Additionally, amenities could be picked up as needed at the front desk, including bath salts and skincare products—a truly customer-focused approach. We would love to stay here again!

    It was great.

    Conveniently located near the station, and the luggage storage service was very helpful. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the recovery sheets for tired feet after walking too much. Above all, my favorite feature was the separate bath area. I even signed up for a membership card! I will definitely visit again.

    The service was not bad, and the room was clean. However, the Room only had a small window, and the view was of a construction site, which felt a bit claustrophobic. I guess it can't be helped.

    Renovated in 2024, the facilities were clean and comfortable. The hairdryer had strong airflow, making it one of the best among Business Hotels.

    Cost-Effective Accommodation

    The room was not properly cleaned, with dead insects near the window and dust everywhere. Additionally, cleaning staff entered the room without permission even before the check-out time. It feels unacceptable to charge money for this level of service. Honestly, it’s not even worth evaluating, and I will never stay at this accommodation again.

    Comfortable Hotel within Walking Distance of Sendai Station

    Although I occasionally visit Sendai for business trips, finding an accommodation near the station within budget has become a challenge due to the recent surge in inbound demand. This time, however, I managed to stay here just within my budget. Previously, I often used Monterey nearby but recently it has been out of my price range. This accommodation is conveniently located close to Monterey but is more affordable, making it my first time staying here. While Washington Hotels are generally known for having many rooms, this one is not as large-scale and check-in was almost seamless. The room isn't particularly spacious but features a relatively comfortable bathtub and a modern interior that feels cozy. Since I rarely use the subway during business trips, being able to walk to Sendai Station was extremely convenient. Additionally, there are dining options nearby without needing to go all the way to Kokubuncho, making for a pleasant and satisfying stay overall.

    The rating was not as high as expected.

    I chose this Business Hotel based on good reviews, but the wallpaper in the Room was peeling, a toothpick was found on the floor, and the furnishings were worn out. The only noteworthy point might be its proximity to the station.

    Close to the station, very clean

    Very close to the station, the location is excellent. There are plenty of dining options nearby. The room is very clean. I stayed in a double room, and the toilet and bathroom were separate, making it very comfortable.
