  About the Guest Rooms

  The room was small but acceptable; however, it was very inconvenient that I couldn’t adjust the temperature. It seems the room temperature is centrally controlled throughout the property. Very disappointing.

  It was not great.

  I often use APA Hotel for business trips, and this time I chose it as my accommodation hotel as well. Hotel: APA Hotel Nishiazabu * Nishiazabu = Well-equipped However, I found that: - No smartphone charging cable available - Toilet washlet is manual with a dial - Reception service was very "by the manual" As a person from Kansai, I would have appreciated a brighter response, but the staff's expressions were blank and their words felt cold. Some APA Hotel resorts have had good service.
