  Use it

  The Hotel’s Facilities are clean, and although the staff seemed busy, they still greeted us with a warm “Welcome” when we arrived. I truly thought it was wonderful.

  Thank you very much.

  This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very kind. There were no amenities such as facial toner, but there is a convenience store in the next building, so it wasn’t a problem. I stayed in a single room, but the bed was spacious and I slept comfortably. I’m very satisfied. I couldn’t use the TV’s sleep timer—was it a TV that doesn’t have that function? It would be convenient if it did. I was able to relax very well. Thank you.

  A bit disappointing

  This time it happened consecutively. - When I tried to enter the Room, the card key didn't work and had to be reissued. - I just wanted to go from the third floor to the first floor at checkout, but every time the elevator was full with people from the upper floors, and I had to let it pass six times. It's inconvenient that there's only one elevator. - In the Room, the screen didn't return to the APA Hotel, and even after calling the front desk and being told to wait 10 minutes, it didn't get fixed. I even asked the cleaning staff outside if the remote control was correct, and they said it was, but in the end, I couldn't connect to the wifi. The location is not bad, but there are issues with the service and infrastructure.
