    Second Time, 2 Nights Stay

    When we informed the staff that cleaning was unnecessary due to our Multiple Night Stay, we returned to the Room the next day to find a full set of towels, sleepwear, and bottled water for each person hanging on the doorknob. The bath access card had been replaced with a paper ticket. Once again, staying on the 3rd floor where the front desk is located made it convenient to go for breakfast. We were very satisfied with the unlimited delicious soft-serve ice cream during breakfast.

    I have been using this accommodation for several years, but I was surprised to see many inbound guests this time. The complimentary breakfast was unexpectedly substantial and satisfying. It was too hot to visit the onsen, so I used the room's bath for the first time, but the lighting seemed a bit dim. It's nice to relax in the room while watching planes before boarding instead of using a lounge. Recently, perhaps due to an increase in inbound visitors, it seems that accommodation fees have risen. It would be great if the prices were more affordable for domestic guests.

    Shopping, gourmet, Onsen, and unparalleled convenience.

    I stayed here for the first time after attending a funeral in Sapporo, as I had a flight the next day. Although I often use New Chitose Airport, I usually stay in Sapporo and rush through my routine of dragging my carry-on from the hotel to the Rapid Airport train, then to the airport for shopping and check-in. This time, however, it was incredibly convenient. Despite making a last-minute reservation, I was lucky to secure one twin room. Although it faced the parking lot, the view of the airport building from the 5th floor was quite nice. The room had a traditional business style with an integrated unit bath but felt surprisingly spacious due to its nearly square layout. Using an airport floor guide map for planning, I visited New Chitose Airport Onsen around 7 PM (a facility comparable to onsen hotels with silky smooth water!). After bathing, I enjoyed dinner on the third floor. By 8 PM or so, even popular restaurants that usually have long lines during daytime were easy to access. The next morning at 6 AM, I went back for another soak at the onsen before returning to enjoy breakfast at the hotel. While some dishes had a frozen food feel, there was a good variety of Japanese and Western options available along with complimentary services like soft-serve ice cream machines and takeaway coffee corners—much appreciated! During quieter morning hours at the airport shops, I leisurely purchased souvenirs before packing everything neatly in my room and checking out without any rush. Until boarding began for my FDA flight (with its conveniently located departure gate), luggage storage service at reception made things even easier. This stay allowed me to experience another side of this familiar airport—a truly pleasant visit overall! Thank you very much!

    I had a Multiple Night Stay.

    I considered staying one night in Sapporo city but decided on a multiple night stay due to using the last and first flights. Although I thought it might be noisy since it's inside the airport, the terminal building closes at 11 PM, and the first flight is around 7 AM, so it was quiet. During airport operating hours, you can hear airline announcements, but they were not bothersome. In the morning, I bought souvenirs inside the airport, returned to the hotel briefly, and then went sightseeing with ease. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. Breakfast is available from 6 AM with more variety than a typical business hotel and is replenished promptly. The free access to an onsen within the airport was also a great feature. I would love to stay here again next time!

    Thank you for your hospitality. The location is very convenient, and I frequently use this service. Your staff is always polite and attentive. I also look forward to the breakfast. Previously, I was fortunate to find either curry or Genghis Khan on the menu, but unfortunately, neither was available this time. I look forward to visiting again!

    Convenient location

    It may feel like a Business Hotel, but the amenities are quite well-stocked. The complimentary breakfast is extremely helpful. Being on the runway side of the Room, the aircraft parking area is very close, making it perfect for airplane enthusiasts. Otherwise, it might be slightly noisy. With Online Credit Card Payment, check-in and check-out are very smooth, making it an excellent choice as an airport-adjacent Hotel.

    It's great to receive a coupon for the Chitose Airport Onsen.

    I stayed at this accommodation during a business trip to Hokkaido, considering my flight the next day. This was my third stay here, though it had been a while since my last visit. The consistent services, such as free access to the onsen facility at the airport and complimentary breakfast, made for a satisfying stay. I arrived at the hotel around 6 PM and headed straight to Chitose Airport Onsen. At that time, there weren’t many visitors, so I could enjoy the onsen (including the open-air bath) in a relaxed manner and unwind in the lounge area. It helped relieve my work fatigue significantly. I felt so relaxed that I almost forgot about dinner! When I left the onsen facility, all airport shops were already closed, and even convenience stores shut down by 9 PM. Luckily, just past 8:50 PM, I managed to grab some snacks and canned beer to satisfy my hunger slightly. The next morning’s breakfast offered just enough variety of delicious options for me to enjoy thoroughly. Next time I stay here, I'll make sure to plan better for dinner but would definitely love to return again. As an airport hotel, it provided seamless comfort for travel preparations without any issues regarding next-day transportation—highly convenient!

    The staff are very kind and helpful, but the building is old and the towels have an odor.

    The front desk staff were all friendly and kind. At the breakfast venue and even housekeeping, everyone was very polite. Plus, the airport side offers a direct view of airplanes right in front of you! For airplane enthusiasts, it’s a dream come true! You can clearly see takeoffs and landings. JAL, Skymark, and even FDA planes that you don’t usually see at Haneda—so exciting! The large public bath is on the 4th floor of the airport building, about a 4-minute walk away. But with such an amazing bath facility, the walk didn’t bother me at all. The staff there were also incredibly kind. However, I must mention some downsides: the aging building caused discomfort; towels had an unpleasant smell; and the beds were subpar. These aspects are far from satisfactory. The walls have yellowed over time—please consider updating to bright and modern interiors that spark joy! At least replace things like wallpaper to refresh the atmosphere. Everything feels overwhelmingly outdated from decades ago. While your service is impeccable (soft aspects), your facilities (hard aspects) are lacking—it’s such a shame because it creates an imbalance! Still, I think I’ll stay here again because of its convenient location within the airport, its excellent public bath facilities, and most importantly—the wonderful smiles of your staff!

    You can enjoy shopping until just before boarding.

    I am a repeat guest. I stayed to enjoy sightseeing around Chitose Airport and visit the Chitose Airport Onsen. New shops are opening at Chitose Airport every month. I enjoy discovering new things while exploring souvenir shops. It's great to be able to shop right up until just before boarding. As for the facility, the WiFi seems to have improved slightly. The response time when switching TV channels felt a bit slow.

    Only one disappointment in an otherwise excellent Hotel.

    Everything about the Hotel was highly satisfactory, but there was one unpleasant issue. On the second night, I requested cleaning, but the rim of the glass was noticeably dirty. It seemed like either they had placed back a used glass from the previous day or provided an unwashed new glass. Even though everything else was perfect, this small issue left me feeling uncomfortable. It’s disappointing because everything else was so satisfying.

    Convenient location with excellent staff service.

    I have used this Hotel several times. The staff's service is excellent, making my stay very pleasant. The Facility is old, but the bathrooms have been renovated, and the basic amenities are well-provided, which is appreciated. Whenever I want to shop at Chitose Airport, I always make a Reservation at this Hotel and enjoy my shopping trip. From the runway-side Room, you can see planes taking off and landing—a delightful view for travel enthusiasts. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    We enjoyed watching the airplanes.

    I am a repeat guest. I stayed for one night to enjoy watching airplanes, sightseeing at Chitose Airport, and relaxing at Chitose Airport Onsen. Recently, I often use JR trains, so I stayed near Chitose Airport the night before as a precaution. The non-smoking deluxe single room had a great memory foam mattress and pillow. I was able to sleep comfortably. The chair was also very comfortable to sit on.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I am a repeat guest. I stayed one night in the Deluxe Single Room. Compared to the Standard Single Room, the chair was more comfortable to sit on, the bed had a memory foam mattress and was cozy, and the TV was 45 inches and enjoyable. The breakfast also seemed to have improved in content compared to before.

    It was great with the Onsen.

    The view of airplanes from the window was exciting. I enjoyed relaxing in the Onsen located within the airport. The breakfast was quick and satisfying. The room is slightly dated, but I had no issues during my stay. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    No charm

    It was my first time using this, but since it is located at the far end of the airport, it was quite a distance from the arrival gate. Despite the distance, the location map and signs were hard to understand, and I got lost. Also, I wonder if they are maintaining the Room's equipment? The heating didn’t work, and when I drained the bathtub, the toilet area got flooded, which was very inconvenient. If it’s frequently used by inbound travelers, the drainage Facility should be inspected immediately! The Facility might be old, but it felt like negligence, so please take note.

    Very convenient.

    This time, I ended up staying for three nights, but despite taking a different afternoon flight home than usual, I was able to spend my time comfortably without getting bored. The staff were very accommodating, and they efficiently transported my luggage to my room, which was a great help. On the last day, I wanted to try buying a very popular souvenir that doesn't last long, so I lined up before 6:30 am, but I was surprised to find three people already in line. Nevertheless, I was able to purchase it without any trouble, which is the advantage of having a hotel inside the airport. The breakfast afterward was delicious, and I was able to fully enjoy Hokkaido. However, the Onsen inside the airport is a bit far, and since the bath in the room is sufficient, I haven't used it yet, but I would like to try it someday.

    It's safe.

    At the end of the year before last, it was difficult to reach the destination due to delays and heavy traffic, and since this time it was an evening flight, we decided to stay at the airport on the first day. Fortunately, there were no major delays, but due to the cold and fatigue, having a place to rest immediately upon arrival was very reassuring. The view from the room was also very beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and this time we were able to line up at a popular airport store right after eating, and the items we purchased were kept at the front desk, which was very helpful. Of course, only items that can be stored for a while, but New Chitose Airport has various popular products, and staying at a property within the airport where time can be used effectively is very convenient.

    I usually don't have much time at the airport and end up leaving in a hurry without being able to leisurely look at the restaurants and shops, but this time I had plenty of time and stayed from the day before my departure.     I chose this Hotel b...

    I chose this Hotel because you can see airplanes from the Room. Since it was on the 3rd floor, when I opened the curtains, the Room was behind a signboard, and the airplanes were quite hidden. That was disappointing, but the next morning I could see airplanes from a different direction, and the front desk was close, making access to the airport easy.

    Feeling cramped.

    I used it because my flight from New Chitose Airport was in the morning. Another reason was that I wanted to relax and drink at the popular bar in the airport, Jiasu, which I look forward to every time. Since it is on the runway side, it is natural that the windows do not open at all. There is also no ventilation fan. To breathe outside air, you have to leave the Hotel and go outside the airport. For someone like me who is slightly claustrophobic, this structure, with its long corridors, made me a bit anxious. The heating is not automatic but has weak, medium, and strong settings. If you don't use it, it's cold, and even on the weak setting, it gets quite hot, making it difficult to sleep and breathe. It makes me want to be exposed to outside air even more. I was able to sleep somewhat by opening the public door fully. The food was neither good nor bad, just average. You can use the Onsen in the airport, but I was told to present a yellow card at the reception, which I hadn't received, so I couldn't present it. It was nice that the Hotel front desk staff were cheerful.

    Always comfortable.

    I stayed for two nights in a non-smoking single room. I didn't have any particular plans, but I stayed to enjoy the onsen, meals, and sweets, traveling back and forth with a budget airline ticket. There were many shops, and I could enjoy myself just inside the airport. From the room, I had a good view of boarding gate 16, and I could enjoy watching the pilots in the cockpit of the A350 and the preparations for arrival and departure. The complimentary breakfast didn't have a large variety, but it was reasonably satisfying. I would have been happy if there was curry or soup curry.

    The location is close to the airport, but...

    I would like to share some disappointing points. After arriving at New Chitose from Haneda on an ANA flight, I couldn't find any hotel information signs on the arrival floor, and even after looking at the standing map, I couldn't figure out where the hotel was, so I went outside once to get to the hotel (it might have been a bit easier to understand if I had gone up to the departure floor on the 2nd floor). The bath is an Onsen attached to the airport that is open to the public, so it's quite far and requires walking. While I would like to return to the room in casual attire, since you have to walk through the airport, you need to wear appropriate clothing to return to the hotel. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m., but from the first thing in the morning, there is a long line of overseas group guests, and due to poor operation, if you don't divide the dishes into two lines, it takes too much time, and it doesn't fit the schedule for those who want to leave the hotel early in the morning. Also, if you expect too much from a Hokkaido breakfast, you will be disappointed. It's a breakfast comparable to a typical Business Hotel. The room is not spacious, and it's as narrow as a typical Business Hotel in Tokyo, which is fine if you're just sleeping. Overall, considering the proximity to the airport is good, but honestly, the only merit is that, and I got the impression that it's an expensive hotel with poor cost performance. I added a few points for the staff's service and gave it an overall rating of 3 out of 5.

    I was able to relax.

    I was very happy to be able to use the Onsen Facility at New Chitose Airport for free. The Room was spacious and quiet, allowing me to relax. However, I was concerned about the smell of cigarettes when I entered the Room. It smelled so much that I thought I might have been mistakenly guided to a smoking Room even though I requested a non-smoking Room. After spraying the deodorizing mist in the Room, it improved significantly. I hope the smell will be gone next time.

    Airport Hotel for your return journey

    It's reassuring to be at the airport the day before your return trip. You can leisurely finish your dinner and shopping, and relax in the airport Onsen. It was also enjoyable to watch the night flights arriving and departing from the Room. It would be nice if the breakfast was a bit more delicious.

    I would like to use it again.

    New Chitose Airport is a huge amusement park where you can enjoy shopping, gourmet food, and hot springs. Depending on the flight arrival and departure times, it's a hotel that makes you think it's worth staying overnight. The complimentary breakfast was also good in content.
