    I'm glad I chose this place.

    The room I stayed in this time was amazing, equipped with a great hairdryer, a straightening iron, and hair oil as amenities. It was truly helpful. Being able to fix stubborn flyaways with the iron is especially convenient for women. I had never seen a room with a hair iron before. The breakfast was also delicious, featuring handmade seaweed dishes and fruity green juice among other buffet-style offerings that were enjoyable. The restaurant chairs were spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. If you're on a business trip to Gunma, I highly recommend this accommodation!

    The Room had a massage machine, and it was excellent!

    Although it was relatively close to Takasaki Station, I ended up walking quite a bit, but the Hotel was excellent! There was a welcome drink, the staff were kind, and the lobby was lovely. I was surprised by the massage machine installed in the Room, and the stone sauna in the large public bath was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.

    Excellent!

    I stayed in a suite for two nights. The room was spacious with a practical layout, plenty of towels, and well-thought-out amenities that met all my needs. The bathroom featured a jacuzzi tub and an open-air bath, both of which were incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet leaned towards Japanese cuisine with healthy options, and the slight menu changes over the two days made it enjoyable. It was also convenient to check the crowd status of the buffet, coin laundry, and public bath on the Hotel's website. I would love to stay here again!

    First visit in a while

    I stayed here again because I had a great experience before. This time, my stay was even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodation was very clean and quiet. I particularly liked having a massage chair and microwave in the room. There were no loud conversations in the hallways, allowing me to feel at ease throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the large public bath and appreciated that the time for using the stone sauna had been extended since my last visit, so I could use it without feeling rushed. The staff provided excellent service, both at the front desk and in the breakfast area, making my stay worry-free. Although I don't often stay in Takasaki, I would love to return if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    As always, a great Hotel

    I stayed at the accommodation after about a year, and it was as comfortable as last time. If I may suggest, it would be great to lower the refrigerator temperature during summer. Other than that, everything was perfect and comfortable. Thank you very much!

    Satisfying Hotel

    I stayed for 2 nights, and the location near the station was excellent. The Hotel was clean and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the Room was very clean with great soundproofing, so I wasn't bothered by any noise from other guests. The bathroom was also clean, and the ReFa hairdryer made it a very women-friendly Hotel. I also appreciated the complimentary ice cream service after bathing. However, there were multiple errors with the room card during my stay—twice in 2 nights—which required unnecessary trips to reception. Without this issue, it would have been a perfect experience. Still, I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Satisfied.

    A stylish Hotel with rooms that feel like a city hotel or a business hotel. Conveniently connected to the station via a passageway, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast and venue were excellent. The large public bath had several options, with the open-air carbonated spring being especially pleasant. It was an even better Hotel than expected.

    Overall satisfied, but the odor from the unit bath was concerning.

    This might be the best business hotel I have stayed at so far. The showerheads and hairdryers in the large public bath were ReFa, and the onsen was very relaxing. Personally, I really appreciated that there was a stone sauna. The room was also comfortable. However, I noticed two issues: - The unit bath in the room had a moldy smell. - The steamer near the hairdryers in the large public bath seemed to be one of their features but didn’t appear to be maintained regularly and couldn’t be used. I would consider staying at this hotel again when visiting Gunma.

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    The variety of amenities and beverages, including coffee, immediately lifted my spirits upon arrival! When I asked for dinner recommendations, the staff kindly provided detailed information about the atmosphere and service of the restaurant, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful meal at a fantastic place. The open-air bath, massage chair—everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you very much.

    Good Trip

    It was my first visit. In one word: amazing! I fully enjoyed the luxurious atmosphere. The view of the mountains from the open-air bath was fantastic and truly refreshing! Looking forward to visiting again.

    Surprised by the massage chair...

    I was surprised to find a massage chair in the room. It was placed in the twin room instead of a side table. However, I am not sure if all rooms have one. My wife preferred a side table, but I enjoyed using the massage chair. For a multiple night stay, perhaps having a side table might be more convenient. The large public bath on the 10th floor was not crowded, and I had a relaxing time with the open-air bath, bubble bath (?), sauna, and cold bath. It was an excellent accommodation!

    A Little Luxury at a Business Hotel - Bocance

    The room and the large public Onsen are always impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay. This time, we bought takeout food and drinks near the station, picked up desserts from the pastry shop next door, and enjoyed a leisurely luxurious dinner on the terrace. While there wasn’t much of a view, the weather was nice with just the right amount of coolness to enjoy some stargazing. We also indulged in the private open-air bath in our room for an extra touch of luxury. The large public Onsen was almost like having it all to ourselves, and we could relax fully in the stone sauna as well. With features like ReFa showerheads and nano steamers available, combined with how clean everything is kept, it made for an incredibly comfortable experience. Breakfast may not have had a wide variety of dishes but everything was delicious, and with spacious seating arrangements, it was easy to enjoy at a relaxed pace. Additionally, its convenient access makes it easy to visit without too much planning or effort—highly recommended! If weather permits, having dinner on your room’s terrace is also highly suggested. We thoroughly enjoyed both the large public Onsen and our private open-air bath in our room—relaxing luxuriously while soaking up this wonderful getaway experience. Thank you very much!

    Unsanitary.

    I have stayed at this Hotel several times, thinking it was a good choice, but I noticed the quality of cleaning in the large public bath and rooms has been declining with each visit. This time, however, was the worst experience. In the bathroom of my Room, I found what appeared to be a used colored contact lens stuck to the wall. The bathroom had a TV and jacuzzi, so I intended to use it. However, upon closer inspection of the TV screen, I noticed black mold-like dirt. Feeling uneasy but thinking it might come off easily, I wiped it with tissue paper and managed to clean it before taking a bath. While showering afterward, I discovered another round object on the wall next to the showerhead. Upon closer inspection again—it turned out to be another used colored contact lens stuck there! It felt extremely unpleasant; although tempted initially toward removing them myself—realizing these items came directly from someone else's eyes made me hesitant due-to hygiene concerns/infection risks without proper disinfectants like hypochlorous acid available nearby. Bathing inside such an unclean environment left me feeling neither refreshed nor comfortable despite washing thoroughly head-to-body repeatedly throughout sessions spent within said facilities overall instead only amplifying discomfort further still!     The pool water cleanliness No roll curtain on the bathroom window

    I really enjoyed the suite on the top floor, but this time I was surprised by the number of insects in the outdoor pool. While I understand that some insects are inevitable, there were so many in the water that I couldn’t use it. I believe pools and outdoor baths often have systems to keep water flowing and clean, but for the small pool attached to the room, it seemed like stagnant water was left there, which gave a dirty impression. The bath had only a few insects that could be removed with a net, which is common for outdoor facilities. However, for the pool, either cleaning wasn’t done that day or its design makes it prone to collecting insects—I’m not sure. Since it’s been hot recently, I chose this suite thinking it would be refreshing to use the private pool. It would be great if improvements could be made so we can enjoy using it next time. Also, I’d appreciate having roller blinds installed on the windows in both the bathroom and washroom. While it seems designed so only faces might be visible from nearby buildings and not bodies(?), being able to see multiple buildings from those open glass windows made changing after a shower or bath feel uncomfortable. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but since I truly love your rooms and facilities overall and want to stay again in future visits, I decided to share my thoughts hoping for some improvements. My rating remains high because of how much I enjoyed my stay overall!

    This was my first visit to Takasaki for a musical. After researching various accommodations, I chose this one because I was intrigued by the bath facilities. At check-in, even with masks on, the front desk staff's smiles were evident and left a very positive impression. The amenity bar in the lobby had everything I needed, along with convenient carry bags provided—very thoughtful! The room was spacious, and it was my first time seeing a hotel that provided staples and scissors in the drawer—another considerate touch. The bath area was clean, and having cold water available made it easy to enjoy the stone sauna at a relaxed pace. I worked up a good sweat, enjoyed the refreshing night breeze in the open-air bath, and fully utilized the massage chair for ultimate relaxation. I also appreciated that there was a spa bag prepared in my room for use at the bath area—it even had a holder for card keys! Such attention to detail made my stay truly comfortable. However, one disappointment was that an out-of-change vending machine inside prevented me from getting something cold to drink after bathing. I didn’t have enough energy to change clothes and go outside to buy something instead. If only the vending machines were cashless-enabled within this accommodation—it would have been perfect!

    A significant decline in service and hospitality since last year.

    I stayed at this Accommodation during the same period last year. Last year, although it felt like a Business Hotel and I was a bit concerned, they accommodated various requests, and it was very pleasant. However... This year, all requests were declined, and the front desk only provided basic administrative reception services. The staff did not function as proper hotel personnel or represent the Hotel's standards. Having stayed at numerous Hotels myself, their service level is something even high school part-time workers could manage. Please do not expect much from this Hotel's staff. It is safer to use automated check-in and check-out without any interaction.

    Single room with a shower-only bathroom, but the facility had a spa with complimentary stone sauna, which was very relaxing. The Simmons bed was also very comfortable. I would love to stay here again if I visit Takasaki next time.

    It was very comfortable. The entrance was sophisticated, and it didn’t feel like a Business Hotel. The large public bath was clean, and the amenities were well-prepared. The Room was a compact single, but having a massage chair and microwave was greatly appreciated! There were no noise issues, and the breakfast was delicious. I only stayed for one night but wished I could have stayed for a few more nights.

    The room was clean, and no noise from outside or the hallway could be heard, which was great. Having a massage chair was also a nice touch. Being in a lower-floor room meant there wasn't much of a view, but it couldn't be helped. The large public bath included a sauna and an open-air bath, leaving nothing to be desired. All the staff had a pleasant demeanor as well.

    A charming Hotel near the station

    The lobby is a pleasant and comfortable space with flowing water. The bath is spacious, and the carbonated spring was especially enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Although it’s stated to be 3 minutes from the station, I mistakenly went straight from the station and had to backtrack quite a bit. Once you exit the station, turn left immediately. It’s connected by a deck, so as long as you don’t miss it, it’s very close. Everywhere in the Hotel is kept clean, making for a very pleasant stay. Drinks are also provided, which was much appreciated. I had a comfortable stay—thank you!

    First Time in Takasaki

    It was my first stay in Takasaki coming from Fukuoka, and I had a very relaxing time with the massage chair in the room, the large public bath, and the stone sauna. Usually, my bath time is short, but this time I enjoyed nearly two hours of relaxation. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also very satisfying! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Takasaki.

    Affordable yet a step above

    The entire place was clean and well-maintained, offering an experience worth twice the price. Despite being near the station, there was a small waterfall on the right as you entered and a stream with trees on the left, creating a mini forest bathing experience. The view from the large public bath on the 10th floor was also stunning. The Room even had a massage chair, which helped relieve all my fatigue from the day—absolutely perfect. At night, I highly recommend visiting Bar CoCo Ciel located at the back of the entrance area. It had a luxurious forest-like atmosphere, yet drinks and food were very reasonably priced. When I visited, there were no charges or Service Fees, making it an ideal spot for office workers to drop by after work without worry. I would love to stay here again!

    Relaxing Hotel with Excellent Public Bath and Bar

    The lobby was open and welcoming, with the soothing sound of flowing water. The large public bath included a stone sauna and an open-air bath, along with complimentary ice cream after bathing. The Room had a massage chair, which was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. In the evening, I enjoyed chicken curry and whiskey at Bar Coco Ciel. It was delightful to have such a tasty dinner at the bar. The owner provided friendly yet high-quality service befitting a Hotel, allowing me to enjoy some wonderful alone time after quite a while. Thank you so much. As someone who loves traveling and stays at various Hotels across the whole country, I felt this is truly the ultimate Business Hotel!
