    Sorry for the slightly harsh comment.

    There was no explanation of the emergency exits at check-in, and since it was right after the Kumamoto earthquake, I felt a brief mention would have been appropriate. The complimentary bottled water in the Room had already been opened and the water level was lower. Of course I did not drink it, and I also felt uneasy about the snacks, so I did not touch anything. I hope you will take care to prevent this in the future. That said, the large public bath on the rooftop was very clean, and the ReFa high-end hair dryers were easy to use and very comfortable.

    The Hotel’s services are good.

    Although it is located near the East Exit of Takasaki Station, you have to walk several hundred meters along a bleak passage beside the large Yamada Denki, and the route includes a crank turn, so first-time visitors may find it difficult to locate the Hotel entrance. The photos on the Reservation site look nice, but they are taken in a different direction and may be misleading, so please be careful. If you make it through this “challenge” and reach the Hotel, you will find excellent Facilities. It feels unusual that there are guest rooms on an even higher floor above what is described as an open-air bath.

    Stayed in a twin Room. The small Room is efficiently equipped with an iron, ironing board, and even a massage chair. However, there was only one regular chair, so if you want to have coffee, one person has to sit on the bed. I would have preferred an extra chair instead of the massage chair. Train noise, announcements, and station sounds can be heard a little, but they hardly bothered me. The bed was wide, though the mattress felt a bit soft.\n\nThe hot-stone sauna (ganbanyoku), reclining bath, open-air bath, and complimentary ice pops after bathing were great Facilities and services. However, there was hair floating in the open-air bath, and there was quite a lot the next morning. It was unpleasant and I couldn’t use it. The added services are wonderful, but I may prefer an Accommodation that focuses more on the basics.

    I stayed here for work (2 nights).

    I stayed for a two-night business trip. You can reach the entrance from Takasaki Station via the pedestrian deck, but since it’s behind Yamada Denki, it can be a little confusing at first. The Hotel had a great atmosphere. The Room I used (single) came with a massage chair, and it was well equipped for business travelers, with a microwave and even small stationery items you might need for work. The TV was large and internet-enabled, so I could enjoy YouTube on a big screen. On the 10th floor there is a spa Facility. It isn’t very large, but it’s more than enough to relieve the day’s fatigue—I used it both days. The next time I stay in Takasaki, I’ll likely choose this Hotel again. Highly recommended.

    My Favorite Hotel

    I’ve been coming here since I lived about 30 minutes away by train. Even after moving to a place about two hours away, I still visit from time to time specifically to stay at this Hotel and explore Takasaki. From the moment you step into the entrance with flowing water, you’re drawn into an extraordinary world. More than anything, I love the atmosphere of the large public bath. If you bathe before sunset, sunlight pours in and it’s bright and truly wonderful. Soaking in the open-air bath while listening to Shinkansen announcements as background music is pure bliss—I can forget everything. Both the guest rooms and the entire property are clean and comfortable. Since I’ve stayed many times, every visit feels like “I’m back.” The breakfast venue is very open and airy, and just as comfortable. The honey butter was so delicious that next time I plan to enjoy it generously again. Thank you always, and I look forward to staying with you again!

    A Relaxing Hotel Where You Can Unwind and Recharge

    Whenever I visit Takasaki, I always stay here. The front desk welcomes you warmly, and the large public bath helps relieve travel fatigue. Amenities are provided in an eco-friendly buffet style for you to take to your Room, and amenity bags are available so you don’t have to carry a handful back with you. It’s conveniently located close to the station. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Takasaki.

    It was clean and comfortable!

    This was our first time staying as a family, using three Rooms. We were able to relax in the large public bath and stone sauna, and enjoyed a very comfortable stay with complimentary drinks and ice pops, as well as a wide selection of amenities. We chose a Plan with no housekeeping for four days, but it was not an issue at all since fresh towels and loungewear were provided in dedicated bags. When we visit Takasaki again, we would definitely like to stay here next time.

    I have stayed here five times, and it is always spotless and spacious.<br> I was very satisfied with the large public bath, the stone sauna (Reservation required), and the Room—staying here always lifts my spirits.<br> The front desk team, as well as the breakfast and housekeeping staff, all greet guests politely, which makes for a pleasant stay.<br> I will definitely stay here again when I visit Takasaki.

    Stayed in a suite The in-room bath, the Room open-air bath, and the large public bath were all excellent The massage chair was also very comfortable, and I felt completely relaxed Amenities were well stocked After leaving the station, I got a little lost, so it would be helpful if the access information included directions such as “from the East Exit pedestrian deck, turn left and follow along the railway tracks”

    It was a great stay.

    I stayed here to accompany my mother to her hospital visits. I had a great experience the last time as well, so I chose this Hotel again. The amenities are well stocked, the Room is comfortable, and the Facilities such as the spa are excellent—great value for money. This time I had to leave early in the morning and couldn’t add breakfast, which was disappointing, so next time I’d like to include breakfast and relax until check-out.

    Just a short walk from the station.

    Stayed on the Ladies’ Plan. The Room has a massage chair. The Room was clean. I couldn’t use the large public bath, so I used the bathtub in the Room with bath salts from the front desk. It was cleaner and slightly more affordable than other nearby Hotels, so I chose it this time. There were no major issues, so I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Everything was just as described on TV and in the pre-arrival information, so we were very satisfied! The breakfast buffet was delicious too!

    Clean and convenient.

    The Room was clean and well equipped with amenities and a microwave. The large public bath was also clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. There were so many side dishes that I didn’t get to try the curry. It’s very close to the station, so it’s easy to find dinner nearby. I recommend it.

    A Hotel You’ll Want to Make the Purpose of Your Trip

    The amenities, breakfast, and large public bath were all excellent. Although I didn’t use them, the Room also had a massage chair and a microwave, which was a nice touch for a relaxing stay. The vending machines by the large public bath were priced the same as in town, so you hardly need to go out to a convenience store. Since I was there on business, I couldn’t take it easy in the morning, but it’s a Hotel where I’d like to relax until checkout next time.

    Exactly as rated!!

    The lobby lounge was wonderful, with stylish interior design, and the Accommodation is right in front of Takasaki Station. The front desk staff were very courteous. The hallway on the guestroom floor was also lovely with indirect lighting. The Room’s vanity mirror was great as well. The spa Facility was stylish too, and I was very satisfied with both the sauna and the cold bath. The carbonated bath helped relieve my fatigue. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m., and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely stay again. It also made me want to visit other Coco Grand Accommodations.

    I felt refreshed.

    I stayed here after a concert. It was close to Takasaki Arts Theatre, and I was able to use the hot stone spa and massage chairs, which helped me feel refreshed. The dining area was relaxing like a café, and I was very satisfied with the meal. I would definitely stay again.

    Recommended Hotel for Staying in Takasaki

    I’m writing a brief memo in bullet points. Used a single Room as one guest. ■ What I liked - Since it was a single Room, I expected it to be small, but it was relatively spacious and comfortable. - The large mirror on the wall by the table in the Room was very convenient. - The amenities were plentiful. I was happy to find items like face masks, eye masks, and bath salts. - The large public bath had an open-air bath, and I could relax and refresh in the carbonated spring. - I also appreciated the post-bath ice pop service—I ended up having one even though it was late at night. - The staff member who handled my check-in had a “training” badge, but explained everything with a friendly smile and left a great impression. - This may be unusual for a Business Hotel, but the elevator had a pleasant aroma scent. - The overall atmosphere of the Hotel felt natural and relaxing. ■ What concerned me None in particular (It was harder to find something to complain about.) This was one of the best Business Hotels I have stayed at so far. I was disappointed that I couldn’t use the hot stone sauna because it requires first-come, first-served reservations at check-in, but I’d definitely like to try it next time. I highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in Takasaki.

    Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    This was my third stay. The lobby was as clean and well maintained as ever, and thanks to the efficient support from the front desk staff, I had another very comfortable visit. The amenities were even more extensive than before, including face masks and bath salts, which I was very pleased with. The carbonated open-air bath was especially wonderful; although it was extremely cold and windy that day, I was able to warm up thoroughly and recover from travel fatigue. I also truly appreciated being able to use the in-room massage chair without worrying about others, allowing me to relax to my heart’s content. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have breakfast this time, but I’m looking forward to it on my next stay.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night to visit the art theater. Although it was compact and a bit confusing at first, I found it convenient as it is directly connected to the multi-story parking lot and the pedestrian deck in front of the station. The large public bath accessible in loungewear from the ladies' floor, the massage chair in the Room, and the spacious bed allowed me to sleep well and recover from my long journey. I would like to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    Enjoy the feeling of a city Hotel.

    I stayed in a Non-Smoking Double Room for a Multiple Night Stay. The positive aspects were the interior design of the facility, the bath, and the excellent staff service. For breakfast, while the quality was high, it felt repetitive for those staying multiple nights due to limited variety. What concerned me was that despite the price, the room size was small and there was only one chair, which made it inconvenient for two people. Additionally, all vending machines were sold out on both days, which caused some trouble. It was nice to access the large public bath in room wear; however, changing clothes afterward to visit the bar felt like a hassle. I also couldn't enjoy beer in my room as an alternative due to unavailable vending machines. Although it's slightly far from the station, it's an easy walk with suitcases on smooth roads and has a pleasant atmosphere overall—so I left satisfied!

    Stylish Hotel Directly Connected to the Station

    This Business Hotel offers high-grade accommodation. The facility is modern, functional, and conveniently located near Takasaki Station (connected via a second-floor deck), making it an excellent choice. The large public bath is a wonderful feature, perfect for relieving fatigue. Breakfast was simple but very delicious. I stayed here during my business trip to Takasaki this time, and I look forward to staying again on my next visit to the area.

    A very lovely HOTEL!!

    This is my second stay as I enjoyed it last time. I stayed here for an event at G Messe. It’s about a 15-minute walk, but still within walking distance. The hotel is very close to the station, making it extremely convenient after dining out. There are amenities in front of the reception where you can choose only what you need. They have everything necessary like basic skincare products, as well as delightful items such as sheet masks and eye masks for relieving tired eyes. Drinks are also available and complimentary. The room isn’t spacious but is clean and sufficient for sleeping, and I really love the massage chair provided in the room. The bathroom is very clean with an open-air bath, and there’s also a reservation-based stone sauna which I absolutely enjoy using. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Takasaki!

    A Hotel That Always Brings Relaxation

    I was deciding where to stay for the year-end and, as it was my second time, I chose Cocogrand again! The stone sauna requires a reservation, but I was able to use it twice—on the day of check-in and the next day (until check-out)—and it was so relaxing! The bath facilities are truly amazing! They even provided towels for the bathroom, and the ReFa showerhead and hairdryer were easy to use, making my hair manageable. It's close to the station, so I definitely want to stay here again! I also appreciated receiving a Donbei as a year-end gift—it made me happy! Oh, there was even a microwave in the room! I didn’t use it but found it very convenient.

    As expected, a highly-rated accommodation.

    As the number one business hotel, I finally had the chance to stay here. We stayed as a family, so we chose a Japanese-style room. True to its reputation, it’s an excellent accommodation—hard to believe it’s a business hotel. One point for improvement: although it's tatami flooring, just one futon mattress can be tough for those with back issues. A thicker futon or mattress would be appreciated. Including the distance from the station, everything was perfect!

    It was a very pleasant experience.

    I loved the large public bath so much that I used it twice at night and once the next morning. The Room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff's hospitality was so exceptional that I was honestly surprised. I would love to visit again.

    The room was on the 3rd floor, but it was at the same level as the Shinkansen platform, so we couldn't open the curtains. We would appreciate it if higher floors could be offered even with a slight price increase.

    Ultimate comfort for a perfect night's sleep

    Stayed the night before golf. I don't usually stay at Business Hotels recently, but compared to the ones I've stayed at in the past, the bed here was excellent. It seems they prioritize a comfortable sleep—very satisfying. The Room was also cozy, and the spa was great. Overall, it's a good Hotel.

    The service is excellent, providing a relaxing break during work. However, the air conditioner is old and a bit noisy. As I have a sensitive nose, I appreciate that any concerns about odors are promptly and effectively addressed when mentioned.
