    The room was very clean!

    The room had a desk and, while compact, did not feel cramped. It was well cleaned, and the bathroom area was also spotless. Since the first floor is a Royal Host restaurant, you can easily use it for breakfast or coffee. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and is recommended for business trips.

    A very comfortable Hotel

    The breakfast service was delicious, and the Room's Facility was excellent. However, I am disappointed to learn that it will soon enter a long renovation period.

    Located in Shinagawa, offering excellent access to the airport.

    The area has many Prince Hotels, and Tokyu Inn Takanawa can be a bit hard to locate. However, the front desk staff were kind, and the Hotel itself was good.

    I used this facility because I needed to leave quite early in the morning, and it was really helpful as it is located in a very convenient place. The TV in the next Room was noisy.

    It was nice that it was close to Shinagawa Station and easy to find, and the front desk staff were kind. However, I was startled by the sound of people walking in the hallway and the sound of keys opening the next Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Very satisfied.

    It was my first time staying, and I was satisfied with various aspects. The view of Tokyo Tower was excellent. It was unfortunate that the temperature could not be controlled for each room. Overall satisfaction is 4.5.

    Even though I inquired in advance and made a Reservation,

    For business use, when making a reservation in advance, I explained and confirmed the company's regulations, and made the reservation. However, the receptionist was unpleasant and said, "The situation is different from when you called, so no matter what you say, it's not possible." I will not use the Keikyu EX (Keikyu EX) system in the future.

    The noise from other guests at night was disappointing.

    I stayed for work, and the facilities, service, and amenities were sufficient. However, perhaps due to business travelers, from around 9 PM to 12 AM, the voices of several men echoed in the hallway, and the sound of doors slamming as they moved between rooms was terrible (it was such a noise that I wondered if they were throwing things), so I couldn't sleep well. Being close to the station, there might be many such business guests.

    If only I had known earlier...

    It was very close to Shinagawa Station, making it a convenient location for both transportation and dining. Despite being in a convenient area, the surroundings were safe and calm, allowing me to enjoy a morning walk after an early departure. The area was safe at night as well, and the room was quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. I stayed on the first day of a three-day weekend. The reception staff seemed busy that day, but they didn't show it at all, providing professional service with a smile, which made me think it was a good hotel. When I returned at night, I saw the same staff member attending to another guest in the same professional manner. Although they were experienced, they provided warm hospitality, making it a pleasant stay. During checkout the next day, a different staff member saw me off with a refreshing greeting. Additionally, I noticed that they were taking precautions regarding the entry of non-reservers, which was reassuring. Perhaps because it is a good hotel at a reasonable price, it seems to be quite popular, and I felt lucky to have been able to make a reservation. It has become a hotel I definitely want to check when visiting Tokyo in the future. Thank you very much.

    Close to the station, the bath with a washing area is convenient to use.

    I used it for the first time. It's conveniently located close to Shinagawa Station. Since it was a twin room, it was spacious and comfortable. The bath with a washing area is indeed convenient. There are power outlets and a wired LAN connection port under the TV, which is handy. However, both power outlets are close to the bottom of the TV, so I couldn't use a large USB-AC adapter that I brought with me. This was a bit disappointing. Charging my smartphone was not a problem as there was an outlet by the bedside.
