    Convenient Access

    The airport limousine bus station is located on the first floor, and Kagoshima-Chuo Station is connected via an underground passage, making access very convenient. The guest rooms were clean, adequately equipped, and provided a comfortable Hotel stay.

    Truly a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed in a room on the Sakurajima side as three sisters. With three rooms, we were able to spend our time stress-free, and my sisters were thrilled by the view of Sakurajima from the room. I have stayed here several times before, and what I always notice is the faint pleasant scent as soon as you enter the 1st-floor entrance. Do you notice it too?

    The sunrise from Sakurajima is truly soothing...

    Whenever I travel, I choose to stay with the Nishitetsu Hotel Group if available. This is my third visit to Kagoshima. This time, I was able to secure a Sakurajima view Room. Watching the sunrise from the base of Sakurajima was truly soothing... (The Ferris wheel view on the opposite side offers beautiful night scenery.) The Room, including the bath and toilet, was spacious and clean. It’s also convenient that you can return via elevator from both the airport bus terminal and the underground food stall village. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Even during a major holiday period, the price was reasonable. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Kagoshima! Thank you!

    Issues with room cleanliness

    The Room was not cleaned. There were hairs in the toilet and bathtub, and I had to wipe the dirt off the table myself. I believe a clean guest Room is fundamental. Very disappointing.

    Single Room

    Stayed in a single Room for a business trip. The interior of the Hotel is chic, calm, and clean. While the single Room isn't large, it is compact and comfortable. The desk has enough depth for work, with built-in lighting that makes desk work easy. A notable feature is the separate bath and toilet in a Room of this size. The placement of mirrors is also very well thought out. The breakfast buffet offers both quality and quantity. Despite rainy weather during my stay, I didn’t get wet at all as the airport bus stop and Hotel are located within the same building, which is also connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station via an underground passageway. Additionally, there’s a convenience store in the same building—extremely helpful when carrying lots of luggage or unable to use an umbrella. I was particularly impressed by how fluent one of the foreign staff members at reception was in Japanese and their ability to handle my unusual requests efficiently. Overall, considering price balance as well as experience from many years of business trips, this Hotel ranks among my top choices.

    Everything is excellent!

    I stayed during Golden Week. The Room was clean, and the bath and toilet were separate, allowing me to relax and unwind. The night view of the Ferris wheel from the Room was beautiful and soothing. The location was excellent, with a food stall village and Lawson convenience store right below the Hotel, making it very convenient. There were also various izakayas nearby. Additionally, I accidentally dropped my car keys inside the Hotel, but they were found as lost property—thankfully! I truly appreciated the kind and courteous assistance from the female staff at reception during that time. Thanks to her help, I was able to return home safely. I will definitely stay here again!

    It was excellent.

    The Hotel was conveniently located right near the limousine bus stop, making it very accessible after arriving in Kagoshima by plane. Although I arrived late at night, there was a food stall village in the basement, allowing me to enjoy a meal within the same building. The next day, I had lunch at the Hotel's restaurant; the food was delicious, and I enjoyed both the meal and the beautiful view. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the spacious bath area allowed for a relaxing experience. However, it would be great if bath salts were included in the amenities. With a large bathtub perfect for soaking in hot water, having bath salts would enhance my stay even more. Overall, it was an affordable and comfortable Hotel with an excellent location. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kagoshima!

    A very good Hotel

    Conveniently located near JR Kagoshima-Chuo Station and directly connected to the highway bus terminal, offering excellent accessibility. The beds and pillows are of high quality, providing a very comfortable sleep. However, the ceiling light is too bright; adjustable lighting would be appreciated. The bathroom was also good, but it would be better if the lighting in the bathroom and washroom allowed for color adjustment (daylight/warm tones). Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality is high, and many items were delicious. Overall, everything except for the lighting was excellent.

    Always inspiring

    I have been visiting Kagoshima at the end of March for the past few years, and I always stay at this hotel. Every time I check in, enter the room, and open the curtains to see Sakurajima, I am deeply moved by its beauty. Thank you for your warm and smooth welcome during check-in. The room was also cleaned thoroughly, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. Additionally, I appreciate your kind accommodation when an additional guest joined on the final day of my 3-night stay. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    Recommended Hotels

    The Room on the Sakurajima side is, of course, wonderful, but this time I chose a Room on the Ferris wheel side. Even though it was a rainy day, the Ferris wheel visible from the Room was beautiful, making it hard to choose between either Room.

    For the first airport bus

    I chose this place to catch the first airport bus, and it was a great decision. Even though it was the first bus, there were many people in line, and I think it would have been more difficult if it weren't for Solaria. Since my child is still small, we had the bed placed against the wall. We also had a sturdy bed guard installed. I would like to stay here again on my next trip home. Thank you very much. The view of Sakurajima from the lobby was magnificent and impressive.

    I had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient, and I wasn't bothered by any noise from neighboring rooms. I also appreciate the environmentally conscious initiatives. I would definitely like to stay here again the next time I visit Kagoshima.

    The view is excellent.

    The room had a view of Sakurajima, and we were blessed with good weather on the day, which was wonderful. The accommodation cost is slightly higher, but I recommend the Sakurajima view room. The breakfast was quickly replenished when the dishes ran out, and it was so delicious that I ate too much in the morning (laughs).

    The takeaway breakfast was helpful.

    I included breakfast with my reservation, but due to a change in my flight, I had to take a limousine to the airport before 6 AM. After consulting with the front desk staff, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast basket for me. It contained a sandwich, a drink, and a dessert, which was very helpful.

    Second use

    Good access from the station, sufficient space even for a single room, good breakfast, and cleanliness are the reasons for my second stay. The bed is firm and doesn't sag, making it comfortable to sleep. It would be great if there was a large public bath here.

    The main deciding fa...

    The main deciding factor was the bath. As we get older, getting in and out of a unit bath can be quite challenging, so having a bath with a washing area was really great. We went for breakfast at a later time, but the food was well replenished.

    The view of Sakurajima is wonderful.

    The bath is equipped with a washing area, clean and easy to use. From the Room, Sakurajima can be seen directly in front, which was very satisfying. If I had to say, it would have been even better if there were amenities like lotion, emulsion, and cleansing products.

    Close to the station, a nice Hotel.

    It is close to Kagoshima Chuo Station, and you can walk to the Hotel through the underground, so you won't get too wet in the rain. The toilet and bath are separate, allowing you to relax and unwind. The Room was just the right size, clean, and pleasant.

    Favorite Hotel for Homecoming Use

    I use it every year for my homecoming, and I am satisfied with the guest rooms, Facility, and bath. The direct connection to the airport bus is convenient for early morning and late-night flights.

    Sakurajima was beautiful again today.

    When you enter the Room and open the curtains, you can see the majestic Sakurajima right in front of you, and somehow, you feel like you've come back home. Thank you to the wonderful Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kagoshima.

    Best location

    The location is excellent, right above the limousine bus stop from the airport. It's just a few minutes to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, and it's convenient even in the rain. The room is equipped with all the necessary facilities and amenities. Amenities like toothbrushes are always available in front of the reception, which is reassuring. I will use it again on my next visit. Thank you.

    Stayed here as I had been interested for a while. <Good Points> - Very convenient as it is directly connected from the airport bus stop - Appreciated the disposable slippers and body towel - They provided additional towels, handed over in a bag, which was very considerate - The single room was spacious enough for one person - The bed was firm and comfortable to sleep on - The area around the sink was clean - Check-in was very quick and smooth - Breakfast was delicious! (Much better than the main hotels in Tenmonkan a while ago) <Points for Improvement> - There were too few amenities for women (no cleansing or lotion, etc.), which was a bit disappointing. Nowadays, most places have them, so I recommend bringing your own. - The handle on the inside of the bathroom door had black mold, which was concerning. Overall, it was a hotel I would like to repeat.
