    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. Since I arrived via Kagoshima Airport, it was very reassuring and easy to find—especially for someone unfamiliar with the area—that the Accommodation is in the same building as the airport bus stop. I stayed in a Room on the more affordable side facing the Central Exit, but I imagine Rooms on the opposite Sakurajima-view side would offer a wonderful view (you can also see it straight ahead from the 7th-floor lobby). What I liked most about the Room was the sink and bath area: it’s level with no step up from the Room, and there’s a spacious bathtub plus a washing area and shower—perfect for relieving work fatigue. The only thing that bothered me was that the door separating this area was unusually heavy; someone with less strength might struggle to open and close it. Also, having USB ports in addition to AC outlets for charging would be appreciated.

    Conveniently located near the airport bus stop.

    This was my first stay, and the direct airport bus connection was very convenient. The Hotel was also clean and well maintained, which made me feel at ease. I also had breakfast, and it was quite good.

    Very convenient.

    You can reach the Hotel front desk without going outside from the airport shuttle bus stop from Kagoshima Airport to Kagoshima-Chuo Station. Kagoshima-Chuo Station is also very close, so access is extremely convenient. There are many shops in nearby commercial buildings, as well as restaurants, so you won’t be inconvenienced. The view of Sakurajima from the Hotel front desk is spectacular. I failed to complete self check-in because I didn’t realize I needed to insert a space between my first and last name in katakana. The front desk staff handled it very politely and kindly. Thank you very much.

    This Hotel is easy to use!

    Directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station via an underground passage, with easy access to the airport bus—an unbeatable location. The interior is stylish, the Room is practical and comfortable, and the eco-friendly approach makes this my go-to Accommodation for future visits to Kagoshima.

    I checked as soon as...

    I checked as soon as I entered the Room. There was hair from the previous guest in the bathtub, which was unpleasant. Also, while the location is good, it was not as new as I expected.

    Perfectly Located Hotel

    In a word: incredibly convenient. Direct access to the airport bus terminal. Direct access to JR Kagoshima-Chuo Station. Direct access to the food stall village on Basement Level 1. You won’t find another Hotel this convenient.

    The shower water pressure is extremely weak.

    I stay dozens of nights a year at Hotels in Japan, but I was really disappointed by how weak the shower water pressure was at this Hotel. The location isn’t bad, and the Room is clean with a bright interior, plus you can see Sakurajima from the window—which is great—but the extremely low shower water pressure ruined everything.

    Excellent transportation access.

    This was my first time staying here. It was very convenient, as it is a departure/arrival point for highway buses and is directly connected to the streetcar and the central station. I really appreciated that the Room had a separate bath and toilet, but one disappointing point was mold in the bathroom. There was quite a bit of mold on the walls and near the drain when I looked closely, so I think it would be even better if it could be cleaned thoroughly in every corner. I would be happy if this could be improved by the next time I stay.

    It was very convenient with direct access from Kagoshima-Chuo Station! The front desk staff were also courteous and helpful, which left a great impression.

    It’s hard to relax in the bath.

    I chose a Room with a separate bathroom and toilet, but there was no bath chair or wash basin in the bathroom. Even though there was a bathtub and washing area, it seemed to mean you should wash your body and hair standing up in the shower. A mix of Japanese and Western style, perhaps. However, when washing while standing, soap naturally splashes into the bathtub, which was not pleasant. Otherwise, it was a typical Business Hotel with a little extra.

    It was great.

    The location is very convenient for taking the airport limousine bus, as well as shopping and dining around the station. It was also helpful that they could store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The Room felt a bit tight to open a large suitcase, so it would have been nicer if there were a little more space. The cleaning was thorough, which was great.

    Convenient location, comfortable Room

    I always stay here when I visit Kagoshima. After getting off the airport bus, just go up one floor, and Kagoshima-Chuo Station is right in front—very convenient. The Room and bathroom are both spacious and comfortable, and the Sakurajima-view Room offers a spectacular view of Sakurajima. Breakfast is also delicious. In particular, the Satsuma-jiru soup, egg dishes, rice, simmered kumquats (?), and sweet potato pudding were excellent.

    The view was amazing.

    The view of Sakurajima right in front of us was truly amazing! The Hotel itself was nice, but the entrance was hard to find, and when we arrived by rental car there was nowhere to park, which was inconvenient. Since it’s close to the station, it wouldn’t be an issue if you’re coming by Shinkansen or other trains. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    I’ll definitely use it again!

    Conveniently located near the station, and the Room was clean, more spacious than expected, and very relaxing. Perhaps because I made my Reservation early, the price was reasonable as well. Since this stay was rushed due to my schedule, I would like to stay again and take my time if I have the opportunity next time.

    I stayed for five ni...

    I stayed for five nights, returning for the first time in two and a half years because I wanted to take my time sightseeing. This time I couldn’t book a larger Room, so it felt a bit cramped. There was no drawer-style closet, so there wasn’t anywhere to put my clothes. On the other hand, the bathtub was large enough to soak in comfortably and it washed away my sightseeing fatigue. From Rooms on the Sakurajima side you can enjoy magnificent views, while the restaurant side lets you sense the lively downtown atmosphere—this Hotel’s location is unbeatable. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious, so this time I also had a course dinner there, and it was even better at night. I also appreciated the water server in the elevator hall—it was great being able to make coffee or tea with good-tasting water. Once again, I felt this is a wonderful Hotel with solid security measures and an excellent sense of cleanliness.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because I wanted to see Sakurajima, and this Hotel offers views of Sakurajima and is conveniently located near Kagoshima-Chuo Station. Unfortunately, it was rainy and I could only catch a glimpse of the lower slopes of Sakurajima, but this Hotel is very convenient: it connects directly to an underground passageway, so you can get around with almost no exposure to the rain. There are also various restaurants in the underground shopping area (though it’s small), and all of them were lively. When choosing an Accommodation, my top priorities are pajamas and the hair dryer. This Hotel provides a compact ReFa hair dryer, and while the pajamas are a one-piece style (separates would be ideal), they’re comfortable against the skin—and it’s nice not having to pack my own. The building is still new and the room was clean. There’s also an ice machine near the elevators, so I had no issues during my stay. I’d like to use this Hotel again when I visit Kagoshima for work.

    This was my second stay, but this time it was a bit disappointing.

    My flight from Kagoshima to Yakushima was canceled, and since I was familiar with this Hotel from a previous stay, I made a same-day Reservation and stayed here. Compared with the listing, the Room felt small. There was no complimentary mineral water in the Room, and even though there were no other guests, I still had to operate the self check-in machine myself. Overall, it didn’t feel like service commensurate with the price. The Room rate may have been for a Sakurajima view, but since I checked in at night and checked out early in the morning, it felt like a waste—and I regretted my choice. This is my own reflection rather than the Hotel’s responsibility, but I’m sharing it in case it helps future guests when choosing.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    It was convenient to have direct underground access to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and the food stall village, making shopping and dining easy. The lobby floor was spacious, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The Room was clean, with a full view of Sakurajima right in front of us; it was also wonderful to see [S-]akurajima covered in snow on the day we stayed. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kagoshima.

    Tile Grout

    I frequently use this facility. In the past few stays, I have stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, which offers a particularly comfortable space within this facility. However, there was one point that caught my attention. I noticed some stains in several areas of the bathroom. While I understand that some aging is inevitable with facilities, I observed blackened grout between tiles and similar stains on the lower part of the shower pole at eye level when soaking in the bathtub. Additionally, there seemed to be noticeable dirt on the showerhead as well. These issues appear to be something that can be improved through cleaning. Since these spots are at eye level when using the bathtub, they might be easy to overlook during cleaning but were slightly concerning for me. The staff's service is always polite and kind, and overall I am generally satisfied with my stay here. Thank you as always!

    It was excellent. Thank you very much.

    I accidentally reserved a smoking room, but they kindly changed it to a non-smoking room. The room was clean, the amenities were sufficient, and I had a comfortable stay. The airport shuttle bus terminal is located within the same building, making it very convenient. I would like to stay here again on my next business trip.

    Unforgettable kindness

    Thank you for your hospitality. Thanks to the wheelchair provided, my elderly mother was able to use it comfortably. We deeply appreciate the thoughtful assistance and support during our stay. When we had a bit of trouble getting my mother out of the Room in her wheelchair, a cleaning staff member kindly offered help. We were truly impressed by the Hotel's unified hospitality. Thank you very much, and we look forward to staying again!

    Stayed for 2 nights!

    You can reach the Hotel from the station through an underground passage, staying dry even on rainy days. Initially, I was guided to a Room on the 11th floor, but I noticed a smell of tobacco. When I inquired at the front desk, they kindly changed my Room without hesitation, which made me very happy. The variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet and Kagoshima-style menu were delightful. Both check-in and check-out were very easy with touch panels. Despite being reasonably priced, the bath was separate, allowing me to relax during bath time. The view of Sakurajima from the window was absolutely stunning.

    Convenient Location

    Conveniently located with direct access from Kagoshima-Chuo Station via an underground passage, allowing check-in without getting wet on rainy days, and direct check-in from the bus terminal. For those using the multi-story parking lot at the back, please enter through Exit 4. However, there was no clear signage on the road side, making it a bit difficult to find. The number "4" was visible once inside—improvements in this area would be appreciated. The facility is clean, and the staff provided excellent service for a comfortable stay. We hope for an upgrade in the breakfast menu options.

    I stayed for 4 night...

    I stayed for 4 nights for work. Firstly, the location is very convenient as it is a stop for the airport bus. The room was on the Ferris wheel side and had an impressive view! (Personally, I would have preferred the Sakurajima side, but could this be chosen at the time of Reservation?) The bathroom and toilet were separate, allowing me to stretch out comfortably in the bath. It was nice that I could fill up the tub while using the shower, and water pressure was sufficient. The shampoo had a lovely scent. Instead of a closet, there was something like a hanger rack; however, it couldn't accommodate long garments which was disappointing. The desk lamp in the room wasn't bright enough when working at night. Each floor had an ice machine and water server which were very convenient to use. Breakfast included local dishes and was delicious; however, since it remained unchanged throughout my 4-night stay, some variety would have been appreciated. The Hotel's restaurant featured famous establishments and there was also a convenience store next door as well as an underground food stall area—making it enjoyable even with limited time available. The underground walkway connecting to the station made moving around without getting wet very convenient; however, carrying heavy luggage made it feel farther than expected. Although there seemed to be a taxi stand within part of the Hotel premises—which should have been helpful—it wasn’t functioning effectively which felt slightly disappointing. While this may not be entirely under Hotel management’s control: on my first morning despite arranging ahead with specific timing no car arrived promptly causing about 10 minutes wait; another day due early departure taxis couldn’t get arranged requiring walking towards station-side stands instead—and yet another instance involved crossing roads where vehicles awaited pickup instead. Given various transport options near stations perhaps fewer guests rely upon taxis here—but closer coordination between Hotels & cab services might improve experiences overall! If visiting Kagoshima again someday—I’d certainly consider staying here once more!

    I arrived by limousi...

    I arrived by limousine bus from Kagoshima Airport, and although it was pouring rain that day, I was able to check in without getting wet as the Hotel is located above the bus terminal. I booked a Room on the opposite side since Rooms with a view of Sakurajima were slightly more expensive. The view of the Ferris wheel was nice, and outside noise wasn't an issue. Although I stayed for just one night for transit purposes, the Hotel was clean and conveniently connected underground to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, making it unaffected by weather conditions. Both buses and trams were easy to access, making this Hotel very convenient. While it can be a bit inconvenient to fetch water from the water dispensers installed on each floor, it suited me perfectly as I like staying hydrated. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Kagoshima!

    Great view of Sakurajima.

    Clean and tranquil atmosphere, providing a very relaxing stay. The room is dimly lit, and opening the window offers a view of Sakurajima. The bathroom is spacious and separated from the sink area, ensuring no cramped feeling. A wonderful room that lets you forget the heat outside. Conveniently accessible from Kagoshima-Chuo Station, with direct access even on rainy days or when avoiding sunlight.

    I stayed at the accommodation during a work trip near the station. Although it was raining, I appreciated the convenient access without having to step outside from the station. The room was small but efficiently arranged with storage spaces. A mineral water dispenser was placed in front of the elevator, which was very helpful.
