  About Room Cleaning

  A previous guest's plastic bottle and snacks were likely left in the refrigerator. Is it not checked during room cleaning? The carpet on the floor also had dust, making it feel less clean.

We sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused during your time with us, despite selecting our accommodation among many options. While we usually check the refrigerator during room cleaning, insufficient guidance and oversight of our cleaning staff led to causing unease for you. We deeply regret this oversight. Regarding the dust on the carpet, although we clean daily using a vacuum and lint roller, this was also due to a lack of thorough checks on our part. Please accept our sincerest apologies once again. To prevent similar issues in the future, we will share your valuable feedback with our cleaning staff and strengthen their training. Additionally, we will enhance room inspections by both cleaning and front desk staff.   A Room priced at 17,...

  A Room priced at 17,000 yen per night, but sheets are not changed unless requested. Only one bottle of water is provided for the first night with no refill the next day. The Room is small and tucked into a corner with a wall view outside the window, creating a suffocating environment! Even after requesting sheet replacement from staff the next day, it was ignored. A terrible experience with zero value for 17,000 yen! Never staying here again!

However, we deeply regret and reflect on our lack of training and communication that resulted in not responding to your request for sheet replacement despite informing our staff. Regarding water, we provide it as a welcome drink only on the first day of your stay. We would greatly appreciate your understanding on this matter.   The facilities and amenities were excellent.

  It was my second time using the facility, and I had a comfortable stay with well-equipped amenities. I would like to use it again next time.

  I used this for the ...

  I used this for the first time on a business trip. Although it was a short stay, I was able to spend my time meaningfully. The check-in process was smooth and the guidance was kind, which was very helpful.

  The location is good.

  It is conveniently located near the limousine bus stop from Itami Airport. Considering the location, I think the cost performance is good. The breakfast venue is very cramped, so you may end up touching someone while eating or sitting. Because of this, I felt it was a bit dusty. Of course, I ate without worrying about it! It was disappointing that there were few savory breads (there were many sweet breads).
