  Conveniently located near the station

  It is conveniently located near the station. There is a candy shop in front of the hotel, making it lively, but the hotel itself is calm. The facilities are not the latest, but they are compact and clean. This time, there was a problem right after check-in, but it was addressed immediately. It wasn't the hotel's fault, but I appreciated their quick response to such a difficult situation. The large public bath is small and can be full with just three people. When I went in, I was the fourth person and couldn't enter. Fortunately, there was an available shower booth so I took a shower and enjoyed a hot stone spa before taking another bath in my room later on. You need to make a reservation for the hot stone spa; however, as it warms your body up nicely, I recommend experiencing it.

  Comfortable

  Close to Kitasenju Station, we enjoyed the delicious welcome sweets. It was convenient to choose only the amenities we needed on the 1st floor. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a bag to carry items to the large public bath from the Room. The separate top and bottom pajamas were also a nice touch. The vending machines in the facility were reasonably priced and easy to use, and with many restaurants and a certain discount store nearby, we had a very comfortable stay. This time, we had a busy morning schedule, so we had to rush through breakfast, but the selection was just right and delicious. If we have the chance, we would like to enjoy a leisurely breakfast next time. Thank you very much.

  Great satisfaction

  I am completely satisfied in every aspect. The breakfast was particularly good. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

  Thank you very much!

  First, I received a very polite explanation about the parking lot from a kind-looking lady, and the responses from other staff were also warm, allowing me to stay with peace of mind despite it being my first time. The locker area in the bath was somewhat narrow, and I was slightly concerned about the quality of the juices at breakfast (this might be due to space constraints or cost issues, and of course, it's not a complaint-level opinion!). Kitasenju Station offers convenient access to various areas, which I think is also a high point. Thank you for this time.

  The response is good.

  The kind assistance with arranging and receiving courier services was very helpful. Conveniently located near the station, providing peace of mind. There is also a relaxing space behind the front desk, and during happy hour, you can enjoy free highballs and beer, making it a cost-effective Hotel.
