    Impressed

    During our stay with my daughter who has difficulty walking, we requested a bath chair. On the day of our stay, not only was the chair provided, but also a mat and handrails were installed, allowing for a comfortable bathing experience. We are truly grateful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    The main reason I chose this place was its proximity to the station. Also, the price for a room for 3 people during this season was excellent! Since it’s close to the station, I didn’t mind that breakfast wasn’t included—I enjoyed morning sets at nearby cafes. The 11:00 AM checkout time was also convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

    Conveniently located directly at Akabane!

    Located right in front of Akabane Station, making it very convenient! The amenities are plentiful, and the service was excellent. For this price range, it is an exceptional choice.

    Adjacent to the station

    Located next to Akabane Station, you can reach the hotel without getting wet even on rainy days. I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than the check-in time, but the Room was ready, so I was allowed to enter. Amenities were placed in front of the reception desk, including bath additives. The Room was on the 3rd floor, and you could hear a bit of train noise—noticeable for those sensitive to it. The Room had space for luggage and was comfortable.

    Clean and in a great location.

    It was clean, practically next to the station, and the staff’s level of attentiveness felt comfortable. Since it’s a Business Hotel, I understand I can’t expect luxury in the bathroom and toilet. I rated it 3 as “average,” but I was very satisfied.

    A Visit to Akabane After a Long Time

    This time, I used it privately. The Facility was well-equipped, but the Room entrance was inconvenient to use, which was unfortunate. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. I would like to use it again in the future. Thank you very much.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for 3 nights. Despite traveling from overseas with two suitcases, the room was functional and didn’t feel too small. The room was clean and well-maintained, and above all, it was pleasantly quiet. The bed was sturdy and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly. The bathroom had a good depth, and with a variety of bath additives available, I looked forward to bathing every night. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were polite and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. For meals, there were options like Denny’s, Little Mermaid bakery, and an onigiri shop on-site, which allowed me to choose based on my mood or schedule; all of them served delicious food. My only suggestion would be to have more washing machines available. One female guest occupied one machine entirely during my stay so I couldn’t use it at all. However, this is a minor issue—I'd love to visit again during my next trip back home!

    Snowy Morning

    The day after staying at the Hotel, I had plans for a celebratory lunch with a friend. I was able to spend a relaxing time in the Room until check-out, enjoying my favorite music while watching the continuous snowfall and trains passing by. I also purchased a bouquet from the flower shop on the first floor and reached the station without getting wet.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station, yet the Room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable for a pleasant stay! The breakfast options were great as well.

    Very good Hotel

    The lack of friendliness at the front desk during check-in and check-out made me wonder, "Is this overseas?" but overall it was a good Hotel. It was very comfortable. Above all, it was right next to the station, and there were many restaurants around, which was convenient. The only thing that bothered me was that the collar of the pajamas was stained brown. It may not come off, but wearing dirty clothing is unpleasant.

    New Year's Day Stays

    One minute walk from Akabane Station, offering an excellent location. Many restaurants nearby, making it convenient even for stays without meals.

    I was satisfied.

    Close to the station with minimal walking required. We were able to leave our luggage before check-in. The amenities are also well-equipped. The Room is clean. We were very satisfied. The staff is kind and courteous. We will use it again if we have the opportunity.

    Convenient and comfortable

    The water pressure in the bathroom is high, so shampoo bubbles rinse off quickly. This time, I could hear the sound of the train. It might be tough for those who are sensitive to noise. Although it was a short stay, it was comfortable as usual, and the station platform is just 5 minutes away. While Mets in the city center keeps getting more expensive, Akabane Mets is a relief. However, on some days, the price is the same as in the city center. I look forward to staying again!

    Satisfied with a better Room through an upgrade

    I stayed at the property because it was late after returning from a trip, and they upgraded me to a room on the front floor. The design is very stylish, and although I have stayed several times, I was surprised to find such a room.
