    First stay after renovation

    It was my first stay in a while, and after the renovation the cleaning facilities and such have clearly improved. On the other hand, the bathroom in the Room is a bit smaller, and it has become harder to work at the desk, which is a downside. Overall it’s good, but I really want them to bring back the magnet that lets you request housekeeping from midday during a Multiple Night Stay. With prices staying almost unchanged despite rising costs, I can’t really complain… but considering convenience, I think it’s the best Hotel in Tokyo.

    No Meals Included, I slept well.

    I had a very comfortable stay. The futon was especially cozy, and I slept soundly. The bathroom was also well cleaned and felt very hygienic, so I could use it comfortably. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and I’m glad I could rest well. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

    Very easy to use.

    It was very convenient, located right next to the station with a convenience store and family restaurants nearby. The Facility is compact but clean and very nice.

    This Accommodation always meets my expectations.

    Although the schedule was a bit rushed, I chose this Accommodation because the location and price range were satisfying. I have stayed in Komagome several times before, and perhaps the Room had been renovated; it felt brighter and cleaner than my previous stay, which made me even more satisfied. The breakfast provided by Denny’s was also more filling than expected, and I was pleased with it. However, when I checked at check-in this time, there were only about two check-in machines, so when there are many guests—such as when fully booked—some delays occur; I think this needs improvement. In particular, during this stay there were many foreign tourists besides myself, and since they are often unfamiliar with the check-in system, I would appreciate more attentive support at check-in. Other than that, there were no particular inconveniences, and services such as internet access were well provided, making for a very satisfying stay.

    Right next to Komago...

    Right next to Komagome Station, so I could get there without getting wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, and the bed was large and very comfortable. Thank you very much.

    Clean Room

    Conveniently located right next to the station. The Room was clean and well stocked with amenities. Breakfast at the on-site Denny’s was also great. I’d like to stay here again.

    While some Hotels are rigid and overly formal, here I was truly able to relax thanks to the staff’s thoughtful and warm hospitality. Their service reflected the values of the manager and leadership, as well as the Hotel’s overall commitment to welcoming guests. I stayed for six nights, and I sincerely appreciate all your kindness—thank you very much.

    Everything is convenient.

    This Hotel is located directly connected to the station—inside the station—so access is excellent. For meals, you can use Denny’s in the same building; it also serves many non-guests, so it can get a bit crowded. Since it’s Denny’s, as long as you don’t expect too much, the menu is neither particularly good nor bad. I stayed here for a nearby training course, and if I attend the same course again, I would stay here again.

    This is my second stay for business.

    I stayed here for business. This was my second visit, following my stay three years ago. I didn’t notice it last time, but this time there was an unpleasant smell, perhaps an old odor. The Room had two beds and was a decent size. Housekeeping was thorough and everything was kept clean. The air conditioning could be controlled in the Room, but it got quite cold at night—possibly because it cooled too much or the airflow direction wasn’t ideal—and when I raised the temperature it became too warm, so I couldn’t sleep well. On top of that, there was noise for about 30 minutes late at night, seemingly from above or next door.

    You can watch YouTube! Since the cleaning Reservation must be made by 10:00, please let us know early. Amenities are well stocked. Nearby convenience stores include Lawson; a bit farther is 7-Eleven; and a little farther still is FamilyMart. There is a NEWDAYS downstairs, but for some reason the coffee machine always seems to be out of order.

    It was a very good Hotel.

    Just steps from the station. Everything I needed was provided in exactly the right way, and I had a very comfortable stay. I’m sensitive to chemicals and various fragrances—there’s even a term “fragrance pollution”—but here I didn’t experience any discomfort at all and could relax throughout my stay. Also, the Hotel Mets brand offers a wide variety of bath additives, so guests who want to enjoy scents can do so. Since the base is fragrance-free, I think that makes it easy to enjoy them as well. The gauze pajamas were well made yet soft on the skin, very comfortable to wear, and excellent overall. The bathtub is deep enough for a proper soak, so I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath. I shared other notes in a letter to the manager, but I was truly happy to find a Hotel like this.

    Stay for attending an event in Tokyo

    Check-in at 5:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. I stayed on this great-value Plan. Unexpectedly, I could see Tokyo Skytree, which made me very happy. It was clean and comfortable, and I was able to sleep soundly for the first time in a while. Thank you very much.

    Close to Komagome St...

    Close to Komagome Station. It’s a very modern Hotel and easy to use. There is a convenience store and Denny’s in the building, making it comfortable to stay. A recommended Hotel.

    Impressed by the cleanliness

    I stayed for one night with my son, who is preparing for entrance exams. The Room was spacious, clean, and new, and we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Komagome Station is right in front of the property, and there is a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, so we had everything we needed. We liked it very much and would like to stay again next time. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It’s great that the property is close to the station, and it’s also convenient that the building has a Denny’s. Also, this Room felt more comfortable and more spacious than the one I had last time, which was nice. Just one thing: the self check-in system prompts you to add breakfast, but there’s no discount at all, so I always skip it and pay directly at Denny’s. If it doesn’t get even 30 yen cheaper...

    Spacious Room and Great Location

    Directly connected to Komagome Station. Convenient location with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The Room is clean and spacious, with a large bathroom as well. The front desk offers plenty of coffee and amenities, making it highly recommended. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and highly recommended!

    Clean and compact, but the Room is sufficient for solo travelers. The bed was spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. Self-service coffee was also available. There were many types of bath additives, so many that it was hard to choose. I would use it again if I have the chance.

    A hairpin-like object was found on the floor of the Room, and there was hair on the bed, which made me uncomfortable. Both were in noticeable spots, so I wonder if they were overlooked during cleaning. Please ensure thorough checks are conducted.

    I had a comfortable ...

    I had a comfortable stay. The TV is large, and while I could watch YouTube, I chose to watch a DVD. There is a big TV screen in front of the bed, so it’s easy to view without any inconvenience. The room was clean with no particular issues. JR Mets Hotel series provides DVD players, which is very convenient.

    For 3 people

    A bed was added for three people. The Room was spacious, providing plenty of space even for three guests, making our stay very comfortable. The cherry blossoms in front of the lobby were beautiful, and despite being busy, the front desk staff kindly took a photo for us when we asked. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.
