    Feels slightly smaller than the photos.

    The room felt spacious in the photos, but it is actually small. It would have been better to choose a slightly larger room. The convenience is good.

    Everything was perfect!

    First time in Tokushima! I decided to choose a hotel that I wanted to stay at, not based on price, and I was not disappointed. Although my expectations were high from the start, I was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded, making it the best stay ever! First of all, the staff's hospitality was excellent and kind. The hotel itself is clean, but the room was spacious, clean, and perfectly maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. There were two types of sleepwear, both of which were comfortable to wear. The onsen exceeded my expectations! The attendant at the onsen was also kind and informative, making my stay both physically and mentally pleasant. The hot water, sauna, and open-air jacuzzi were all truly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with a convenience store nearby, and there are also places like Muji close by in case of any needs. Thank you for the best stay experience in my first visit to Tokushima!

    If you're on a business trip to Tokushima, stay here again.

    Convenient bus services to the airport and Kobe are available in front of the station. The amenities and service are not excessive but sufficient. The bed was comfortable, and the room's interior was neat and easy to spend time in. The Onsen was not large, but it was casual, clean, and pleasant. One disappointment was that both restaurants I wanted to use in the Hotel were closed on Sundays. However, there are plenty of places to eat outside, so it wasn't a big issue. Considering the reasonable price, I was very satisfied.

    It was good.

    We stayed as a couple. The room was more spacious than expected, and there was a natural onsen on the upper floor, which was very nice. Since it is in front of the station, there were many restaurants to dine at. It was a hotel we would like to use again.

    The Wi-Fi environment is disappointing.

    Stayed in the annex this time. Due to the holiday, the price was more than double the usual, but I chose it because the bath and toilet were separate. However, even though I connected my mobile to the Wi-Fi, it was almost unusable, and even for simple tasks, the weather forecast just showed a "-". It finally worked when I went to the breakfast restaurant. Even the TV in the room displayed "Please wait a moment" when turned on. By the time I was about to contact the front desk, the screen finally changed. The congestion status of the large public bath, which should have been visible on the screen, was not displayed. When I opened the window, there was a tall building right in front of me, and I was on the 4th floor. This environment might have been a factor, but it was the first time I couldn't use my mobile so much among the various hotels I've stayed at. The large public bath had onsen-like water, but it felt aged. Regarding breakfast, there were salads and fruits (only lychee), but there seemed to be a lot of ready-made side dishes, and I thought it would have been better to choose Tully's, which starts 30 minutes later, if I wasn't in a hurry in the morning.

    First time using

    It was a suitable location for a solo trip. Located in front of the station, you can access Tully's Coffee from within the Hotel and have breakfast. I would like to use it again.

    Close to the station

    Conveniently located near Tokushima Station, JR, and bus stops. There was a natural Onsen on the 11th floor. It was a satisfactory Business Hotel.

    This is my regular Stays when I return home from living abroad. This was my first stay in five years since the COVID-19 pandemic, but the consistent hospitality and service remain unchanged. The fact that the Onsen reception staff hasn't changed also brings a sense of nostalgia and reassurance. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
