    It was quite good.

    This was my first time in Tokushima and my first stay at Sunroute, and considering the price, it was a very good Hotel.\nThe building isn’t new, but the Room has been renovated and is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is spacious with a washing area. The towels were thick and fluffy.\nThe large public bath on the top floor isn’t very big, but it’s a natural Onsen with a sauna. There’s no need to bring towels from your Room, and the woman at reception was extremely kind.\nIt’s conveniently located in front of the station, and even if you’re driving, there’s an affiliated parking lot directly behind the Hotel.

    The Onsen is outstanding for a business hotel.

    My first stay in Tokushima. I made a Reservation at this Hotel near the station because it has an Onsen, and the top-floor public bath was excellent—an almost continuously flowing Onsen, plus a sauna, cold plunge bath, and jacuzzi. The Room was a double used as a single; I think it was about 18 m². It was functional and easy to use. The Onsen water quality was good, and although the sauna area is small, the sauna condition was great. Above all, I really enjoyed the outdoor cold plunge bath—the temperature was just right. They also accept day-use bathing guests, but I think it’s far better than a typical public bathhouse. The slippers were a bit worn, which was the only minor drawback, but I’d likely be very satisfied even staying multiple nights here.

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located right in front of Tokushima Station. Despite the affordable Plan, the Room was spacious and had a separate bath and toilet, so I was able to relax even during a short stay. Thank you very much.

    Spacious Room

    Conveniently located near the station, and the Room was easy to use with a separate bath, toilet, and washbasin area. I also appreciated that the large public bath is an Onsen. The only disappointment was finding an insect on the Room window, though I’m not sure how it got in.

    TKG totally won me over!

    For various reasons, I stayed one night at a Hotel in the station building the day before, then found availability and stayed at this Hotel the next day. In short, I’m glad I didn’t do a Multiple Night Stay at the station-building Hotel! The Room is spacious with a bright color scheme. There’s a long desk by the window, which is convenient for placing your belongings. The towels are thick and nice. The bed is wide and comfortable to sleep in. Best of all was breakfast—I never expected to be able to have TKG! The wakame rice was delicious, and the chikuwa was great too. As someone who loves rice-based breakfasts, I was truly happy… I’d love to stay again.

    Conveniently located right in front of the station, with comfortable Rooms and Facilities.

    I stayed in a Deluxe Twin during Golden Week. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and even with three people we were able to stay comfortably. There was complimentary water service near the front desk. The large public Onsen bath was a bit crowded, but still very relaxing. The breakfast buffet isn’t as lavish as at a Ryokan, but it was tasty and offered plenty of variety. There is also a FamilyMart on the 1st floor, so you can easily grab something quick if you prefer. The parking lot is a tower-style parking facility behind the building. It cost 1,000 yen per day.

    Quiet and spotless despite being right by the station.

    On this trip, I made a Reservation for two Rooms: a twin and a double Room for single use. Both were clean, spacious, and quiet, and I slept very well. From the twin Room, I could see the station from the window, which was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonably priced; I debated going to Tully’s for breakfast, but I’m glad I chose the buffet—the Awa chicken eggs were delicious. There is also a FamilyMart on the first floor, which was handy when I wanted something after dinner. The staff were also great—I wasn’t sure about automated check-in at first, but they spoke to me and made me feel welcome. Thank you very much.

    Your Regular Accommodation in Tokushima

    We stayed here for our child’s university entrance ceremony, and we also stayed during the entrance exams. During the exams, there was even a chocolate service, which made us feel encouraged and happy. The bath and breakfast were both great, but the only drink provided in the room was tea bags. It would have been perfect if there were also coffee sticks or black tea bags.

    Your First Trip to Tokushima

    I stayed here on my first trip to Tokushima with a friend from the San’in region, while I came from Aichi. We had a very comfortable stay. The best part was having a natural Onsen, and the convenient location close to the station made it even better. My friend also said, “The Room is clean, and even in a twin room we can stay comfortably.” The front desk staff were polite as well. I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Casual and convenient, with delicious meals.

    While looking for a Business Hotel near the station, the deciding factor for me was having a large public bath. It was a nice bath and seemed to be used by many guests. It felt a little lukewarm, but the sauna was very hot and refreshing. At the reception area of the public bath, there were drinks such as coffee milk available, and I was happy to enjoy “coffee milk after a bath” again, just like I used to at old public bathhouses. The Room was simple, clean, and easy to use. I also had breakfast and lunch, and both meals were very delicious. There was a wide variety of amenities, which made choosing fun, and even the loungewear was practical and cute—I almost wanted to buy it. I had an errand after checkout and they kindly stored my luggage for me, which was a great help. Thank you very much. This is a great Hotel that’s easy to use casually. Thank you for taking care of me.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    My first solo trip to Tokushima. The location was great right in front of the station, and although it’s on a main road, it was quiet at night and I could rest well. Breakfast included some local items; I mainly had Japanese dishes, and there was a wide variety—everything was very delicious. One disappointing thing was that when I lay down, the bed sheets in the Room had an unpleasant male odor that had soaked in, which made me uncomfortable. I managed to tolerate it using the fragrance spray provided in the Room, but I would really like this to be improved. All of the staff were very pleasant, so aside from that I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay. The location is convenient with excellent access. I chose this place for its natural hot spring, which is very appealing. The quality of the spring water was great as expected, but unfortunately, I couldn't use the open-air bath due to bad weather on that day. Additionally, the temperature of the large public bath felt slightly low; I would have preferred it a bit hotter. The amenities are well-equipped, but it would be nice if coffee could also be provided.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a last-minute same-day Reservation as I couldn't return from Tokushima, but it turned out to be a great choice. I used the "Ekimae Motor Pool No.1" parking lot, which was almost directly connected and very convenient. The location near the station was convenient, and I enjoyed dining at local Tokushima restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. The Room was clean, and the rooftop Onsen was very relaxing. Two weeks later, I realized I had forgotten something, and when I called to inquire about it, they promptly sent it to me via cash-on-delivery. Thank you for your quick response!

    I have stayed here in both summer and winter, and everything is absolutely perfect. If I may suggest one thing, it would be great to have curry at the breakfast buffet.     Good.

    Stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my son's special occasion who lives in the area. There are dining options near the station, and a walk along the nearby riverside is enjoyable. Relaxed in the natural Onsen.

    I stayed with No Mea...

    I stayed with No Meals Included, and it was convenient as the Hotel is close to the station and there was a Tully's Coffee on the first floor. I was happy to find amenity packs provided. The front desk staff kindly recommended local specialties of Tokushima and guided me on how to access the roadside station, making my trip very enjoyable. It was great that I didn’t need to bring towels from my Room to the bath, allowing me to go empty-handed.

    It was very comfortable.

    The staff provides courteous service, and each floor is equipped with ice machines and vending machines, making it very convenient. There are also restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores attached to the Hotel, allowing everything to be completed within the Hotel for a relaxing stay. I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Tokushima.

    This was my first time staying here. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, has a large public bath, and offers excellent amenities—overall, it was a great experience. However, the staff's attitude felt somewhat indifferent. When I asked for assistance, I was told "You can do it on the machine," but in the end, I couldn't complete the process without human help. It’s unfortunate that at such a nice Hotel reception desk, a more considerate response wasn’t provided.

    Convenient and comfortable!

    This was my first time staying here. The hotel is conveniently accessible from the airport, and the Onsen on the 11th floor made my stay very comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed that the attitude of some front desk staff, who represent the face of the Hotel, varied; some lacked smiles or greetings. Overall, it is an excellent Hotel that I was very satisfied with, which makes this point feel a little unfortunate. The breakfast staff provided excellent and pleasant service! Thank you very much. I look forward to staying again if I have another opportunity to visit Tokushima.

    The room could be a ...

    The room could be a bit more spacious for easier movement. It was great to have both a restaurant and a convenience store downstairs. The front desk staff were very kind.

    Customer Service Attitude

    There was no greeting at check-in, and as it was self-check-in, there were no explanations. When asked about breakfast, the venue was provided. Check-out also lacked a greeting and friendliness. The Room was clean.

    It was comfortable.

    Stayed at the EAST Tower for the first time. The linen quality seems to have improved compared to before. The desk is spacious, making work more efficient. Both breakfast and the Onsen are comfortable, making this my go-to accommodation in Tokushima.

    I soaked in the natural Onsen on the upper floor, which relieved my fatigue and was very relaxing. I also found the sleepwear comfortable and bought it to take home.

    You can have a comfortable stay.

    The Room is functional and stylish. The water area has a spacious layout with separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is luxuriously designed for a city Hotel. Surprisingly, there is a large public bath with natural hot spring water on the 11th floor. Discount parking vouchers are provided at check-in. Breakfast was deliciously enjoyed. Thank you for the meal.

    It is very convenient as it is located in front of Tokushima Station. The airport bus and express bus stops are less than 5 minutes away. I used both. It's nice to have a natural hot spring bath on the top floor. I would like to use it again. Breakfast was also well-stocked with Japanese and Western options.

    The route to the front desk is a bit complicated.

    The route from the first to the third floor front desk is difficult to understand, and I was happy to guide several people. Especially foreign guests. But everything else is comfortable. It's a pity that there is no view, even though there is a comfortable open-air jacuzzi on the high floors.

    Safe Travels

    I had to make an unexpected trip to Tokushima and stayed at Sunroute Tokushima (Sanruto Tokushima) in front of JR Tokushima Station. The location was convenient for highway bus and JR transfers, which helped me complete my tasks smoothly. The onsen large bath on the top floor was very convenient for relieving physical and mental fatigue. In the morning, the bath was quite crowded as everyone had the same idea, so it wasn't as relaxing as I hoped. It's understandable since everyone has time constraints before departure. This time, I needed to move around a lot with this hotel as my base, so I couldn't enjoy the meals, but I hope to make another opportunity to relax. Thank you very much.
