    Very good Hotel.

    This was my second stay, and I was very satisfied again as both the room and the bathroom were clean. I would love to use this accommodation again. Since many guests may have multiple night stays, it would be great to have laundry facilities on each floor.

    It was a clean and comfortable Hotel.

    It was for business use. The Room size, amenities, and distance from Kitahama Station were all excellent. Having a 7-Eleven right in front was also fantastic. I didn't use the dining services as I returned late at night and left early in the morning for work.

    Quiet and comfortable!

    A Hotel located in the quiet Kitahama area of Osaka. It is very close to the subway station, within walking distance to Nakanoshima, and offers easy access to Keihan trains. The Rooms are clean, and the spacious bath made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was fairly standard but well-managed by attentive staff despite the limited space. On that day, the flowers outside were in full bloom and absolutely stunning. Most guests were from overseas, but everyone displayed excellent manners, making for a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s high-level quality! I look forward to visiting again and taking a morning stroll around Nakanoshima!

    Regular Accommodation in Osaka

    The reception staff are always wonderful and provide excellent service, making for a pleasant stay. The Room is always clean, with a user-friendly bathroom, ensuring a stress-free experience even during extended stays. Despite this quality, the Room price is reasonable, and I am always satisfied. I plan to continue using this place in the future.

    I have stayed several times, and the front desk service is courteous and reliable. The bath, sink, and toilet are separate from a unit bath, making them easy to use. Regarding the Facility, the control panel is somewhat difficult to see, so I think a larger panel would be better. It is reassuring that the stay card is not used as a Room switch card.

    The Room was spacious and comfortable, but it was unfortunate that the humidifier was old and broken, and did not humidify.

    It was comfortable.

    This is my second time staying in Kitahama, Osaka, but my first stay at Brighton. Although it's just one transfer, it's a bit far from Itami Airport, which is unavoidable. Being on the second floor, there's no view to expect, but I reassured myself that I could escape quickly in case of an emergency. I'm mostly in the room after dark, and since it's a business district, there's no particular problem. The bathroom is separated from the toilet by a glass door, and having a washing area was very nice. It's unfortunate that the bathtub faucet was about to come off. Recently, I've noticed that in any hotel I stay at, one part of the room's air purifier is always detached. Is it because Panasonic is nearby? I made sure to attach the parts securely. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Initially, it was supposed to be a Japanese set meal, but it turned into a buffet, which is fine, but it felt a bit lacking. It might be wrong to expect too much, but there seemed to be a slight shortage in variety. I thought the taste of the rice was a bit lacking. The operation still feels like it needs improvement. Even when returning late at night, there are reasonably priced restaurants nearby, so overall, I had a comfortable stay. I learned that the lighting switches are operated by a remote control-like device next to the bed, but I wasn't sure how to use it. It might be understandable if I looked at the Directly in the drawer, but I wished there was a simple operation guide nearby.

    The check-in was smart and pleasant. The Hotel has a luxurious and clean atmosphere, with very good access and convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which I found convenient. I really appreciated having a washing area in the bath; it was relaxing. However, I was disappointed that the amenities were too simple.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This is my third stay, and each time has been a comfortable experience. It was raining outside during check-in, and my suitcase was quite wet, but the front desk kindly provided a towel, which was very helpful. The staff who assisted me greeted me with a warm smile, and I was even given a room upgrade. Thank you very much. The clean room was spacious and easy to use, with a full range of amenities. I appreciated the facial cleansing net and bath salts. I was able to soak in the bathtub with a washing area and relax to relieve my fatigue. There was plenty of water available next to the elevator, so I didn't have to go to the convenience store in the rain, which was a great help. I definitely want to stay here again next time.

    When visiting the Os...

    When visiting the Osaka and Kansai area, I find it convenient to stay at this hotel, where the bath and shower are separate, allowing for a relaxing soak. Thank you for changing my usual room! I enjoyed the different shower head and amenities. The pillows and bed were comfortably soft. Unlike other hotels where you often have to pick up amenities from the front desk, this hotel provides them in the room, which is very helpful when you have a lot of luggage. It's also nice that you can freely take water from the front desk. Breakfast has changed from a set meal to a buffet style. Although I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to it, the Japanese-style dishes were healthy and delicious. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, making it a pleasant memory. Next time, I would like to explore and walk around Nakanoshima nearby. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Osaka!

    My Hotel

    I stayed for 7 nights. It was my third time using the property, and since it became a non-smoking property, I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay without the unpleasant smell of tobacco and with bright rooms. The environment and access around the hotel are good, and I think it remains my hotel in Osaka. The people from abroad were very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were dignified, friendly, and pleasant. The cleaning staff also greeted me, which was nice. I was satisfied with being able to stay on a high floor at a reasonable price through the IKYU.com site.

    It was comfortable.

    The room was clean, and the bathroom with a separate washing area was easy to use and comfortable. It would have been nice to have cotton pads for makeup among the amenities. I think it's a safe environment for a girls' trip. I would like to use it again.
