    It’s very convenient, and I’m planning to stay here again.

    We stayed here to relax as a couple for the first time in a while, and it was a wonderful Hotel. It was disappointing that the bathroom washing area was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but otherwise we were very satisfied. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    The location is great.

    It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

    A comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed here while visiting Nakanoshima. It’s very convenient, just a short walk from the station, with a convenience store and drugstore right in front, and plenty of restaurants and cafes near the station. The Room was clean, and I was able to relax on the bed while watching the large TV. The bathtub and toilet were also spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in the area.

    The front desk staff provided excellent service.

    I stayed for two nights on business. All the front desk staff were courteous and professional, which left a very positive impression. The Room felt a bit dated, but there was nothing particularly concerning, and I appreciated the spacious layout. I also liked having a separate bathroom. The only issue was that there seemed to be many international guests staying on the same floor, and one group was talking loudly across the hallway with their door left open, which was extremely unpleasant. Even close to 1:00 a.m., I could still hear them, which was frustrating. To help ensure Japanese guests do not feel uncomfortable, it would be appreciated if you could separate floors for overseas tourists and Japanese guests (for example, odd-numbered floors for international guests and even-numbered floors for Japanese guests). Overall, it was a Hotel with a good impression, and I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    Many foreign guests stay here.

    The front desk sofas are also filled with foreign guests from the morning. The Room was spacious and clean, but for those who want to enjoy breakfast, the selection was limited and the bread was rock-hard—by far the worst among the Hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The staff also seemed to prioritize foreign guests, so I think another Hotel would be a better choice.

    Newly Renovated Room

    I’m late in writing this Review, but in March I suddenly decided to come back to Osaka. The Room was assigned by the hotel. The property was undergoing renovations, but my Room had already been beautifully updated. On top of that, the TV was a Panasonic and I could even watch YouTube. As someone who’s just getting into supporting my favorite idols, that made me really happy. Relaxing in bed and watching a large TV was the best. I’m not great with an overhead shower. I’m sure it would be convenient once you get used to it, but the shower head holder was a bit stiff to adjust, which is why I gave 4 points. Still, I was able to unwind in the bathtub instead. I’d love to stay again.

    I stayed here on a business trip and found it very comfortable, with well-equipped Facilities and amenities. The service was also excellent. I would like to stay here again next time.

    Even though I checked in late, I was very happy to receive an upgrade. When I couldn’t find slippers in the Room, you responded immediately, and you also apologized at check-out.     Feels very artificial.

    Highly rated on IKYU, and located in the competitive business hotel area of Kitahama behind the elegant Kitahama Plaza building, I decided to give it a try. To conclude, it felt overwhelmingly superficial. Front Desk: The staff were slow. Tasks seemed to take about twice as long compared to other business hotels. Surprisingly, there was no self-check-in machine, leading to longer wait times. Service: A positive point is that you can get as much water as you need, and the coin laundry was clean and available. However, there were no vending machines inside the facility (though there’s a convenience store right across the street). On bad weather days or when feeling unwell, this can be inconvenient. Room: The separate bathroom with high water pressure was a plus; however, the bed quality felt poor with cheap pillows. Additionally, the wardrobe had an unpleasant lingering smell. Renovations are ongoing floor by floor—perhaps future stays in renovated rooms might offer better experiences? Dining: While not terrible in taste, breakfast lacked variety and offered exactly the same menu every day... This would be disappointing for those opting for Multiple Night Stays with breakfast included. Overall: The atmosphere lacked brightness or energy compared to surrounding business hotels—making it hard to find any advantages here over others nearby.

    Relatively new and well-equipped Facility, providing a comfortable stay. The surroundings were quiet. However, the breakfast menu was limited and somewhat disappointing.

    Well-designed and great value for the price.

    The Room was tastefully designed, clean, and felt spacious. It didn’t have the cheap, cramped, and somewhat depressing feel you sometimes get at a Business Hotel. The amenities were also great—not the inconvenient “pick-up in the lobby” style that’s common at Business Hotels, nor low-quality. Everything was provided in the Room, and it even included a body sponge, which I really appreciated. For in-room drinks, there were tea bags and stick-type coffee, both of which I enjoyed. Water is self-serve, but being able to bring it up freely from the lobby was a nice touch. The female front desk staff were polite and left a very positive impression. Breakfast seems to require purchasing a ticket at the front desk in the morning. It’s good because it prevents waste, but if you’re traveling for business and need your company to reimburse expenses, you may want to be careful. One small downside: instead of standard sheer lace curtains, there was more of a mesh-style curtain that made it feel like people outside might be able to see in. Because of that, I couldn’t comfortably open the blackout curtains.

    Service is completely unsatisfactory.

    During check-in, the wait was long and the service was slow. Additionally, I was told cash payment was not accepted. I managed to pay in cash, but they claimed they had no small change for the balance. I had no choice but to forgo receiving a small amount of change. The guest room was dusty, so I cleaned it myself with wet wipes I brought along. This is the first time I've encountered such poor service and cleaning issues at a Hotel in a central city area. The shower's body soap cap was broken and had to be replaced. While the building itself is beautiful, the service quality is extremely poor. I will never use this place again and request that it not be listed on IKYU.com.

    Very comfortable Hotel

    First of all, the service was excellent. The Room was quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep without any complaints. The bathtub was spacious, and being able to soak in it was greatly appreciated. The free distribution of mineral water was also a nice touch. I think it is a very good Hotel.

    Stayed for the purpose of visiting the Expo. Conveniently located near the station and convenience stores, with excellent service and great value for money. I would love to use this wonderful hotel again when visiting Osaka for business.

    I used to stay at a hotel on Midosuji, but due to the recent significant price increases, I decided to look for accommodations in my favorite Kitahama area this time. The location is close to the station with many shops nearby, and despite having separate bath and toilet facilities under such favorable conditions, it was available at an affordable price. I would love to stay here again. In Osaka, I often struggled with weak air conditioning everywhere and felt hot, but both the lobby and room were kept at a comfortable temperature, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the service of freely taking bottled water was excellent; however, it would have been even better if amenities like basic skincare products were displayed on shelves for selection.

    This is one of my favorite Hotels—very functional, with a spacious desk and a separate vanity. I also love the atmosphere of Kitahama, so I’d definitely like to stay here again on future trips to Osaka.

    I had another very pleasant stay this time. Although I arrived quite early, I was allowed to check in beforehand. The front desk staff and cleaning staff I met in the hallway all greeted me with smiles. The Room is spacious and clean, and the location is excellent, making it a favorite of mine.     Popular among international guests, but also comfortable and welcoming for Japanese visitors.

    Stayed for 5 nights as a base for visiting the Expo and Koshien during the summer vacation. The independent bath and reasonable accommodation cost were deciding factors. For long trips, you might want to do laundry, and from the TV guide in the room, you can check the operating status of washing machines on each floor. It even shows how many minutes are left. However, some foreign guests seemed unaware of this feature or perhaps due to language barriers; they waited in front of the washing machines when only a few minutes remained, with some even sitting on the floor while waiting. It might be helpful if this information is explained at check-in. Other than that, I found that most guests were generally well-mannered. The best point was that since the bathroom ventilation fan runs continuously, there was no musty smell typical of hotel bathrooms, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. I apologize to housekeeping staff as I stayed in my room until after noon without going out quickly sometimes. However, they waited patiently without saying anything and cleaned perfectly after I left—thank you so much!

    The bath with a washing area was excellent.

    Conveniently located near Kitahama Station, with a 7-Eleven nearby and within walking distance to Yodoyabashi Station and Honmachi Station on the Sakaisuji Line. The bathroom is separate from the toilet and sink, allowing for a refreshing experience even in the hot summer. Despite being a Business Hotel, it features a rain shower. The only downside is that the slippers are extremely thin; bringing sandals or thicker slippers is recommended. Additionally, having a box under the sink would make it even more convenient. Overall, cleanliness is well-maintained throughout. Even sofas in the lobby that appeared to have been soiled by guests were cleaned promptly by the next time they were seen. It's impressive considering there are many international guests at this Hotel. I would love to stay at this Hotel again when visiting Osaka!

    This was my first time using the service. I searched for and made a Reservation for a bath with a washing area. I am very satisfied. It would be great if the amenities were a bit more comprehensive.

    Clean, but the breakfast is quite cheap.

    Overall, the accommodation was clean, but the breakfast was surprisingly cheap and disappointing. I often stay at hotels of the same class during business trips, but this was the first time I encountered such a cheap breakfast, leaving me quite puzzled.

    Smiles and Thoughtfulness

    I stayed for 7 nights. This hotel has become popular among international guests as well. I felt that everyone stayed with good manners. The two elevators were easy to use without any stress. The front desk staff provided seamless and pleasant service. The cleaning staff greeted me with a smile, which was very nice. Thank you very much!

    The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

    I have been using this accommodation as my regular stay whenever I visit Osaka for quite some time. Although it is a bit away from the center, it is convenient for strolling around Kitahama and Nakanoshima areas. The room I stayed in this time was small due to limited availability, but it was clean and tidy with no issues at all. Even though there were many inbound guests—almost entirely so—it wasn’t noisy, and I was satisfied. I only interacted with the staff during check-in and meals, but they were very pleasant. The only disappointment was the food. I used to choose this accommodation because of its delicious breakfast, but now it's buffet-only with fewer dishes than shown on IKYU.com’s photos, which left me disappointed. It made me think about reconsidering for future stays... However, everything else was satisfactory. Thank you very much!

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Room was spacious, and having a separate bath and shower was excellent. Basic amenities were provided in the Room, but items like cleansing products or lotion were not available. The room wear is a long shirt type. The front desk staff were very kind, and I would love to stay here again during my next visit to Osaka.

    Stayed for 2 nights during a business trip to Osaka. The building and Room were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made the stay pleasant. The glass door separating the toilet and bathroom was especially appreciated. However, two minor drawbacks were the inability to set a timer on the air conditioner (e.g., turning off after an hour) and noticeable noise from people talking in the hallway. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again for future trips to Osaka.

    It is a very good Hotel.

    The Hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and a convenience store, making it safe and comfortable even for late-night stays. The Room is very clean, well-maintained, and features a bath with a washing area, providing great usability and comfort. The staff's service was excellent, especially their prompt handling of forgotten items, for which I am truly grateful.
