    Fried oysters are delicious.

    My family stayed here for a baseball game. The price is not for business class, so it would be nice if the luggage we left could be brought to the Room. Breakfast had a wide variety, and the fried oysters were especially delicious. However, the sausages had a rubbery texture and might need improvement.

    I arrived a bit earlier than planned, but the check-in process was smooth. When I found that the air conditioner in my room was not working, I contacted the front desk, and they responded immediately, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. The breakfast featured Hiroshima specialties, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely like to stay here again if given the opportunity.

    Simple is best.

    I used it solely for an early morning transfer to Hiroshima Airport. I have also used Hokke Club in other regions. While the Facility has a historical feel, its convenient location makes it sufficient for just spending the night rather than enjoying a full Hotel experience. This time, I did not use the large public bath, but its presence is truly significant.

Since my purpose was visiting the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, the location was convenient—about a 10-minute walk. The next morning in the lobby, I saw businesspeople heading out for their day.

    I had some business in Hiroshima and was looking for a hotel when I came across reviews saying "The breakfast is delicious!" and "The onsen is great!" which convinced me to make the reservation. Although it's a bit far from Hiroshima Station, the frequent trams and buses made it convenient. The front desk staff were very kind! The room was standard for a business hotel, but it was well-cleaned, so I could relax comfortably. It would be helpful if there were outlets near the bedside. I also enjoyed the onsen, which allowed me to unwind. The breakfast buffet featured local specialties like okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and Hiroshima pickles—absolutely satisfying! Two towels were available, including one for body washing, which was very convenient. While large baths in business hotels often have a strong chlorine smell, the bath here was clean and odor-free. It was labeled as semi-onsen water, which felt gentle on the skin and provided great warmth to relieve fatigue. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and allowed for good nutritional replenishment in the morning. This is a great accommodation that ensures guests can stay comfortably within an affordable price range.

    Excellent customer service.

    I stayed here on a business trip. The Hotel is conveniently located near Hiroshima's downtown area, Hiroshima Castle, and the Atomic Bomb Dome, making it great for sightseeing. At the Hotel, I was able to borrow an extension cord and a mobile charger, which was very helpful. For meals, there are plenty of dining options nearby for dinner. I had breakfast at the Hotel and enjoyed a wide variety of local Hiroshima flavors. Lastly, the Onsen was also excellent. However, what impressed me the most was the customer service—it felt truly professional with attention to even small details.

    Breakfast and large public bath are excellent.

    The breakfast was very delicious. I was happy to enjoy Hiroshima specialties such as okonomiyaki and oysters (fried and in chawanmushi). Since my stay was short, I appreciated having such thoughtful dishes at the Hotel. The chawanmushi with oysters was especially tasty, and I went back for seconds but unfortunately, it was gone. The artificial Onsen bath was also great, and I slept well afterward.

    Not worth the price

    During the first week of April, with high demand from new employees and inbound travelers causing accommodation prices to surge, I stayed here for a relatively reasonable price of around ¥15,000. However, the facility felt outdated and cramped, with noise from neighboring rooms audible, low ceilings, and no sauna in the bath area—making it not worth the accommodation cost. On a positive note, breakfast offered a wide variety of local dishes and was commendable.

    I used this hotel for the first time during my trip back to Hiroshima. I chose it because the breakfast buffet offered local specialties from Hiroshima. The result? The breakfast buffet was absolutely satisfying! Not only did I enjoy okonomiyaki, but I also had plenty of hassaku jelly for dessert. The okonomiyaki was cut into small, bite-sized pieces, which perfectly suited our desire to try a variety of dishes. The large public bath exceeded my expectations—it was spacious and very clean. For women, access is secured with a passcode system, providing an added sense of security. While the men's bath had one type each of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, my wife mentioned that the women's side offered several options in sets.

    Stays for breakfast purposes

    I was very satisfied because I could eat fried oysters for breakfast. The other menu items were also delicious. There were even desserts and fruits, so I was full. I stayed for two nights, but one day the voice of a toddler in the next Room echoed and felt noisy. Children's voices are loud, aren't they? The front desk staff were efficient and left a good impression. The large public bath was also nice.

My room was on the 3rd floor, with the public bath on the 2nd floor and the dining area on the 1st floor, so I appreciated being able to use the stairs without waiting for an elevator.

    Recently, many hotels allow guests to freely choose and bring in individually packaged amenities, but this hotel only provides a toothbrush. However, there were three types of towels prepared in the room, room wear, and a kettle, so there was nothing inconvenient. The breakfast buffet included a variety of dishes, as well as local specialties such as okonomiyaki and fried oysters, and a lemon dessert, which was delightful. The reception staff kindly informed us about transportation options to tourist spots, allowing for smooth travel. It's very helpful to receive detailed information from locals. There is an air purifier, but it does not have a humidifying function. Since the room was cold, I kept the air conditioner on all night. The cleaning did not seem to be thorough in every corner, but I was very satisfied with the fulfilling breakfast at this price. Guests staying here seemed to understand well, as they tidied up the bath area and did some light cleaning themselves. I believe this is a hotel where well-mannered guests stay.

    The Onsen is too narrow.

    The changing room in the large public bath was narrow, and there was a lot of hair on the floor, which was terrible. The washing machine in the coin laundry was an old one with mold. The capacity was also small. The confirmation email for the reservation stated that checkout was at 12 o'clock, but it was actually at 10 o'clock. The room was designated as non-smoking, but the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes. The elevator was also narrow and old, and the speed made me feel nauseous. I had informed them in advance that I wanted to use the parking lot, but the hotel's parking was a tower parking that only small cars like light vehicles could enter. I was guided to a nearby parking lot affiliated with the hotel, and the fee was 1300 yen. There was no mention or contact about large cars not fitting at the time of reservation, so I didn't know. The buffet food was delicious. But I won't be going again.

    First, we received a warm welcome from two parking staff members. From this moment, our expectations for this Hotel were heightened. At the front desk, we were upgraded to a Room, and we are grateful for that. We had a very comfortable stay. The lighting was just right, and we changed the lights for morning and night. It would have been even better if there were outlets by the footlight and bedside. My husband used the large public bath, and he said it was clean and nice. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, giving us energy from the morning. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful breakfast

    I usually stay at another hotel, but I decided to stay here for a multiple night stay with breakfast included because of the high breakfast reviews. There were many dishes, and the taste was to my liking. I also appreciated that breakfast was available from 6:30 AM. I found a good hotel. I would like to stay here again.

    Grandchild's Shichi-Go-San Ceremony

    The trip was from Tokyo to celebrate my grandchild's Shichi-Go-San in Hiroshima City. We stayed for three nights, and the staff's hospitality was excellent, making our stay very pleasant. The large public bath with artificial Onsen was of adequate size and comfortable. The best part was the breakfast buffet; although we had breakfast at different times on all three occasions, the variety was abundant for a Business Hotel, and even when it was crowded, the food was replenished quickly, so there was no stress. I visit Hiroshima several times a year, but I think there hasn't been a Hotel with such high convenience, comfort, and cost performance.

    I was satisfied.

    We entered Shikoku, toured Hiroshima Miyajima by rental car, and stayed for one night with breakfast on October 14th. The car parking was a mechanical parking lot, so it was easy, secure, and safe to park without any theft. The room was clean, and the bath was also well-maintained, allowing us to have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was truly surprising with a lot of delicious dishes. There were famous Hiroshima dishes such as fried oysters, okonomiyaki, and gansu, which were very satisfying. The staff responded politely, and we had a very satisfying stay. If we have the opportunity to come to Hiroshima again, we would like to use it again.
