    The breakfast buffet featuring local specialties was excellent.

    I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

    Clean and comfortable,

    Everything was spotless—there was no dust. The bathroom and sink were also very clean, with no water marks or small spots of black mold. I was genuinely impressed. There was a vending machine on the same floor, which was convenient. I’d like to stay again.

    The breakfast was great!

    I arrived in Hiroshima late and missed out on trying many local specialties, but at breakfast there was an exciting spread of dishes like okonomiyaki, fried oysters, and dango soup—I was thrilled from the morning! The lemon dessert was delicious too. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    The Room, bathroom, and toilet were spotless down to every detail.

    Although the building and facilities are old, I felt this Hotel had the cleanest Room of any Hotel I have stayed at recently. I had a comfortable stay. If I have the opportunity to stay in Hiroshima again, I would like to use it again.

    No issues as a Business Hotel.

    I stayed here on a business trip. It’s centrally located, with convenience stores, izakayas, and cafes nearby, so transportation is very convenient. The exterior looks old, but the inside was updated and comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I travel to Hiroshima for work.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    The front desk staff were courteous throughout, which left a consistently positive impression and made for a very pleasant stay. It’s a convenient location, with a streetcar stop and the downtown area just a short walk away. The Hotel has a bright atmosphere, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner also had its own remote control, so it seems you can manage the temperature in each Room. The large public bath had wonderfully warming water that soothed my travel fatigue. What stood out most was breakfast: from local specialties to desserts, the selection was extensive—almost like the volume of a dinner buffet. I was able to fully enjoy Hiroshima’s famous foods just in the morning and was completely satisfied. As an aside, there is an elementary school very close to the Hotel with an atomic bomb-related museum on site. Please consider stopping by. While viewing the exhibits, I felt deep sorrow at the devastation of that time, yet hearing the lively voices of children made me strongly appreciate the peace we have today.

    Although I understand this is a long-established Hotel chain, this was my first stay. All the staff were wonderful, and above all, the breakfast was excellent.

    Comfortable except that the bath water is too hot.

    This was a repeat stay. The front desk has been changed to an automated system. The bath water was too hot, so I couldn’t soak up to my shoulders, and everyone was sitting on the first step in the tub. The Room is small but clean—perfectly fine for Asian guests, but it may be difficult for larger foreign guests (e.g., Western or African) in terms of bed size and overall space. The location is convenient: the downtown area is about a 10-minute walk away for sightseeing and shopping. My favorite itinerary is a walk around Peace Memorial Park, then taking a boat from Motoyasu Bridge to Miyajima for half-day sightseeing, and dinner at Andersen Honten in the evening.

    Sanfrecce Hiroshima

    Used this accommodation to watch a soccer match. The stadium, sightseeing spots, and downtown area were all nearby. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    It was my first stay here in a while. Everything was great. It was also nice to be able to choose and use my preferred shampoo and conditioner in the large public bath. The toothbrushes were great as well. Breakfast was delicious, too. I’d like to stay again next time.

    It was very good!

    Thank you for kindly accommodating our request during our stay to extend to a Multiple Night Stay and add breakfast. The Room was clean, and we were able to relax comfortably without being bothered by noise from the neighboring Room. The large public bath had wonderfully warming water. We could choose from several types of shampoo and conditioner, and since we used it right after check-in, it was almost private, which was very pleasant. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

    This was my second stay because I wanted to have breakfast here again. However, at the 6:30 a.m. breakfast start time, several groups of high school sports club students arrived, and it was extremely crowded, so it took a long time to get food, which was disappointing. Still, there was a wide variety of items—fried oysters, gansu fish cake, brothless tantan noodles, and lemon desserts—so I really enjoyed breakfast. I would have liked an announcement in advance suggesting guests adjust their timing due to expected crowds. The Room felt dated. Maybe the walls are thin—I could clearly hear loud snoring from the next Room while trying to sleep—but I was grateful that the front desk changed my Room after I contacted them.

    It was different than I expected...

    I chose this Hotel for its location and the baths, but... It feels like an old business Hotel. There were several spots in the Room that didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly... However, the large public bath on the 2nd floor was excellent. It was also open until 1:00 a.m., and there was a shampoo bar with four options for women, which was very helpful. The bath temperature was on the hot side and felt great. One of the hair dryers in the changing Room area was broken and couldn’t be used, so I had to go back to my Room with wet hair, and it was cold—I felt like I might catch a cold. Still, the bath was great.

    Savor the local cuisine—an unforgettable stay you’ll want to return to again and again.

    I’ve stayed here several times, and this time I stayed in Hiroshima. The location is very convenient, and they also store your luggage, so you can explore the city hands-free. Above all, the reason I want to come back is the breakfast! The local specialties were delicious and woke me right up even though I was tired. However, the bath water was too hot and made my skin hurt. Still, all of the staff were wonderful. I’m already excited about where to go next! Of course, I’d love to visit Hiroshima again too.

    Good for a one-night stay.

    - Pros: Affordable price, plentiful meals, large public bath, two elevators, and nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. - Cons: The Facilities are old for the price; the walls are thin and you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway late at night; meals are buffet-style with the same menu every day; far from Hiroshima Station (better suited for city sightseeing over one night). - Overall: This time it was 12,000 yen for two nights with meals included, so I stayed at Hokke for two nights. The food was varied and delicious, and there was also a large public bath—overall I was satisfied. If I have a chance to come again, I plan to stay here for one night and spend one night on Miyajima. Thank you.

    A comfortable Hotel for your stay.

    I made the reservation after reading reviews about the delicious breakfast. The staff were very kind and accommodating from check-in, and I stayed for about a week for work-related purposes, which was extremely comfortable. Although the building itself is old and the facilities show their age, the exceptional hospitality more than made up for it. Both the room and public bath were thoroughly cleaned, and it was evident that the staff worked hard to ensure a pleasant stay for guests. The location is close to downtown, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, there is an underground passage from Hiroshima City Hospital to near the hotel, making it easy to navigate towards government office buildings without getting lost. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima!

    Satisfied

    Close to the Atomic Bomb Dome, with parking available, which was convenient. The food was delicious; I was pleasantly surprised by the steamed egg custard with oysters. The large public bath allowed for a relaxing experience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima and also try other Hotel Hokke Club locations.

    The meals exceeded expectations.

    The breakfast offered a wide variety of options with excellent taste, including many dishes unique to Hiroshima, exceeding our expectations and leaving us very satisfied. The only downside was that our Room was on the same floor as a group of students on a school trip, which made it noisy.

    Thank you for your continued patronage. The breakfast is excellent and satisfying. However, it’s a bit disappointing that there are limited options for bread and sweets. The staff does an amazing job constantly replenishing items. One concern is that the elevators were completely unavailable during checkout, possibly due to the large number of group guests. We kindly request measures to address this issue.

    Delicious breakfast!

    I stayed for 3 nights for sightseeing. The Hotel staff were very cheerful and pleasant, making the stay enjoyable. I had breakfast for 3 days, and it was delicious without getting repetitive. The large public bath and the option to choose shampoo were also excellent.

    When I previously visited Hiroshima, I stayed at a hotel closer to the station. However, remembering how impressed I was with the large bath and breakfast during my stay at another Hokke Club in a different prefecture, I chose Hokke Club this time without hesitation. The breakfast was truly amazing. Almost all of Hiroshima's specialties were available, making me wonder why I went out searching for local dishes during my previous visit. Everything was here! Of course, the taste was excellent as well! The staff were also very efficient and attentive. The large bath was delightful; on the first day, I had it all to myself (though it was a bit crowded on the second day). The variety of shampoos provided was great too, leaving my skin feeling smooth! What disappointed me were the numerous stains on the wallpaper. Considering how many guests have stayed here over time, it might be inevitable. However, there were stains or marks in unexpected places that caught my eye repeatedly. Whether it's due to guest behavior or simply aging wallpaper is unclear, but replacing individual sections might be worth considering. Other than that, everything else was excellent—the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming; the location is convenient with a tram stop nearby and two convenience stores close by. I would love to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima!

    I stayed for 3 nights. Since it was a 3-night stay, I wanted to relax as much as possible, so I chose your hotel with a large public bath. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Both the front desk staff and cleaning staff greeted me with smiles, which made me feel at ease. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    We had a pleasant stay during our sightseeing in Hiroshima. The convenient location and the large public bath were the deciding factors for choosing this accommodation. Overall, we were satisfied, but we noticed water pooling at the bottom of the refrigerator and short hairs on the provided loungewear, which concerned us slightly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with its variety and deliciousness, which was excellent. The clearly displayed maps of tourist spots were also very helpful.

    The local cuisine breakfast is exceptional.

    Stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during a business trip. I didn’t have time to explore much, so being able to enjoy Hiroshima specialties at breakfast was fantastic. The staff kindly accommodated my request for a late check-out as I was very tired—much appreciated. Also used the parking lot. My only regret is not using the public bath, but I’ll look forward to it next time!
