  Staff with no smiles or greetings

  Even though there were many staff members, there was no “good morning” greeting and no “thank you.” The older female staff in particular were intimidating. For some reason, the bathroom floor became soaked with water. Among the many Route Inn Hotels, this had the worst hospitality.

  I had a relaxing stay.

  I stayed for one night and had a relaxing time. There is a convenience store nearby, and although it is an artificial Onsen, being able to stretch my legs in the bath helped relieve my fatigue. I will use this place again.

  I always stay here w...

  I always stay here when visiting Hamamatsu. It's conveniently located near the highway, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The Room is clean, the meals are delicious, and I can relax and stay comfortably. If I had to mention one downside... it would be the many spider webs in the surrounding trees. At night, it's hard to notice them, so I ended up getting tangled in the webs...

  Conveniently located near the highway interchange and popular restaurant chains.

  Conveniently located near the Hamamatsu Nishi Interchange, with several chain restaurants such as "Stamina Taro," "Hama Sushi," "Katsuya," "Washoku Sato," and Chinese cuisine within walking distance. The breakfast offerings were also highly satisfying.

  It was my first stay, but...

  During my trip to Shizuoka, I stayed at various accommodations, but this was my first time staying at a business hotel. The access from the highway and the surrounding facilities were excellent. I am grateful that the smoking room reservation I hadn't noticed during booking was confirmed at check-in and changed to a non-smoking room. Breakfast had many features typical of business hotels, such as catering to professionals, and with limited seating, it felt a bit rushed. Overall, I was satisfied with the service provided and would stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you very much!
