A clean, functional, and user-friendly hotel
This time I stayed for two consecutive nights in a Deluxe Twin room. I came on short notice for a relative’s funeral, and I had just fractured my hand, so I was worried. I often use this hotel group because the prices are reasonable and both the large public bath and breakfast are well provided, but this time, due to my injury, I couldn’t use the public bath, so I also used the in-room bathroom. The bathroom was clean and comfortable; I could stretch out, soak my arm in the hot water to warm it up, and relax very much. The room facilities were comfortable with nothing lacking or excessive. In particular, the shelves in the washroom and the power outlets by the bed were very convenient, and I felt they were functionally placed with guests in mind. The only thing that made me pause was when I returned to my room: the cups used during my stay and tea leaves were left on the table as they were during consecutive-night housekeeping, which surprised me. When I asked at the front desk, they said they do not clear items that haven’t been thrown away in the trash or cups that still have something left in them? Maybe that’s how it is these days??? Still, even empty cups were left as well, so it didn’t sit right with me. It was my first experience of dishes not being cleared? That said, everything else was cleaned properly, so both nights were very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

Breakfast
The breakfast buffet was excellent. Freshly made rice balls prepared on the spot, hearty pork miso soup, and bread in easy-to-eat portions. The salad bar also featured vegetables I don’t usually eat, such as kale. There were also simmered vegetable dishes unique to Hokkaido. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

Use the Deluxe Twin Room for 3 guests
I had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days. It was close to the station, and the Room and large public bath were clean. The toilet and washbasin area were separate, and the pajamas were the type with pants. I could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. Thank you very much.

A luxurious breakfast.
The breakfast menu was extensive, with an especially wide variety of salads, and it exceeded my expectations. While I enjoy local food when traveling, I tend to fall short on vegetables, so I make a point of eating plenty of salad at the Hotel breakfast. I also watch my salt and oil intake with dressings, and they provided olive oil as an alternative. In addition to Hokkaido specialties, the pork miso soup was particularly good and also included root vegetables such as carrots, daikon radish, and burdock.

The parking staff, front desk staff, and breakfast venue staff all greeted us with warm smiles. When we made the reservation, we chose a plan with an extra bed, but after consulting with the staff about not needing it, they promptly accommodated our request—thank you for your quick response. The room was clean and quiet without any noise from above, below, or neighboring rooms, allowing us to rest comfortably. Breakfast offered a variety of dishes that didn’t get repetitive even during a multiple night stay; everything was delicious. The rice was so good that we ended up buying some at a nearby local produce store to take home. We appreciated being able to check the bath's crowd status from our room before using it. While I found it slightly difficult to read instructions without my glasses in the dressing area regarding choosing shampoos and other amenities, I enjoyed using the fragrant options provided. I usually stay near major streets but tried this location close to the station for the first time—it was great! I would love to visit again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

The hotel was conven...
The hotel was conveniently located and clean, better than those near Sapporo Station. However, the changing room in the bath area was small, so it was inconvenient when crowded as there was no place to put things or stand. I've half given up on the manners of overseas guests, but it was terrible. Seeing towels brought in, left bundled in the bathroom, amenities used carelessly and left without cleaning up was disappointing. It's not the hotel's fault, but I wondered if it might be better not to use the large public bath for peace of mind.
