  Great location

  Stayed near the workplace due to snowfall. The accommodation is adjacent to Higashi-Shinjuku Station, and despite booking on the same day, the price was reasonable. Amenities are available in a buffet-style setup next to the front desk for self-pickup, offering all essentials. The room's facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. There are several convenience stores, fast food outlets, and restaurants nearby, but it’s not an overly bustling area—making it a good choice for those planning to explore Shinjuku as a base. Check-in and check-out are done via machines with minimal staff interaction, but I had a comfortable stay overall.

  Stayed for the first time.

  I had to stay near Shinjuku Sanchome, so I used this Property. In recent years, several Business Hotels have been built around Higashi-Shinjuku Station to accommodate inbound travelers. It is very close to Kabukicho. I often use Fresa Inn in Ginza and Yokohama, but this was my first time here. Compared to other Fresa Inns, it was quite a large Hotel. There was a group of foreigners at the front desk, but the staff assisted me promptly for check-in. Inside the Hotel is like an ordinary Business Hotel. There is a Denny's connected to the front desk next door where you can have breakfast.

  Royal Host on the first floor, conveniently located near the station.

  The location is excellent. It is close to Shin-Okubo, making it a great location for enjoying ethnic and Korean cuisine. There is a Royal Host on the first floor, so it's nice to relax even if you're not in your room. Check-in and check-out are self-service, making it much more comfortable than other Business Hotels where you might encounter awkward interactions with part-time staff.
