    The room had some areas that could be improved, but overall it was satisfactory. The front desk initially seemed responsive, but there was no guidance about the breakfast plan included, so I gave an average rating. I only realized this when overhearing explanations given to other guests while waiting for the elevator. The bathroom only had a shower, so I rated it as average. The facility was at a satisfactory level overall, but there was one major issue: There are far too few elevators—either double the number or reduce the number of rooms to avoid stress. Breakfast did not match its price; although it was buffet-style, the variety was extremely limited (similar to a business hotel). Additionally, the venue is far too small and overcrowded—it’s genuinely tiny. On my first day of stay, I went during 7 AM and managed to get in; however, on my second day at 8 AM, there was a long line and I couldn’t enter at all and had to give up on breakfast. Like with the elevators, I felt that there is an imbalance between the number of guest rooms and facility size. Overall, it's a good hotel but these disappointing points caused significant stress.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to attend a concert at Tokyo Dome. Although there was a slight delay during check-in due to some trouble, the staff provided courteous service, so I didn’t feel dissatisfied. The Room was cleaned thoroughly, and I was happy that cleaning service was provided on the second day upon request. When I contacted the front desk to borrow cutlery for the Room, it was slightly inconvenient to have to go pick it up myself, but considering staff availability, it seemed understandable. The location is excellent with its proximity to the station, convenience stores nearby, and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Staying on the Premium Floor, I enjoyed a view of the Skytree from the Room's window, which was very soothing. For breakfast, the Koala's March pancakes were adorable, and both Japanese and Western dishes were plentiful and delicious. The Hotel staff provided courteous service, making my stay comfortable.     I stayed in a Premiu...

    I stayed in a Premium Room. The bathroom floor was wet, possibly due to the lack of a ventilation fan, which was slightly unpleasant even though I checked in at 10 PM. The view of Tokyo Skytree from the room felt closer than expected, and both the night view and morning scenery were stunning. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, with the fresh juice being exceptionally outstanding. I would love to stay here again when I visit the area next time.

    A relaxing and comfortable Hotel.

    The Room was spacious, and the amenities were well-equipped. The bath was large, making it perfect for relieving travel fatigue. There was a Nespresso machine in the Room, and near the front desk, there was a 24-hour free ice service, which impressed me. Although it is close to the station, as it was my first time in Kinshicho, I got a bit lost. I would love to stay here again.

    Excellent location!

    I was looking for a good hotel in Tokyo and made a reservation based on reviews. Just as everyone said, it’s right in front of Kinshicho Station and only one stop to the Skytree via Tokyo Metro! I stayed with the Premium Floor Plan, and the services exceeded the price (for example, answering a hotel survey earned me a ¥1,000 voucher usable during my stay; each guest received three coins worth ¥1,500 to enjoy alcohol or Lotte ice cream; and there were perks like free soft drinks and snacks at the lounge until 9 PM). The plan included breakfast, which was served buffet-style with plenty of options—I ended up eating too much in the morning (though I found it slightly disappointing that there weren’t many Japanese dishes... perhaps because most guests seemed younger). I was worried about sightseeing with heavy suitcases but was relieved when they offered to store my luggage at the front desk after check-out (11 AM) until 2 PM. After 2 PM, storage costs ¥1,000 per item but has no time limit—making it more convenient than coin lockers. The Premium Floor is located on higher floors (I stayed on the 18th floor this time), offering stunning views for photography both during daylight hours and at night—it’s definitely my top recommendation! I’m already looking forward to staying here again for my next trip to Tokyo!

    For Tokyo sightseeing

    The room was spacious enough for two people, and the view of the Skytree from the window was excellent. The unit bath space was small, but the ReFa showerhead was easy to use, although the water pressure felt insufficient. Amenities, coffee, and tea were self-service from items available near the front desk. Luggage storage on the day of accommodation was free; however, after check-out, it cost 1,000 yen per item. This unusual policy led us to search for coin lockers while out. Luggage storage until 2:00 PM is apparently free of charge. There were few elevators available, which made accessing rooms time-consuming. The number seemed insufficient for the number of guests. It mentioned that Lotte ice cream is all-you-can-eat for a fee (I don't remember how much), but it felt like you’d need to eat quite a bit to make it worthwhile.

    It was a satisfying stay.

    The Room and services, including amenities, exceeded expectations and provided a comfortable stay. The view of the Skytree from the Room was spectacular, and I am very satisfied. If I have another opportunity to stay in this area, I would definitely like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    A beautiful Hotel wi...

    A beautiful Hotel with separate toilet and bathroom was what I was looking for, and I made the right choice. It was incredibly clean, and the view of the Skytree from the window was breathtaking. I had a very pleasant stay. The Koala's March cushion was adorable, and the Koala's March pancakes at breakfast were both cute and delicious. This has become my favorite Hotel. Thank you very much!

    The bathroom sink is...

    The bathroom sink is too old, and when using it, water spills around the sink and flows onto the floor. It is very inconvenient. The location of the Hotel is excellent, but this issue is a drawback and makes me hesitant to stay again in the future. I hope this can be improved.

    It was a new and clean Room.

    Thank you for changing my room to one with a view of the Skytree. I found this Hotel to be reasonably priced, especially considering the rising costs of hotels in Tokyo. The staff were polite and pleasant, and I enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast. Above all, its proximity to the station is a great advantage, with many restaurants nearby as well as cultural facilities like the Hokusai Museum and Trifony Hall. I believe this Hotel offers excellent convenience, and I would love to stay here again next time.

    The night view is beautiful.

    This is my second stay. The lounge was available, but it’s small, so I think allowing guests to bring wine or beer to the Room would enhance the premium experience. The view was on the station side, with few tall buildings nearby, offering a clear view of the horizon towards Shiomi and Toyosu. The Room cleaning was thorough and everything was very clean.

    The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. However, the front desk service felt somewhat impersonal, and the attitude of a male staff member during our stay was cold, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, amenities were minimal, and mineral water was limited to two bottles per day, which felt slightly insufficient. As an improvement point, it would be helpful if the "Room Orientation" is displayed more clearly on the reservation page. If an additional fee is required for a Sky Tree view room, it would be better to have this information explicitly stated in advance.

    A Trip with My Mother to Support Our Favorite Activities

    This time, we chose a Hotel in Kinshicho as my mother wanted to attend her favorite group's concert in Katsushika and also visit Shibamata. Since it was a Business Hotel, we didn’t have high expectations, but when we entered the Room, it was surprisingly spacious and bright. To our delight, there was an amazing view of the Sky Tree right in front of us! My elderly mother was absolutely thrilled! The Room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax fully. The bathroom was spacious with a user-friendly sink area, making our stay completely stress-free. The breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice that tasted great and had a wide variety of menu options. My mother especially enjoyed the chocolate fondue. We would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again next time!

    Great value and satisfaction beyond the accommodation cost.

    I chose this accommodation for its location and price while looking for a place to stay after the Tokyo Dome live event, and the view of the Skytree from the room was worth more than its price. Additionally, I could also see Tokyo Tower, and the massage chair in the room was incredibly relaxing. There were various amenities to try during my stay at the hotel, and with a checkout time of 11 AM, I could enjoy it until the last moment. I was delighted to have Lotte chocolate as well. Thank you for a wonderful memory!

    Great location

    Hotels in Tokyo were expensive, but I found a cheaper option in Kinshicho where my son lives, so I decided to stay there. The Room was a bit small, but it was fine since I only needed it for sleeping. The Koala's March cushion was adorable.

    The breakfast was excellent!

    The koala-shaped pancakes for breakfast were delightful in both appearance and taste. The smoothies, chocolate fondue, and eggs benedict were also of high quality and very satisfying. Breakfast tickets are 3,000 yen on the day or 2,500 yen if purchased at the front desk the day before. The Room's refrigerator included Lotte chocolates, which was a pleasant surprise. However, having the toilet in the same space as the bedroom was slightly uncomfortable. A 1,000-yen shop coupon was provided for completing a survey, and La Mer amenities were available for additional purchase. Although I had some concerns about staying in Kinshicho, its direct connection to the metro made it convenient and reassuring. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity.

    I had a relaxing time!

    I was looking forward to the view from the premium floor, but unfortunately, due to yellow dust, the sky was hazy and I couldn't enjoy a clear blue sky. At one point, I hesitated to stay because of how much things had changed compared to before, but it seems there have been some improvements over time. This time, I booked a high-floor room instead of a ladies' room with the purpose of using the lounge and was able to enjoy it. However, it was disappointing that an overseas family brought outside food into the lounge (of all things, cup noodles!), which made me not want to use it again. It’s unfortunate that a few people with poor manners can ruin such experiences. Still, the newly renovated and beautiful room was spacious and comfortable.

    Standard Floor Deluxe Corner Twin - Absolutely amazing!

    I was so lucky to stay at a special limited-time price. The Room was spacious and sophisticated—I even thought, "If only this were my home!" (Haha) The three coins I received at check-in were great: I used one for a glass of dry white wine in the lounge, and saved the other two for fresh juice refills (which were delicious!) during breakfast the next morning. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    I have used this place several times before. This time, as I was scheduled to arrive in Tokyo after 9 PM, I chose this as my first option for its proximity to the station. The Room was spacious, and the air conditioning was comfortable. The meals exceeded expectations as always.

    Convenient location, but the Room is small and outdated.

    The area around the Hotel is lively and offers excellent transportation access, and the Hotel concierge is kind and polite. However, there are some drawbacks: 1. Luggage cannot be stored overnight. 2. The Hotel has only two elevators, leading to long waiting times. 3. The Room feels outdated, and items like the sofa, cushions, and carpet need replacement with newer ones. 4. The Room is small, limiting activity space. 5. Coins distributed on higher floors are inconvenient to use; beverages should be placed directly in the Room's refrigerator instead.

    We felt that customer service could be improved a bit more.

    Checked in at 15:00, but the service from the male staff was not satisfactory. Although I had already made an advance payment, the process took time, and the room card provided caused errors when used on the elevator. While such errors may be unavoidable, I would have appreciated a more apologetic attitude. The hotel's location is excellent. I stayed in a single room which was clean and had a spacious desk suitable for web meetings. The inclusion of items like a trouser press and clothes brush in the room was convenient, though amenities were average. As for the bathroom, it would be better if the shower pressure were stronger. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were also somewhat difficult to use. Since I wear glasses while bathing, I felt there should be a designated place to put them safely. At over 13,000 yen per night, overall value felt slightly underwhelming for the price paid.

    It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    I stayed in a Room with a view of the Skytree, and the Facility was clean, which made me very satisfied. The breakfast buffet was crowded due to the holiday period, and it was disappointing that the waiting time was long. However, the food provided was delicious.

    Hotel where you can enjoy Tokyo

    There is a direct bus from Haneda to Kinshicho Station, and the JR Sobu Line Rapid runs through, so I thought the access was excellent for going anywhere and stayed at this Property. The Room and unit bath had everything necessary, and the pajama-style nightwear with pants was a high point. Although it was a Room on the station side, I could see Gate Bridge and Tokyo Tower in the distance, albeit small. Above all, the view of Skytree from the elevator hall is breathtaking. Regarding Facilities, it would have been nice to have a machine to weigh suitcases. I ended up buying too many souvenirs and went over weight limit. I would love to stay again.

    Occasional Hotel stay with my daughter

    I came to stay at the Hotel with my daughter without any particular purpose. We enjoyed a leisurely meal at the Skytree. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, which is very convenient. The Room is spacious, and the bath is large and satisfying. Although our Room was not on the Skytree side, we could enjoy a beautiful view of the Skytree when getting off the elevator. There was a Koala's March stuffed toy in the Room, which was cute. The breakfast was also very delicious. I would like to use it again.

    Regarding the reservation, despite booking a non-smoking twin with breakfast on the Skytree side with [Early Reservation 30], how is it that a reservation made a week prior is cheaper? I am not satisfied and would like a refund. As for breakfast, do not expect much from the Japanese-style breakfast such as fish and side dishes. Western-style breakfast is okay. There is no problem with the property itself.

    When I made a reservation and visited, they changed my room because there was availability on a higher floor. It's always clean, conveniently connected to the station, and I love it because it's comfortable. I was happy to have a wonderful time.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying in Kinshicho, and I was a bit anxious, but it was more convenient than I expected. After taking a photo of the Skytree seen from Asakusa and checking into the room, I was surprised to see the Skytree so large and beautiful. The illumination at night was also beautiful, and I was amazed that there is a hotel where you can see the Skytree so close and large!! The ladies' floor was also reassuring, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to visit Tokyo.
