    Right in front of Tokyo Skytree

    The view was great, and there was also a trouser press (Corby?). However, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, so I wish the room could have been a bit cooler.

    The location is convenient, but the property feels dated overall.

    The location was very convenient. Based on the photos on the Reservation site, I expected a lovely, new Room, but in reality both the Room and the Facility felt quite old. The bathroom in particular stood out—there was an unpleasant urine smell as soon as I walked in, which was very disappointing.

    I would like to stay here again.

    Above all, it’s close to the station, and you can clearly see Tokyo Skytree from the elevator hall! It was a great setting for sightseeing. The Room had complimentary Lotte chocolates and an adorable Koala’s March cushion, and the morning buffet’s koala pancakes were fun too—everything had a playful Lotte theme-park vibe. I’d like to stay again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed overnight near Kinshicho and Kameido in Tokyo, and after searching for a Hotel, I chose this one because it was close to the station, included breakfast, and was reasonably priced. It is directly connected to the метро, and JR is about 200 meters away, so it’s very convenient. I stayed on the Tokyo Skytree side, and it looked as if the Tokyo Skytree was right in front of me through the window. It was especially beautiful at night and really impressive. I booked a standard twin Room, and having the bath and toilet separated felt like great value for the price. Amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, coffee, tea, etc.) are picked up at the front desk. Sleepwear, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the Room. Breakfast was a Japanese-Western buffet style and very tasty. Most guests went back for seconds several times. Overall I was satisfied, but check-in took a little over 30 minutes. Since many people line up from 3:00 p.m., I felt you need to allow plenty of time. That was my only negative point. Considering the price, this is a Hotel I would choose.

    Necessary and sufficient information.

    I’ve stayed here several times. This time I used the parking lot; I explained that I needed to check out early in the morning, and they kindly switched me to the area under the overpass, so I was able to exit smoothly. Thank you! The Room was also very clean. It isn’t large, but it felt more than sufficient for me. It would be nice if beer were always available in the vending machines on the 7th floor. Also, since I’m always assigned a station-side Room, I’d be even happier if there were a Plan that guarantees a Skytree-side view, even at a slightly higher price.

    It made for a wonderful birthday celebration.

    From the request-based service in advance to the IKYU perks such as early check-in, everything was handled smoothly and made me feel warmly welcomed. It was my first time experiencing a coin-based lounge, so I honestly didn’t have high expectations, but the draft beer was delicious. When I mentioned to the front desk that they had run out of sake, they kindly poured it directly into my glass, saying “Sorry to keep you waiting,” which made me very happy. It was also great that the coins could be exchanged for ice cream—there were many items you don’t usually see in ordinary shops. Being able to borrow massage equipment as a perk was a big help during my trip, and it was comfortable with quality hair dryers and hair irons provided as well. This stay helped me discover Kinshicho as another place I’d like to stay from now on—thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Stayed here for an e...

    Stayed here for an event at Tokyo Dome. It was easy to get from JR Kinshicho Station to Suidobashi Station on a direct train with no transfers. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor was convenient. For the number of Rooms, the front desk and restaurant areas felt small, and the front desk was extremely crowded from 2:00–4:00 PM. Around 2:00 PM there was only one staff member handling check-ins, and with late check-out guests and early check-in guests all mixed together, it became so packed that some guests were close to arguing over whose turn it was, creating a tense atmosphere. At breakfast, although the selection wasn’t large, several items weren’t being replenished in time. Overall it felt like there may not have been enough staff. The staff on site seemed to be working very hard, so I wish staffing could be increased. The guest Room was spacious, and the sofa was large enough for three people to sit comfortably. The air conditioning worked well, and it was a clean Room. The ReFa shower head had strong water pressure and felt great, but perhaps because the head is heavy it was leaking—please check. I liked the lounge that is available 24 hours a day. We could freely help ourselves to cold tea and juice. After coming back from the hot, humid outdoors, the draft beer—and Lotte ice cream—were delicious.

    Directly connected to the station via an underground entrance, offering exceptional access. On rainy days, you can enter the station through the underground passage without going outside.\nThe location is also ideal for getting around the city.

    The Room’s luggage storage area was a bit small.

    The Room was comfortable, but I would have liked a bit more space to open suitcases. With large luggage, it was difficult to move around inside the Room.

    Conveniently located near the station, but the services are average.

    With direct access from the subway station to the Hotel lobby, it’s an ideal location on rainy days as well as hot or cold days. However, all amenities are self-service, and luggage storage is only available until 2:00 PM on the day of departure, which may be less convenient for sightseeing.

    The parking staff were the kindest.

    We stayed in a Premier Tower Twin. The Room felt quite dated, and it was disappointing to find heavy stains on the walls and table, a lot of dust, and quite a bit of mold in the bathroom. However, at check-in and whenever we visited the front desk, every staff member was kind, courteous, and helpful with a warm smile. Also, all the staff at both parking lots were wonderful—so warm and considerate that they left the strongest impression on us, and we are truly grateful. The lounge was very small and crowded; nothing could be taken out, and seating was limited to high stools only, so we felt its use was quite restricted.

    The best place to stay in Tokyo

    This was my first stay. They kindly upgraded us as a complimentary service due to availability, and the Room was wonderful—my mother was delighted, and I was able to treat her. She said, “If we stay in Tokyo again, this is the place,” and I would love to stay here again. The breakfast was also delicious, and we were very satisfied.

    It was close to the ...

    It was close to the station, which made getting around very easy. The view from the Room was also great—the Skytree looked bigger than in photos. However, we made a Reservation for two Rooms for two nights and requested adjacent Rooms, but they were not on the same floor on either night, which was a bit inconvenient. If I went down to another floor without my Room key card by mistake, I couldn’t get back up without someone coming to let me in, which was troublesome.

    I’d like to take the complimentary premium drinks back to my Room.

    I stayed alone on the Premium Plan. As a perk, I received three coins that allowed me to get soft drinks 24 hours a day at the lounge across from the 4th-floor reception floor. Soft drinks (coffee and juices are free) were available only for drinking on-site, and I couldn’t take them back to my Room in paper cups or similar. That was disappointing. So I deducted one star for the Facility. There’s a Seven-Eleven on the 1st floor, and if I could buy some snacks and take free coffee from the 4th floor back to my Room, I could have relaxed more comfortably… Since I brought stick coffee from home, I didn’t use the lounge on the 4th floor.

    A mother and daughte...

    A mother and daughter who are relatives stayed here when they came to Tokyo for a memorial service, and they were very pleased. They said they would like to stay again, so we would appreciate it if we have the opportunity.

    Wonderful Hotel

    From the initial phone support for our Reservation, to the warm and welcoming service at the front desk, the beauty of the Room and the view, and the location— everything was perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We would love to stay again.

    A bit disappointing.

    I was pleasantly surprised to be able to use the lounge even on the 13th floor! Last time, I couldn’t, even with a Deluxe-type ladies’ Room… I also appreciated that you resumed the service of storing my luggage before check-in and delivering it to my Room, as it had been unavailable for a while. The front desk staff were very courteous, and the lounge staff kindly spoke to me before 9:00 as well—your thoughtful hospitality really impressed me. One disappointing point was that although this Deluxe-type Room has a new bathroom washing area, there seemed to be red mold(?) in the corners… It rinsed off easily with an unused toothbrush and the strong water pressure from the shower, but I feel this wouldn’t have happened if it had been cleaned daily. My staycation was very comfortable overall; only the washing area was disappointing. When I asked housekeeping for extra tissues and replacement slippers, they replenished them right away. Thank you very much.

    This was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at.

    I stayed for four nights. I couldn’t book the same Room for all nights, so I stayed one night and then three nights, but not only was the Room not cleaned, even the cups were not replaced and the bathroom was never cleaned. It was very unpleasant to use a bathtub that hadn’t been washed for three days in a row. I called the front desk once and asked for cleaning, but they still did not clean the bathroom. This is truly an awful Hotel. I am an IKYU Diamond member and have stayed at many Hotels, but this is my first time having an experience like this.

    I stayed on the wome...

    I stayed on the women-only floor with my daughters. The Room was very clean, and we could see the Skytree right in front of us. The bath was also large and spacious, and we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much. However, since it seemed the Rooms on both sides were not in use, I think it was probably from the floor above, but we could hear footsteps at night even while sleeping, which bothered us. Other than that, everything was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the Koala’s March pancakes were adorable, and the cushions in the Room were cute and soothing. At breakfast buffet time, I saw a guest holding a child about one year old while serving food; the child still had shoes on, and their feet passed over the food. That was disappointing. I know it can be difficult to address guests directly, but I wish someone had said something. This is basically my favorite Hotel, and this was my second stay.

    A Fun and Convenient Hotel

    I stayed here the night before an early flight. It’s very convenient: just a short walk from the station, directly connected via the subway, and close to the airport limousine bus stop. There are many restaurants open late nearby, as well as convenience stores, so finding food is easy. In the first-floor entrance there is a large painting depicting a scene from Goethe’s *The Sorrows of Young Werther*. “Lotte” is the heroine’s nickname in this epistolary novel, and the Hotel restaurant is also named “Charlotte,” her full name. A companion who arrived later seemed to get confused during check-in, but the staff handled it properly. The Room felt a bit small for a double; with two suitcases it was somewhat tight. There was a Koala’s March cushion in the Room, which was a nice touch. There seemed to be many international guests, but it wasn’t particularly noisy. If you’re staying in Kinshicho, I think this Hotel is a good choice. Breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options. As you’d expect from “Lotte,” the Koala’s March pancakes were adorable—my companion (a grown man) kept saying “So cute!” while happily eating them. They also had chocolate fondue, so breakfast could be great entertainment for families traveling with children.

    The kids were happy ...

    The kids were happy to have ice cream! Due to my mistake, I made a Reservation for five with two double beds and an extra bed. Since we had a high schooler, a middle schooler, and an elementary schooler, we pushed the two doubles together so four of us could sleep there, and the high schooler used the extra bed. It worked out well because we were family. It was also nice to have strawberries at breakfast.

    The unit bath had an unpleasant odor.

    The ReFa shower and Panasonic hair dryer were great, but the unit bath had an unpleasant odor. It might have been caused by the shower curtain or toilet piping. While I understand that some smell is inevitable in other Business Hotels, this was excessively bad.

    Overall, there were no major issues, but I was dissatisfied with the long wait for breakfast. It would have been better if time slots were divided in advance or if a service to call by Room number from a list was available. If guests have plans and cannot wait, how about introducing a system where they can exchange for a snack set instead?

    As expected, it is a Korean-style Hotel.

    Just an average hotel, only the location is good; otherwise, I wouldn't have made the Reservation. But I was shocked and disappointed when I asked to leave my luggage after checkout, and they said it's a paid service. Checkout is at 11 AM, and storing one item until 2 PM costs 1000 yen; after that, it's 2000 yen. Who would pay for that? This has become the top Hotel I would never make a Reservation with again.

    Convenient

    This was my first stay at this accommodation, and the location was very convenient as it is accessible by both subway and JR. The front desk staff were efficient and quickly accommodated my sudden request for a late check-out. Above all, I was impressed that the toilet and bathtub were separate, with a spacious bathing area. It’s remarkable to have separate facilities for the toilet and bathtub at this price, which is very reasonable and greatly appreciated.

    The room had some areas that could be improved, but overall it was satisfactory. The front desk initially seemed responsive, but there was no guidance about the breakfast plan included, so I gave an average rating. I only realized this when overhearing explanations given to other guests while waiting for the elevator. The bathroom only had a shower, so I rated it as average. The facility was at a satisfactory level overall, but there was one major issue: There are far too few elevators—either double the number or reduce the number of rooms to avoid stress. Breakfast did not match its price; although it was buffet-style, the variety was extremely limited (similar to a business hotel). Additionally, the venue is far too small and overcrowded—it’s genuinely tiny. On my first day of stay, I went during 7 AM and managed to get in; however, on my second day at 8 AM, there was a long line and I couldn’t enter at all and had to give up on breakfast. Like with the elevators, I felt that there is an imbalance between the number of guest rooms and facility size. Overall, it's a good hotel but these disappointing points caused significant stress.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to attend a concert at Tokyo Dome. Although there was a slight delay during check-in due to some trouble, the staff provided courteous service, so I didn’t feel dissatisfied. The Room was cleaned thoroughly, and I was happy that cleaning service was provided on the second day upon request. When I contacted the front desk to borrow cutlery for the Room, it was slightly inconvenient to have to go pick it up myself, but considering staff availability, it seemed understandable. The location is excellent with its proximity to the station, convenience stores nearby, and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would love to stay here again if given another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Staying on the Premium Floor, I enjoyed a view of the Skytree from the Room's window, which was very soothing. For breakfast, the Koala's March pancakes were adorable, and both Japanese and Western dishes were plentiful and delicious. The Hotel staff provided courteous service, making my stay comfortable.
