    Directly connected to the station, very convenient.

    The location was directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. Luggage could be left at the Hotel entrance, which was also convenient. There was a souvenir shop next door, and Kagoshima's gourmet options were available, so meals were not an issue. The Room was very clean. I especially appreciated the bath salts. I would love to stay here again next time!

    North Wing: Bathroom mold present, insufficient cleaning.

    This is a two-night stay in the North Wing. Conveniently located within the JR station. The staff provides polite guidance during check-in. However, there are concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom has pink mold, and towels are hung on dirty walls. There is noticeable dust around the toilet paper area. It raises questions about what cleaning tasks are being performed by the staff. I would not choose to stay here again.

    Directly connected to the station for ultimate convenience

    Conveniently accessible from the airport bus and directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, this Hotel is an excellent base for sightseeing. The Hotel and rooms were clean, with a bathroom featuring separate washing and bathing areas, allowing families to enjoy a home-like bathing experience. Self-service luggage storage before and after check-in was available, making it easy to use without burdening the staff. I would love to stay here again!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. Being directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, it was convenient for transportation, dining, and shopping. As for the Facility, there was an odor that might have been from carpet cleaning. The Room also felt stuffy with stagnant air. Ventilation throughout, including the bathroom, seemed weak. I also noticed mold on the bathroom door. If your main purpose is sightseeing rather than spending time at the Hotel, this Hotel offers great convenience.

    The entrance is located within a 30-second walk from the Shinkansen gate of Kagoshima-Chuo Station, making it very convenient. The Room is similar to a standard Business Hotel, with a slightly compact unit bath. Highly recommended for those who prioritize easy access over hotel preferences.

    First-time use!!

    I had a Multiple Night Stay. The Facility is clean, and the location is excellent. It rained for about three days, but since it is directly connected to the station, I could move around without getting wet. There are also many dining options nearby, making it perfect for those looking forward to enjoying local cuisine. For those traveling by car, there is a bus stop and a rotary right in front of the Facility, making it very convenient. As I stayed for multiple nights, what made me happiest was the thoughtfulness of the cleaning staff. Thank you for always keeping everything so clean!

    Conveniently located and user-friendly Hotel.

    If available, I always choose to stay here. The Hotel is located right outside the station gate. Upon arrival, you can immediately leave your luggage, and with bus and tram stops nearby, it's convenient to go anywhere. There are plenty of restaurants around for dinner, so no worries there. The Room is clean, spacious enough for one person, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall, this Hotel offers a high level of satisfaction.

    I will stay here again.

    Excellent access from the Shinkansen ticket gates. A convenience store is located on the first floor, making it very convenient. Situated on the opposite side of the train street, it was quiet. The toilet and bath are separate, not a unit bath, and the bathtub was spacious. Breakfast included Kagoshima specialties and even curry, which made for a very satisfying meal.

    Satisfied with both the room and meals.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. Since it was my first time in Kagoshima, I chose this Hotel adjacent to the station, and it was the right choice. It’s convenient for transportation, and the breakfast, including shabu-shabu, was satisfying. The room was clean with no issues. I will definitely use this Hotel again when I visit Kagoshima next time. Thank you very much!

    Used during a spontaneous trip to Kagoshima.

    Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The Room was clean and comfortable. The smell from the bathroom drain was a bit noticeable, so perhaps adding a little bleach could make a big difference, even if it's in a hard-to-clean spot. There is a state-of-the-art coin laundry with cashless payment options and email notifications when the cycle is complete, which was very convenient. For breakfast, I used the buffet at Ekitei Satsuma. There were plenty of options, and it was delicious. If I had to mention one thing, the layout could be improved as it became difficult to access food when crowded due to poor flow design.

    A very clean and luxurious Business Hotel

    It was my first stay, but the meals were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, making it easy to go out for drinks at night. I will definitely stay here again.

    North Wing is the best!

    We requested a change from the South Wing Twin Deluxe to the North Wing Twin Deluxe in advance, and it was absolutely the right choice. The room was slightly more spacious, with larger beds that allowed us to relax comfortably. The room service was excellent, even keeping small items like tiny clasps for us. On the second night, when we requested additional green tea packs, they kindly offered coffee as well. The breakfast buffet at "Ekitei Satsuma" was delicious; we enjoyed dishes like black pork shabu-shabu and chicken rice every time. On a rainy day, we opted for takeout black pork cutlets, which were of near-specialty shop quality. By the way, if you're looking for great tonkatsu (pork cutlet), "Tonkatsu Kuroda" is highly recommended. Lastly, about the bathroom: it featured a spacious washing area with a multifunctional shower and an additional shower installed by the bathtub. We had an incredibly comfortable three-night stay and left completely satisfied!

    It was great.

    I usually stay at a different hotel, but since only smoking rooms were available, I made an urgent reservation and stayed here. The luggage storage system before check-in was convenient. The check-in process, which minimizes human interaction, might be necessary for this class of hotel. The room was spacious and clean. For train users, I think this hotel is the best choice.

    It took only 5 minutes to get to the Shinkansen from the Room. The bath could also be used outside the tub, and it was thoroughly cleaned. I would love to use it again.

    It is a good Hotel, but there are areas that need improvement.

    Directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, offering excellent accessibility. Stayed alone in a Standard Double Room; the bed was spacious enough, but the room felt a bit small. A thinner and softer pillow would have been preferable. The ceiling light was too bright, so adjustable lighting for brightness and color would be appreciated. As a member, I appreciated the extended check-out time until 12:00 PM.

    Convenience and courteous service are excellent.

    I stayed at the property for early morning station use. As expected, the convenience of being directly connected to the station and taking less than 10 minutes from the room to the platform is outstanding. There are many restaurants inside the station, but I also received recommendations for izakayas and ramen shops within walking distance, allowing me to enjoy food during my short stay in Kagoshima. Recently, many hotels have amenities available at the front desk, but I appreciated having bath salts provided.

    The walls are too thin.

    The access is excellent as it is directly connected to Kagoshima Chuo Station. Being a Business Hotel, it might be somewhat unavoidable, but the cheaper Rooms clearly have thin walls, and you can normally hear conversations from the next Room. Additionally, Rooms on the railway side are noisy with train whistles and sounds, so some people may not find it comfortable at all. It might be recommended for train enthusiasts, but I will not be visiting again.

    Deluxe Twin for Single Use

    This is my third time in Kagoshima. Even though hotel prices have surged since last year, Kagoshima still offers reasonable rates. I was a bit concerned due to the relatively critical reviews, but the room was clean and spacious, and while the bathroom wasn't particularly luxurious, it had a washing area like a regular home and a deep bathtub. I was really pleased that it wasn't cramped. Despite being directly connected to the station, it was quiet. The view was of Bic Camera, but since I arrived at night, it didn't bother me. The shampoo in the room left my hair smooth and felt nice. I usually don't get along with the common POLA products, so this was a pleasant surprise. Not too old, not too new, it felt like home. The basics of a hotel were well met. I slept well. Oh, there was someone practicing singing on the same floor, and I could hear it near the elevator, but not at all inside the room, so the soundproofing was not an issue.

    Use on the first day of a business trip.

    I used it to minimize the transfer from the station for a late check-in. After all, being directly connected to the station and having convenience stores and restaurants nearby, there's nothing more to say. The Room is elegant, and the clientele is good, so the quietness is very pleasant. I will definitely repeat my stay.
