    I’ve stayed here many times when visiting my hometown. Highly recommended if you plan to buy lots of souvenirs.

    I stay here when I return home. It’s close to the station and also near souvenir shops, so it’s very convenient. The bathroom is spacious and clean. This time I stayed alone, and the room was more than large enough. I was impressed to find a charger in the drawer—I had forgotten mine and was feeling hopeless, so it really helped. Thank you very much.

    Great location, excellent Facilities, delicious meals, and great value for money.

    With direct access to the station, the Facility is well equipped and offers great value for money. The breakfast also featured local dishes, and it was especially nice to be able to make and eat pork shabu-shabu. The Kagoshima roasted green tea and Chiran Japanese black tea had wonderful aromas, were very delicious, and greatly increased my satisfaction. If the same items were sold as souvenirs, I would definitely buy them.\nWhat concerned me was that the Room had a distinctive odor that did not change even with the air purifier running constantly, and that 1–2 very small insects (like booklice) appeared on the desk each day. They are harmless insects, but it bothered me.

    A well-balanced, great Hotel

    It was a well-balanced and very good Hotel. Since it was extremely hot, it was especially nice that the Hotel is directly connected to the station concourse (2nd floor). The bath was great because hot water came out quickly from the shower (though I’m not sure whether this is due to the Hotel’s Facility or simply because my Room on the 6th floor happened to be good). Amenities such as a toothbrush, coffee, and green tea bags were provided in the Room, while other items were available for guests to pick up in front of the front desk. (I dislike wasting resources, so I prefer having them placed at the front desk; on the other hand, items that are likely to be used are more convenient when they’re in the Room.) Overall, I thought this system worked quite well.

    It was a very comfortable stay.

    The breakfast was delicious. Everything was kept very clean, and bath salts were provided. The drip coffee was also excellent. The amenities, such as facial toner, were of good quality for the price, and overall it felt like great attention to detail throughout. Thank you very much.

    Both the early-morning front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It was very convenient, as it was located inside the station.

    I stayed here on a business trip. It was very convenient—after exiting Kagoshima-Chuo Station at the Shinkansen Gate, you can go straight to the Hotel via a dedicated passageway. The breakfast also let me enjoy local Kagoshima flavors, which helped me rest and get through my trip. The lighting has a chic, calming feel. I would stay again if I have the chance.

    Excellent access!

    I arrived the day before because I wanted to start sightseeing early in the morning. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I chose an inexpensive Plan, but it exceeded my expectations. Right in front of the ticket gates! Clean! The Room was compact yet very functional—perfect. There are various restaurants around the station, but I bought chicken sashimi at a supermarket and enjoyed it in my Room at a relaxed pace. Because I made a last-minute Reservation and checked in late, I was able to stay at a great rate.

    The station is nearby, making it very convenient. The Room entrance door is quiet and comfortable. There was also an ice machine. Drip coffee is provided in the Room. Self-service luggage storage is available, which was convenient. The front desk staff are professional and attentive. I would like to stay here again.

    A Comfortable Stay

    Because it is directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, it was very convenient for visiting various sightseeing spots. It was a shame there was no Onsen Facility, but the Room and bathroom were spacious enough, so there were no issues at all. Also, the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and left a great impression.

    Conveniently connected directly to the station.

    It was very convenient with direct access to the station. The station building also had a great selection of restaurants and souvenir shops. The Room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. It was also nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have liked a sofa in the Deluxe Room.

    The Hotel is nice, but the Wi-Fi speed is not suitable for business use.

    A convenient Hotel directly connected to the station. The luggage storage system is also very handy. The Room is clean and has a sufficiently large table. What was extremely disappointing was the unusually slow Wi‑Fi. It’s not that the signal is weak—the bandwidth is so limited that even Google Maps won’t load smoothly. Online meetings are basically impossible. Looking at past Reviews, there have been comments about the limited bandwidth for about six years, which makes me think that even if the equipment has been updated, the internet plan may not have been reviewed. This is a critical issue for business use, so next time (for business) I’ll probably choose Nishitetsu Solaria in the same price range with direct airport bus access. ...Aside from this point, it’s very convenient and the front desk staff are excellent, so I hope this will be improved!

    With direct access to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, the location was very convenient. The Room was clean and comfortable, and I was able to relax. Sightseeing and shopping were both easy. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    Solo sightseeing trip

    I stayed here on a solo sightseeing trip. The Facility was new and clean, and it was more than adequate if you just need a place to sleep. However, there were a few points that concerned me. Ventilation didn’t seem very effective, and there was condensation on the window. The room temperature also didn’t drop easily; even with the air conditioning on, it still felt warm, and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. Also, the pillow was too soft for me. Check-in/out at the front desk can basically be handled by machine, and the staff service felt average—neither particularly good nor bad. As for meals, I didn’t use them at the Hotel because there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, as a Business Hotel it had sufficient Facility and convenience, and I was satisfied with my stay.

    This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Although the Hotel is directly connected to the station, once inside it was quiet and relaxing, which was a relief. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. The Room is simple but clean and quiet, with excellent air conditioning, so I slept very well. There are plenty of lockers near the front desk where you can store your luggage on both arrival and departure days. It’s very convenient because you can sightsee hands-free. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again next time.\nJust one request: the toilet has a washlet and is easy to use, but (not that it’s bad) I think upgrading to slightly higher-quality toilet paper would make the experience even better.

    Before my stay, I requested a room with a great view. Thank you for your kind and attentive service. When I come back to Kagoshima, this is the only Accommodation I’ll stay at—it’s become my favorite.

    Excellent value for money

    With direct access to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, the location was very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and shops in the nearby station building, so finding dinner was easy. There is also a tourist information center in front of the station, so it was easy to ask questions when needed. Breakfast included Kagoshima specialties such as Kurobuta pork shabu-shabu, satsuma-age fish cakes, and chicken rice soup, all of which were delicious. The Hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and for that price it offered excellent value for money.

    This Hotel is conveniently located as a base for sightseeing in Kagoshima.

    We stayed here for 2 nights during our 3-night, 4-day trip to Kagoshima. Since it is adjacent to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, transportation access is excellent. We arrived by rental car from the airport, and there is a large parking lot next door, so it’s convenient even by car. We stayed in the South Wing, and the Hotel was very clean and quiet. The room was also well cleaned, and we had no unpleasant experiences. This time we stayed in a Deluxe Twin, and it was great that the toilet and bathroom were separate. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but everything is delicious. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to Tenmonkan, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and I think this Hotel is truly perfect as a base for sightseeing. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kagoshima.

    Bath salts would be ...

    Bath salts would be better. It seems I mistakenly thought there was a washing area next to the bathtub. Ideally, I would prefer a washing area rather than just a shower room. Also, the toilet is dark. The slippers are thin, and I would like something more comfortable to wear.

    The location is convenient not only for access via the Makurazaki Line but also by bus, so I was able to finally visit Makurazaki Station.

    What a shame...

    I stayed for two nights. I chose the breakfast buffet, and it was very delicious with a great selection of Kagoshima specialties such as chicken rice (keihan), shabu-shabu, and satsuma-age. Unfortunately, the walls seemed thin, and I could clearly hear water sounds from the shower and toilet next door, as well as coughing. In addition, voices from people talking in the hallway were also very loud, and I couldn’t fall asleep until late at night.

    I stayed here on a business trip. As always, it’s simple, comfortable, and relaxing. I always book it, and the Thai massage is a great deal at 5,000 yen for 45 minutes—it really soothed my tired body. The therapist comes in from outside, and again this time they were polite and had a gentle presence that put me at ease. For breakfast I chose the Japanese set; the sweet potato tempura was so good that I had seconds. Directly connected to the station—super convenient.\nI’ll stay again.

    Directly connected to Kagoshima-Chuo Station, which is very convenient. I stayed here on a business trip, and the automatic luggage storage next to the front desk made it easy to drop off my bags before heading out. I also appreciated being able to choose a natural bath salt. Both the Hotel and the Room were very clean and well maintained. I would like to stay here again when traveling to Kagoshima for business.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Thank you for your hospitality. The location near Kagoshima-Chuo Station was very convenient. Since there was no travel time, I could go to the hotel immediately after arriving at the station. I would like to stay here again next time. The room had a view of the Ferris wheel, and I enjoyed the lights. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I had pleasant interactions with both the front desk staff and housekeeping staff. With the accommodation service ticket, I enjoyed two nights of delicious Kagoshima cuisine. Thank you very much!

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station, perfect for tired feet.

    This is my second stay because the previous experience was excellent. The Hotel is so conveniently located that it feels like it's inside the station. You can access meals and souvenirs without getting wet in the rain. However, I was disappointed this time with the poor quality of the shampoo, which left my hair feeling rough. Regarding the Room, it was clean overall, but I noticed some black stains around the bathtub, which was unfortunate. Still, I think I'll stay here again next time.

    The biggest advantag...

    The biggest advantage of this Hotel is its immediate proximity to the Shinkansen ticket gate. That’s why I always stay here when visiting Kagoshima.

    Thank you for always choosing our accommodation when staying in Kagoshima City.

    I have been using this accommodation for several years because I love the convenience of being close to the Shinkansen station and taxi stand, as well as the spacious rooms that are stress-free. However, especially since the beginning of this year, I have become very concerned about the slipperiness of the tiles in the bathroom washing area. The mold in the tile grout is also noticeable due to this slipperiness. I particularly noticed it during my stay in September. The toilet floor was cleaner before as well. It's disappointing because services like bath additives are wonderful. I hope for improvements in bathroom cleaning. The breakfast is delicious!

    The location was directly connected to the station, making it very convenient. Luggage could be left at the Hotel entrance, which was also convenient. There was a souvenir shop next door, and Kagoshima's gourmet options were available, so meals were not an issue. The Room was very clean. I especially appreciated the bath salts. I would love to stay here again next time!
