  Convenient location

  I stayed here for a concert, and it was conveniently located for using the train, with the concert venue also nearby. I had dinner in the shopping street, which was very convenient with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Hotel was clean as well, but I think it would have been even better if there had been a large public bath.

Regarding the large public bath, due to structural limitations it is difficult to carry out major renovations; however, we will take your comments into consideration as we plan future improvements.   The Room had a terri...

  The Room had a terrible odor... and when I opened the window, smells from nearby restaurants came in... I tried using the provided freshener, but it didn’t reduce the odor in the Room at all. I wished there had at least been an air purifier.

  The breakfast and location are excellent.

  - I stay here when traveling to Kumamoto for business. The Room is a comfortable size, and I have no issues except when the elevators are crowded. The location (close to the parking lot) and the free breakfast are excellent, and I will stay here again next time.

  I know you may be busy, but…

  Before check-in, I stopped by the front desk to leave my luggage. The staff member at the desk was on the phone and didn’t make eye contact, and I waited for about five minutes. There were also about three guests lined up behind me. With security cameras in place, I don’t think it’s possible that no other staff noticed. If there truly wasn’t a single staff member in the back, that is concerning in itself. While waiting, I looked around and found self-service lockers, so I used one on my own. There was no view from the Room, and amenities were minimal—about what you’d expect for the price. The bathroom area feels dated. It’s probably an older building so that can’t be helped, but since the exterior has been nicely renovated, the contrast felt noticeable.

We sincerely apologize for keeping you waiting for an extended period when storing your luggage before check-in due to our staff’s handling of the situation. Even though we were assisting a phone inquiry, we failed to properly attend to waiting guests and did not provide adequate support from surrounding staff, and we deeply regret that we were unable to deliver the level of service we should have. We also apologize for causing you concern regarding our staffing arrangements. In addition, we regret that you ended up using the self-service lockers on your own, and that we did not provide sufficient guidance as we should have. Going forward, we will strengthen coordination among our staff and work to establish a system that ensures smooth front desk operations at all times.   The room was spacious and comfortable.

  A standard Business Hotel in a convenient location.

  I chose this Property because it was within the accommodation budget provided by my company and was conveniently located. First, I took the elevator, but the carpet was worn out, and I thought I should have chosen another place. However, the lobby and guest Room were clean. The front desk was courteous. However, even though the breakfast is free, I think it would be better to have a few more options. The Room was old but clean. Although it is located in a busy area, I was able to spend my time relatively quietly.
