  This time, the Room ...

  This time, the Room smelled of sweat. It seemed that a deodorizing spray had been used, but the cheap spray scent mixed with the sweaty odor, making it uncomfortable.

  Thank you very much for staying at our Hotel. However, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience caused by a sweat-like odor remaining in your Room during your stay. We deeply regret that, although we should have provided you with a comfortable space, our deodorizing measures were insufficient and resulted in further discomfort. We take your feedback seriously and will share it with our housekeeping team and front desk staff. We will also strengthen odor checks after Room cleaning more thoroughly than ever. In addition, we will identify the cause of the odor and review our procedures to ensure appropriate deodorizing actions are taken as needed, such as ventilation and replacing linens, curtains, and bedding. Thank you again for taking the time to share your comments. We will not let your feedback go to waste and will continue working to improve our service quality.   Improve it!

  There were no particular concerns about the accommodation, but breakfast was crowded, so I had a bento in the room. If expanding the area is not possible, improvements such as implementing a time system would be appreciated.

  I drove to the Hotel...

  I drove to the Hotel, but the entrance to the parking lot was a bit hard to find. However, there was no parking fee, which was very reasonable. I prefer the free breakfast at Comfort Hotel compared to other Business Hotels offering similar complimentary services. Depending on the season, it might be more convenient if the price range were a bit narrower.

  This was my third stay, but this time, the bed covers and pillows had an odor reminiscent of aging, which was very unpleasant.
