A convenient city Hotel 3 minutes from Sendai Station
Not only did they accommodate my request for the Room, which I had emailed in advance, but they also upgraded the Room, for which I am grateful. The service from the front desk staff was pleasant, and the cleaning staff greeted us, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. If I had to point out a downside, it would be the poor drainage in the water areas, indicating the Facility's age. I rated it four stars for its location, price, and staff hospitality.

Breakfast is plentiful.
In room 601, the sound of freight trains running nearby at night was loud, and I couldn't sleep well. The breakfast had a variety of options and was satisfying. I was concerned about the torn chairs in the restaurant. The location was very good, being close to the station.

The security was good, and I had a comfortable stay. The bathtub drainage was poor, and it took a long time to drain the water. The amenities were very helpful.

Overall, it was comfortable.
The Room was upgraded, and I was comfortable in a larger Room. However, the sound of trains and cars outside was quite loud. At night, the trains stop, so it didn't affect my sleep. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Twin Use
We were upgraded from the reserved room. It was a triple type, spacious, and we were able to stay comfortably. Thank you very much. The breakfast had a limited variety, but it used local ingredients, and the Zunda milk and beef tongue curry were very delicious. Both the facility and the room were clean and had a great sense of cleanliness. The access from the station is also very good. One disappointing thing was that the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough, and the beer we brought in became lukewarm. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I just wanted to sleep on a Simmons bed...
<Good Points> - Close to Sendai Station. <Concerns> - Poor room cleaning and subsequent response Conclusion: If exchanging rooms, I wanted a room with the same conditions!!! Since it was No Meals Included, I wanted to be particular about the bedding, so I reserved a room with a Simmons triple room bed, but there were bloodstains in the room. When I contacted the front desk, they responded by exchanging the room, but the room they guided me to did not have a Simmons bed. I just wanted to sleep on a Simmons bed, but due to poor cleaning, I had to move to a room with a regular bed (which I personally consider a downgrade) with torn wallpaper in places, and it made me sad. Even though it was a room exchange due to their poor cleaning, I really don't understand why I was made to feel so sad. I will avoid it in the future!
