    The water pressure is low.

    The water pressure in the shower booth was weak, so I couldn’t warm up properly. I hope this can be improved.

    The Room was clean, and I was able to sleep soundly. Since the Room is small, I personally don't need a massage chair, so I would like Rooms without massage chairs to be prepared as well. I had trouble finding space for my luggage and a place to put my shoes after taking them off. The hairdryer's airflow is all the same, making it difficult to style my hair; I would like the hairdryer to be changed. There was no explanation at check-in that toothbrushes and other amenities are only available in front of the reception desk, so I couldn't brush my teeth before going to bed.

    Convenient for theater visits.

    Amenities are now available upon request at the front desk, which is eco-friendly and a great idea. The nearby area, including Hibiya Chanter, is convenient for dining and shopping. During this season, the Christmas illuminations were beautiful. It would be nice if the sink area were a bit larger to place cosmetics, but the location is perfect for theater visits.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay. The location is very convenient for everything. Although the room is not spacious and only has a shower booth, it is a very satisfying hotel. This time, I also enjoyed the Christmas illumination of Hibiya Chanter in front of the hotel.

    It was great.

    Thank you for always taking care of us during our visits to Tokyo. The facility is clean and efficient, and the front desk staff are very kind. The warmth and hospitality are its greatest charm!

    The Room is comfortable, though availability can be limited. The massage chair in the Room is highly recommended and makes staying here truly appealing.

    There is limited space for luggage storage.

    Due to the high prices of hotels in the Tokyo Ginza area, I stayed in Hibiya for the first time. The front desk staff were kind and pleasant, and I was able to request rental items. The coffee and tea bag selection near the elevator was also abundant, which was appreciated. I knew in advance that the room would be compact, but it felt much smaller than it appeared in photos. The room was clean and well-maintained; however, there were signs of age such as peeling wallpaper and a worn-out tissue box. The biggest issue was water leaking from the drainpipe under the sink. I had placed my makeup pouch behind the hairdryer (as there wasn’t enough space around the sink), but when I noticed it later, it was soaking wet. I discovered this before going to bed and laid down some provided towels to absorb the moisture. Upon closer inspection, even part of the floor seemed discolored—suggesting that this leak might have been ongoing for quite some time. It’s something cleaning staff should have noticed...

    Convenient Hotel Next to Takarazuka Revue Theater

    Conveniently located right next to Yurakucho Station, perfect for visiting the Tokyo Takarazuka Theater and other performances. The Imperial Hotel is right next door, and Ginza is just a 2-minute walk away. Midtown Hibiya is also within walking distance. With essential facilities and excellent cost performance, this Hotel is highly recommended for stays around the Ginza area.

    Highly recommended!

    The Room is compact yet well-equipped with essentials like chargers, making it very convenient. I have been using it for solo trips to Tokyo in recent years. Commercial Facilities such as Midtown Hibiya and Hibiya Chanter are nearby, and the cleanliness makes it especially recommended for women.

    The Small Twin Room required some creativity for storage.

    I have stayed at Remm Hibiya multiple times. The location is excellent and very convenient. Previously, I stayed alone, but this time I stayed with my husband. Since it was getting colder, we had coats, and there weren’t enough hangers or space to place our belongings. We had to get creative by keeping items in the suitcase or placing them on top of it. Next time, I plan to bring a hanging travel organizer for better storage.

    Excellent location and clean rooms!

    I prioritized access to the nearest station as I planned to explore various places in Tokyo. The hotel is close to the nearest station, the room was clean, and the bathroom was more spacious compared to other hotels.

    Reasonable prices and heartfelt "Have a nice day."

    Prices around the Tokyo Station area may seem unusually high. In comparison, this property offers a more reasonable price, even if not perfect. While check-in and check-out are automated for efficiency, the human touch in service is comforting. The bathroom layout is not a unit type, which is a pleasant surprise. There were some mold and stains around the shower door that I cleaned with a toothbrush—just sharing!

    User-friendly Hotel

    ① The location is excellent. A morning walk in Hibiya Park was very refreshing. ② The Facility is new, clean, and pleasant. Its casual atmosphere was also appealing. ③ Breakfast felt a bit lacking. It was disappointing given the great view.

    Hibiya is here.

    I used the Hotel after a long time. Previously, I was concerned about the smell of towels, but this time it was improved, and I could use them comfortably. Thank you. The Hotel is in a very convenient location yet truly quiet and comfortable to stay in. When receiving the skincare set at the front desk this time, I was happy to hear a kind remark: "Please let us know if you need more." However, I felt that the water pressure in the shower was low. Could this depend on the floor where my Room was located? Overall, it was comfortable, so I would like to use it again when visiting Tokyo.

    Compact and Comfortable

    The location is excellent, making it very convenient for visits around the Hibiya area. It is right in front of Takarazuka Theater and Nissay Theater, attracting many guests with such interests. The Room is compactly designed and features a shower booth and a massage chair. Great accessibility is definitely a highlight.

    Clean and problem-free, excellent condition.

    The accommodation was sufficient for one person in this location. It didn't feel cramped, so I am satisfied. The staff were kind and very nice.

    The perfect Hotel for your stay

    Convenient for access to Haneda Airport and Shinkansen. Close to JR Yurakucho Station and Hibiya Subway Station. Quiet at night with a safe environment.

    Great location

    This was my first stay. The access to Ginza and Hibiya is excellent. As for amenities, shaving cream is not provided, so it’s better to bring your own. The view isn’t particularly impressive, and the carpet had some noticeable stains. The hospitality was decent but not remarkable. Considering the location, it’s reasonably priced, but overall, it feels adequate for what you pay.

    Very quiet

    I stayed here for a live concert at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall. It was a short walk to the venue, close to the station, and even from Tokyo Station, it was quick by taxi despite the heat. The Room was clean and quiet. The staff kindly guided me through the self-check-in process, which I wasn't familiar with, and it was very helpful. I will stay here again when attending another live event in Tokyo.

    Necessary, sufficient, and clean.

    Considering the convenience of the Hibiya area in Tokyo, this clean and adequately equipped Room offered excellent value for money. While the entrance might be a bit hard to find for first-time visitors and its location across from the Imperial Hotel may not be ideal for meeting acquaintances (in terms of appearance), it was a highly satisfactory stay for my visit to Tokyo International Forum. I would definitely consider staying here again if given the chance.

    Second stay

    Convenient access made me choose this place again. The sink area is narrow, making it inconvenient to set hair or do makeup due to limited space for items like pouches. It's disappointing that there is only a shower. There’s no designated space for clothes in the changing area; having a basket or something similar would be helpful. The Room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable sleep as per the concept.

    Utilized late check-out.

    This was my first stay. The room had sufficient space, and although it only had a shower booth, it was not an issue. I utilized the late check-out option and stayed until 2:00 PM. I enjoyed a light sleep-in and managed to work for several hours without any interruptions. In addition to Wi-Fi, having a wired LAN port near the desk was very convenient. Being able to switch breakfast to lunch was also appreciated. The location is close to Hibiya Station on the subway, making it easy to find and very convenient.

    It was great.

    Great location and very comfortable beds. However, there is only a shower, so it might not satisfy those who prefer a bath. I had a relaxing stay. The front desk staff were kind and provided excellent service. The dining staff were also great. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo for business or leisure.

    A hotel where you can stay with peace of mind

    I always stay at this hotel when attending theater performances or shopping. The access to transportation and shops is excellent, making it very convenient. The staff provides courteous and prompt service. Check-in and check-out are smooth. Greetings and interactions in the lobby are cheerful, allowing for a comfortable stay. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed for the purpose of watching a Takarazuka performance. Everything went smoothly. The front desk staff were kind and provided pleasant service. The lockers available for guests were convenient. Thank you!

    Had a restful sleep.

    I arrived at the accommodation at night, but as someone with no sense of direction, I couldn't figure out the route that should have been easy to find. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain, and I was really struggling. When I called for help, the staff responded very kindly. In the end, they came out from the first floor of the hotel building to meet me outside and even offered me a towel, which made me truly happy. Thank you so much! The room and bed were as comfortable as always with REM's usual quality. The honey tea available freely in front of the reception is always soothing.

    Good Location

    Used as a base for Tokyo sightseeing during Golden Week. Having previously stayed at Remm chain hotels in Roppongi and Shin-Osaka, I chose this location for its reasonable price and convenient location. About a 5-minute walk from Yurakucho Station, the area is surrounded by tenant buildings, theaters, close to the Imperial Palace, and right in front of Ginza—very convenient. The room features twin beds that take up most of the space. The bathroom facilities include an external sink and shower room. Sufficient for sleeping but feels cramped for relaxing. Two points of dissatisfaction: no power outlets near the bed and loud air conditioning noise. The latter might be problematic for sensitive guests; however, it was manageable since it wasn’t an extreme weather season during my stay. Positives include reasonable pricing as well as thoughtful details like entryway design and room lighting. Overall, it contributed to an enjoyable trip!
